To better develop the music learning, this paper completes the design and realization of a music solfeggio teaching system by combining with practical teaching conditions of the music academy. Firstly, it elaborates the main functions needing to be possessed by solfeggio teaching system by starting from actual demands of the users, puts forward overall design scheme of the system, and gives detailed design to main function module and database of the system. Secondly, it analyzes and researches theoretical basis of the solfeggio teaching system design, and proposes the construction scheme of teaching knowledge point repository and question bank system, including solfeggio repository information setting and system paper constructing strategy. It is indicated by the system analysis results that: this platform design provides an effective learning and inspection means to the implementation of solfeggio teaching. Thus, it draws the conclusions that: learning system of this paper can directly serve for course learning of the students majoring in music, and it has important practical significance and application value in promoting development of the music education informationization.

This paper introduces the IP network video monitoring system for monitoring and management of industrial field. All the signals in this monitoring system are transmitted through the network, without additional wiring. It not only can transmit images, alarm information, also the focus of a number of functions, such as remote monitoring, video playback, query system settings and user management. The system overall design principle, structural design, functional requirements, the main function module design are described. Through the monitoring system, managers can whenever and wherever real-time monitoring equipment working state, remote access management, provide a full range of decision support for production.

Data mining technology into the teaching system, the biggest advantage is that the system can gather large amounts of data for analysis , digging out of the course content and teaching strategies presented useful information on the adjustment in order to build content-rich smart teaching platform . This paper mainly made use of data mining techniques to solve the data mining technology is introduced into the system in order to fully improve the system for students and student learning characteristics of the implementation of individualized teaching of intelligence, flexibility in learning mode , the number of users and courses content scalability , research and development of an online learning system . With these results the general software development technology applied to intelligent tutoring system for students to build an adaptive, personalized student-centered learning platform.

The mixed teaching mode can be used to improve students’ academic performance. In this study, an interactive teaching system of basketball action in college sports based on online to offline mixed teaching mode is developed. The system is mainly comprised of teacher function module, student function module, and system analysis module. In the teacher function module, online to offline mixed teaching mode is introduced to realize the interactive teaching of basketball action in college sports in the form of organic combination of microclass, massive open online course, and traditional classroom teaching. The student function module is mainly used to manage the information related to students learning basketball actions. The system analysis module uses the data mining model based on multiant colony clustering combination algorithm to obtain the learners’ behavior data and then designs a targeted interactive teaching course for basketball action. After testing, it was concluded that the designed system can improve the students’ mastery of basketball movement in sports and can be applied to improve student’s academic performance.

Preconditions of the research: in the course of implementation of federal program of digitalization of all areas of life, the digital format has been applied for education of musicians in higher schools. In this regard, the research objective is assessment of digitalization results of modern departments of music in Moscow universities (RSSU, MPGU), determination of prospects and issues of this process. The research was based on common methods of analysis: system analysis, instrumental and functional approaches, dialectic and comparative analysis, as well as sociological and statistic methods. Results: it is possible to conclude that in Russia digitalization of higher music education leads to improvement of its quality in total; provides higher level of mastering programs by students, expansion of range of acquired competences and opportunities to obtain high-quality education by broader range of people. Herewith, digitalization does not deprive art education of its inherently individualistic and practice-oriented approaches (individual lessons, independent creative work, rehearsals, etc.). The novelty of the work is comprised of substantiation of efficiency of digital educational environment in universities and departments of music, which is a promising approach promoting development of higher education in Russia and allowing to achieve qualitatively new level of music pedagogics. The practical significance of the work is in disclosure of problems of music education digitalization.

The relation of any fine art expresses the elixir of human, physical, and physical world. As civilization grows more and more civilized and cultured, the development of fine arts reaches its peak. Music is a major part of the fine arts. The place of music in Indian civilization is paramount in the fine arts. The great Indian civilization has been underlining the importance of music education since its height. From ancient Vedic and medieval to modern times, the Indian educational system has been concentrating on the education of music; all its parts such as singing, playing and dancing. In the present era, radical changes in the teaching system can be reflected. Divisions like traditional and distance education can also be reflected in the teaching system. Today, the importance of a flexible and alternative system of remote education system cannot be denied. Needless to say that through remote learning, changes in the importance of traditional teaching of music, guruship relations, internal learning method of music and music in life; the importance of all its organs. In the present era, while on the one hand there has been a remarkable change in social and personal life, changes in the teaching method of all subjects can also be targeted. The importance of many new dimensions developed in music education through remote means can be understood. State-of-the-art mediums such as audio, audio, video via Internet, sophisticated equipment of communication, television and radio etc. can be used successfully in music teaching by remote media.The objective of the paper presented is to find a way to solve the problems arising out of it and the benefits of acquiring higher education of Indian classical music through a distance learning system. किसी भी ललित कला का संबंध मानव के दैहिकए दैविक और भौतिक जगत के उत्‍कर्ष को व्‍यक्‍त करता है। सभ्‍यता ज्‍यों.ज्‍यों अधिकाधिक सभ्‍य एवं सुसंस्‍कृत होती जाती है त्‍योंदृत्‍यों ललित कलाओं का विकास अपने चरम पर पहुंचता जाता है। संगीतए ललित कला का एक प्रमुख अंग है। भारतीय सभ्‍यता में संगीत का स्‍थान ललित कला में सर्वोपरि है। महान भारतीय सभ्‍यता अपने उत्‍कर्ष काल से ही संगीत की शिक्षा के महत्व को रेखांकित करती आई है। प्राचीनए वैदिक एवं मध्‍यकाल से आधुनिक काल तक भारतीय शिक्षण प्रणाली संगीत ;उसके सभी अंगों यथा गायनए वादन एवं नृत्‍यद्ध की शिक्षा पर अपना ध्‍यान केन्द्रित करती रही है। वर्तमान युग में शिक्षण प्रणाली में आमूल चूल परिवर्तन को परिलक्षित किया जा सकता है। शिक्षण प्रणाली में पारम्‍परिक एवं दूरस्‍थ शिक्षा जैसे विभाजनों को भी परि‍लक्षित किया जा सकता है। आज दूरस्‍थ शिक्षा प्रणाली की लचीली तथा वैकल्पिक व्‍यवस्‍था के महत्‍व को नकारा नहीं जा सकता। कहना न होगा कि दूरस्‍थ शिक्षण माध्‍यम से संगीत की पारम्‍परिक शिक्षाए गुरूदृशिष्‍य संबंधोंए संगीत की आंतरिक शिक्षण पद्धति तथा जीवन में संगीत;उसके सभी अंगोंद्ध के महत्‍व में आए बदलावों को अनुभव किया जा सकता है। वर्तमान युग में जहां एक ओर सामाजिक एवं व्‍यक्तिगत जीवन में आश्‍चर्यजनक परिवर्तन आया है वहीं सभी विषयों की शिक्षण पद्धति में भी परिवर्तन को लक्षित किया जा सकता है। दूरस्‍थ माध्‍यम से संगीत शिक्षा में विकसित कई नए आयामों का महत्‍व समझा जा सकता है। तकनीकी के अत्‍याधुनिक माध्‍यमों दृ जैसे ऑडियोदृविडियो माध्‍यमए इंटरनेटए संचार के अत्‍याधुनिक उपकरणए टेलीविजन एवं रेडियो आदि का उपयोग दूरस्‍थ माध्‍यम द्वारा संगीत शिक्षण में सफलतापूर्वक किया जा सकता है । प्रस्‍तुत शोधपत्र का उद्देश्‍य दूरस्‍थ शिक्षण प्रणाली के माध्‍यम से भारतीय शास्‍त्रीय संगीत की उच्‍च शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के लाभए इससे उत्‍पन्‍न समस्‍याओं एवं उनके निराकरण का मार्ग खोजना है ।

Because the teaching methods of Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges are improper and the problems in the teaching process cannot be found in time, the teaching effect is not good and there are many difficulties in the teaching process of teachers. According to actual needs, based on complex evolution and improved neural network algorithms, this paper builds a Chinese online teaching system in high vocational colleges. After communication with users and social research, the model function module is determined, and the system performance is improved through the mapping optimization model to eliminate data transmission problems in the system operation, and the realization process of the system function module is shown in the form of a diagram. In addition, this paper designs a control experiment to verify the performance of the model and uses the traditional algorithm model as a control to start the test teaching and uses statistical methods to compare the teaching effects. The research results show that the teaching system constructed in this paper has certain advantages over the traditional model.

To improve the students’ individualized and autonomous learning ability in English teaching, a mobile English learning system is designed on the basis of adaptive algorithm. The students’ need for the adaptive mobile English teaching system is analyzed through researches on students and questionnaires. According to the needs analysis, the main functional modules of the adaptive mobile English learning system are designed, including the creation module, personalized learning module, evaluation and feedback module, and management module. Then, the improved XAHM (XML adaptive hypermedia model) is applied to the mobile English learning system. The three-layer architecture of the English mobile learning system is revised into four layers of composition layer, data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. At the same time, more attention is diverted to the terminal and the situation. Finally, the system is tested. The test results showed that the mobile English learning system realized the self-adaptive and intelligent navigation of learning space in the course of teaching. It is concluded that the new adaptive algorithm had a good performance for college English learning.

<p>Computer assisted and computer based applications become more and more important in everyday lives. Their implementation in the field of music education seems to become a long-term project. Whereas years ago we were sure about the fact, that the quality of e-learning at our University of Music and Performing Arts depends on the implementation of audio-visual media at our e-learning platform, nowadays the text based tasks and written journals have won the race at least in the statistic of usage. </p><p>Many modules containing multimedia based content promote creative processes and different learning situations. Advantages of e-learning include flexibility and convenience for learners, especially if they have more variety in learning experiences by using multimedia applications. This paper deals with the change of our user behaviors in the last years, discussion forums, blogs, wikis and collaborative online activities and focuses on tools for musicians, composers and music scientists based on the actual status of the discussions in media pedagogies. A scientific project including surveys about the advantages and disadvantages of digital teaching repositories describes common used online music tools. </p><div><span><strong><br /></strong></span></div>
