This paper provides view of current trends in the field of testing and numerical analysis of dynamic loading structures. It describes what is the role of structure dynamic characteristic analysis in the management of the structures construction and maintenance in power plant industry. The main objective of this study is the dynamic analysis of power plant turbo– generator foundation structure (TGFS) of electrical industry operation. Main purpose of performed study in 2017 was to check dynamic stiffness TGFS after fifty years TG (100 MW) performance which then enabled to prepare relevant data for making design renovation and strengthening of the TGSF.

A space numerical model about 1000MW turbo generator foundation of a power plant is established by ANSYS software, meanwhile analyzing the model’s vibration characteristics and response under the turbo generator working conditions. According to the existing norms, optimizing the foundation based on the linear displacement amplitude control, furthermore researching the corresponding dynamic on the optimized foundation for guidance to structural design.

Analysis of the current trends in the teaching of the Russian language allows to assert the value of the category of values in the educational strategy. In the context of orientation of the textbook to modern requirements the role of the text in the characteristic of language as an expression of value and personal meanings is emphasized. Providing personal and humanistic thinking and the formation of value view of students in the Russian language is more successful on a wide background of text material by stimulating a variety of ways of original work of students. Its predicted results are closely related to the awareness of the value of the Russian language. Attention is paid to the resources associated with the organization of open educational space on the basis of axiological ideas as the leading in the theory of school education and textbook.

21st century is full of stress requiring more speed and accuracy. In today’s world of competition, diet pattern, lifestyle and behavioral pattern of people has changed. Late working hours, deadlines of work and stress have become a parcel of daily life. Due to this people have won’t have time for exercise and Yoga and end up in various lifestyle disorder, like Diabetes mellitus, Dyslipidemia, Obesity, Cardiovascular diseases etc. Diabetes mellitus is one of most leading disorder in all of them. The worldwide prevalence of D.M. has raised dramatically over past two decades, from an estimated 30 million cases in 1985 to 177 million in 2000. Based on current trends, > 360 million individuals will have diabetes by the year 2030. Diabetes mellitus is mentioned in our Samhitas as disorder of lethargic and exercise less lifestyle disorder and termed it as Madhumeha. Caused by mainly Apathyaahara and Viharsevana. Chikitsa of Madhumeha focused on Pathyaaahara and Vihar (lifestyle) in management of Madhumeha. This article is deal with healthy lifestyle including Yoga mentioned in Ayurveda Samhita for management of prevention and treatment of Lifestyle disorders.

The article reflects on the issue of the foreign policy strategy of modern Russia in the Balkans region. One of the most significant aspects of this problem is the difference in views between Russia and the West. Authors show how different interpretations of the events in former Yugoslavia in the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s predetermined the sense of mutual suspicion and mistrust which spread to other regions such as the post-Soviet space. Exploring differences between the Russian and the Western (Euro-Atlantic) views on the current matters, authors draw attention to fundamental differences in terminology: while the Western narrative promotes more narrow geographical and political definitions (such as the Western Balkan Six), traditional Russian experts are more inclined to wider or integral definitions such as “the Balkans” and “Central and Southeast Europe”. Meanwhile none of these terms are applicable for analysis of the current trends such as the growing transit role of the Balkans region and its embedding in the European regional security architecture. Therefore, a new definition is needed to overcome the differences in vision and better understand significant recent developments in the region. Conceptualizing major foreign policy events in Central and Southeast Europe during the last three decades (the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s), authors demonstrate the significance of differences in tools and methods between the Soviet Union and the modern Russia. Permanent need for adaptation to changing political and security context led to inconsistence in Russian Balkan policy in the 1990s. Nevertheless, Russia was able to preserve an integral vision of the region and even to elaborate new transregional constructive projects, which in right political circumstances may promote stability and become beneficial for both Russia and the Euro-Atlantic community.

Abstract In preparing the second edition of ‘Tanning Chemistry. The Science of Leather.’, the literature was updated and the content was revised and reviewed. Here, the new findings are presented and discussed. Notable developments include the necessary rethinking of the mechanism of sulfide unhairing because of new understanding of the aqueous chemistry of sulfide species. Revision upwards of the value of the second pKa for sulfide species ionisation means that S2− cannot exist in an aqueous medium, so the unhairing species in hair burn reactions is HS−. Although the technology remains the same, this means the mechanisms of associated reactions such as immunisation must be revised. Rawstock preservation has benefitted from studies of the potential role of materials from plants which accumulate salt, but which also contribute terpene compounds. There is also further discussion on the continuing issue of chromium (VI) in the leather industry. The application to processing of new solvents, ionic liquids and deep eutectics, is the coming technology, which offers transforming options for new chemistries and products. Renewed interest in vegetable tanning and methods of wet white processing are current trends. Also, within the topic of reagent delivery is processing in a solid medium of plastic beads.
