Digital economy is the direction of innovation, competitiveness and economic development of corporate structures. The rapid development of digital technology covers all areas of socio-economic activity. On the basis of digital technologies, new digital business models are being created, existing operational models are being transformed, and fundamentally new types of business are being formed. Digital capital becomes a factor in business competitiveness. The main factor of economic development is associated with the digital economy. Digital economy contributes to the formation of new business models.

The patterns, forms of human behavior and the presence of many new forms of business today such as e-commerce, payment services, application services, online advertising, cloud computing, high frequency trading, participative networked platforms are influenced by the digital revolution as formulated by the OECD. Social phenomena as an effect of the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) known as the digital economy will certainly also change the patterns of business individuals and organizations throughout the world. With the presence of various new business models, there are many opportunities for tax avoidance schemes that are usually dominated by multinational entities (MNE). Based on this, the OECD recommends several action plans, one of which is about the digital economy. The need to detect the digital economy by the tax authorities of world countries such as Indonesia is now very large. Related to this the Indonesian government issued a unilateral regulation namely Perpu Number 1 of 2020 which later became Law No. 2 of 2020, one of which regulates taxation of the digital economy. The Indonesian tax authority seeks to respond to the dynamics of the internal and external environment called organizational readiness. This study wants to analyze whether the Indonesian tax authority is ready to tax the digital economy.

Currently there are many studies which deal with the impact of the Internet and Internet technology-based tools on organizations. Most of them are focused on such issues as the opportunities which have emerged with the development of the digital economy, possible new business models, establishing new kind of relations with customers, and security aspects. The impact of Internet technology-based tools on the internal work environment of organizations is an issue which is relatively rarely analyzed. Although more and more publications concerning this field are being released, they are only focused to a small degree on the challenges connected with the utilization, and, particularly, the misuse, of Internet technology-based tools in the workplace. Thus, this article is an attempt to deal with this issue in a more holistic way.

The article provides an overview of trends in the digital economy that affect the professional training of a modern specialist. The essence of the concept of digitalization and its main components are determined, the author's interpretation of this concept is given. Particular attention is paid to the signs of a digital economy: the presence of a high-tech IT infrastructure, processing of big data based on modern digital technologies, the creation of digital solutions (products, platforms), the design of new business models. A theoretical analysis of scientific literature was carried out and a list of competencies that a specialist in the digital economy should possess was identified. To confirm the results obtained, an analysis of the opinions of employers was carried out, on the basis of which the most significant competencies and professional qualities of a specialist in the digital economy were identified. Based on the results of the analysis of employers' requirements for modern specialists, the tasks of vocational education for the training of a specialist in the digital economy were identified.

The digital economy is changing the way business is done and is showing tremendous potential for organisational progress and global influence.As innovative products and service offerings make the world more competitive,if created properly, digital connectivity will be able to provide new business models and faster entries into global markets (Anderson, Wladawsky-Berger,2016).This gives rise to important issues pertaining to consolidation of practices, implementation of relevant issues across global companies, and many more. Appropriate answers can be searched for these questions in the international research databases on the digital economy like Scopus and Web of Science. Research contributions of authors demonstrating scientific completeness are of great important here. Also important are databases that have been adequately cited.

Electronic collaboration was born with the new technologies, which establish a more harmonious balance of organizations in an increasingly global, open and competitive digital economy, called, nowadays, “the economy of the crowds”. This economy has caused changes in the organizations of the century, as new administrative principles. In this context, organizations use new business models to achieve its objectives to a meager cost. Similarly, they have managed the integration of different levels and optimizing performance of the entire organization together through electronic media and online collaboration. This work shows the areas of the different levels and forms of organizational electronic collaboration.

Low-Touch Economy is emerging due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has caused dramatic changes in all aspects of society including the way business is operating. The lockdown policies aiming at avoiding the spread of the new coronavirus in almost every country led to disruptions in business continuity.The aim of this paper is to overview a new concept of Low-Touch Economy and its possible implications on Business Models in connection with the Digital Economy. The article also outlines the concept in light of the circular and sharing economic theories. The exploratory research approach allows reviewing the current literature and gathering secondary data about Low-Touch Economy and its implications on business dealings. The Bibliographic research of recent works shows the role of the Low-Touch Economy and Digital Economy in searching for new business models and their potential to accelerate economic recovery after the pandemic.The article concludes by suggesting that organizations should adapt their business models to the new reality. It contributes to a current ongoing discussion on ways out of the crisis. This article fulfills an identified need to study how Low-Touch Economy along with Digital Economy can help the business to continue operations during the pandemic and how the concepts underpinning business models can enable fast economic recovery. Future empirical research will reveal the capability of the Low Touch Economy in different industries as well as various countries around the globe.
