Preconditions of the research: in the course of implementation of federal program of digitalization of all areas of life, the digital format has been applied for education of musicians in higher schools. In this regard, the research objective is assessment of digitalization results of modern departments of music in Moscow universities (RSSU, MPGU), determination of prospects and issues of this process. The research was based on common methods of analysis: system analysis, instrumental and functional approaches, dialectic and comparative analysis, as well as sociological and statistic methods. Results: it is possible to conclude that in Russia digitalization of higher music education leads to improvement of its quality in total; provides higher level of mastering programs by students, expansion of range of acquired competences and opportunities to obtain high-quality education by broader range of people. Herewith, digitalization does not deprive art education of its inherently individualistic and practice-oriented approaches (individual lessons, independent creative work, rehearsals, etc.). The novelty of the work is comprised of substantiation of efficiency of digital educational environment in universities and departments of music, which is a promising approach promoting development of higher education in Russia and allowing to achieve qualitatively new level of music pedagogics. The practical significance of the work is in disclosure of problems of music education digitalization.

To determine the errors first component in the tolerance field structure of the inter-transition size the knowledge base of the production technological preparation by seven levels of its basic objects of functionally different types is used. The task is solved in the working space of working machines, in the structure of which two technological schemes are built: for basing the initial blanks in working machines and for basing form elements in working machines and their geometric forming on working machines. Technological schemes for basing the initial blanks into working machines in the general case have a significant impact on the geometric and dimensional errors (the considered component) of the shape elements to be converted in the technological schemes for basing form elements into working machines and their geometric forming on working machines. It is shown that the determination of the errors first component in the tolerance field structure of the inter-junction size must be carried out by means of specialized intelligent control and measuring systems, embedding them in the structure of working machines. Determination of the first component in the tolerance field structure of the inter-transition size is relevant, has scientific novelty and practical significance. The thesis was devoted to the research of the peculiarities of representation in the civil process. The main objective of this thesis is the determination of the peculiarities of legal adjusting for the representation in the civil process. Methodological basis of the thesis consisted of such methods as: formal-logical, system analysis, dialectical and hermeneutical. The relevance of this thesis is evidenced in particular by there that was disclosed such facts as: the content of the institute of representation in civil law and civil process doctrine; the circle of persons who can be representatives in civil procedure. It was made a systematic analysis of the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) of Ukraine on the subject of the implementation of the representation of individuals in civil proceedings. There were investigated the problems of restricting the circle of persons who can be representatives in civil proceedings. The analysis of standing and its confirmation by various persons who can carry out representation in civil proceedings was done. According to the results of the research, it was established that modern CPC of Ukraine does not determine the essence of relations between representatives and persons whose interests they realize. The mainstreaming and law-governing influence is mainly related to the legal personality of the representatives, their procedural status. It was also determined the range of duties and rights of representatives within the civil legal process. In addition, it was proved that the modern CPC of Ukraine is being introduced in the state, in fact, a monopoly on the representation of the parties by a lawyer in the courts, in the civil process, but leaves the possibility of realizing the relations of representation between an individual and another person who does not have the lawyer status, who ruled only in, such cold as, minor affairs. Thus, the practical significance of the conclusions reached was aimed primarily at the theoretical and methodological plane to continue the reform of the institution of representation in the civil process, as well as in the practical activities of representatives in the context of expanding the opportunities for individuals to exercise their procedure’s rights.

To better develop the music learning, this paper completes the design and realization of a music solfeggio teaching system by combining with practical teaching conditions of the music academy. Firstly, it elaborates the main functions needing to be possessed by solfeggio teaching system by starting from actual demands of the users, puts forward overall design scheme of the system, and gives detailed design to main function module and database of the system. Secondly, it analyzes and researches theoretical basis of the solfeggio teaching system design, and proposes the construction scheme of teaching knowledge point repository and question bank system, including solfeggio repository information setting and system paper constructing strategy. It is indicated by the system analysis results that: this platform design provides an effective learning and inspection means to the implementation of solfeggio teaching. Thus, it draws the conclusions that: learning system of this paper can directly serve for course learning of the students majoring in music, and it has important practical significance and application value in promoting development of the music education informationization.

The determination of the driver of a vehicle has a key role to play in administrative infringement cases and criminal matters related to the violation of road trafficking rules, since the driver who committed the offence is recognised as a subject of an administrative violation or criminal offence, which is called the liability provided by the law.The concept of a driver covered by the Road Traffic Law is unclear and limits the right of the trainee to a high quality education in a safe training process within the framework of breakdown training, creating unjustified risks for the trainee or training (instructor) responsibility. As part of the study, the problem with the concept of driver will be identified and a new concept of driver will be developed.

Philosophies of assessment are rare, perhaps even more so in music education. This chapter, arranged in five “movements” intended to reflect various ways of examining assessment issues, considers prominent themes emerging from the music education assessment literature, such as accountability, authentic assessment, consequential validity, legitimacy, mandated testing, metaphor, power-knowledge, and self-determination. The author asks questions such as, To what extent should philosophical commitments be voluntary versus compelled? To what extent should music educators be able to collectively determine educative values and to what extent should others (policymakers, local communities) have a say in what should constitute valuable learning in music? A common theme throughout the chapter is the urge for caution and reflection so that well-intended assessment efforts do not undermine cherished goals for music education.

This chapter outlines the historical background and current development of music education assessment in China. Following the revision of the national curriculum guidelines in 2011, the chapter analyzes (1) the value of the national standards at different school levels, (2) how the national standards affect teachers and schools, and (3) how much the teachers read/follow the guidelines in China. This chapter investigates and examines how assessment policy and practice are used in Chinese music classrooms from elementary, middle, and high schools. Furthermore, it discusses how local music teachers assess their music students and the effectiveness of the national curriculum guidelines used in music classes. The author determines that the current practice of music assessment at all school levels in China is too basic and not diversified. Designing a valid assessment that allows students at all levels to demonstrate their learning outcomes seems to be necessary for music education in China.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide an introduction and overview to the aims of the Oxford Handbook of Philosophical and Qualitative Assessment in Music Education. Why philosophical and qualitative perspectives on assessment in or for music education? While there are numerous quantitative research projects that investigate assessment in or for music education, which are certainly important, they typically do not help us understand (which this volume does) the fundamental conceptual nature of and assumptions about music education assessment and music education evaluation across global contexts, which in turn shape and drive why and how students, and their actual and potential creativities, are harmfully or ethically impacted.

Music education is part of the public school curriculum in many countries, as either a compulsory or an elective subject. While it offers many young people an opportunity to acquire musical knowledge and skills, it also has its challenges. Being part of the public school curriculum results in a need for assessment in music education. While some problems related to assessment are similar internationally (e.g., concerning music as art), assessment in different countries varies. It depends on various factors such as the general assessment culture, the goals of education, music education policy, individual teaching philosophies, and school culture. By utilizing approaches from comparative music education, philosophy, and sociology of music education, this chapter analyzes music education assessment policies and practices in different countries. By scrutinizing global similarities and differences, it proposes new approaches to assessment that may help address some of the challenges the global music education community faces today.
