The issue of waste management is still a thorny problem for Indonesia. This is because most of the waste produced by households still ends up in the Final Disposal Site (TPA). Meanwhile, the capacity of landfills, especially in big cities, is getting full. In fact, it is not easy to find land to open a new TPA to accommodate the garbage collected from the community. The purpose of this community service is to teach the residents of Kepuh Village to process household dry waste. The qualitative method used in this activity uses socialization and guidance. The stages in data analysis using qualitative methods are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the discussion in this community service are [1] Implementation of Waste Bank Socialization at the Chairman's House [2] Dry waste collection [3] Waste sorting at Residents' Houses and [4] Implementation of waste bank at Village Hall. The conclusion is that people do not understand the effect of dry waste disposal on the environment, fostering independence with dry waste processing practices.

The importance of Islamic banking structure in the European financial sector is growing year by year with the spread of Islam. About the Islamic banking system there are several popular biases, the most significant is that this system forbid all kind of derivative structures and this block gave the higher stability of the system. The aim of this paper to show how the derivatives appear in this banking system. The main derivative structures what we will describe are the options and swaps. The paper will show how these instruments appear in practice in the financial intermediary system as well.

Abstract. The conducted theoretical and analytical study, which included acquaintance with the achievements of domestic and foreign scientists on ensuring the personnel security of banks and assessing the personnel security of the banking sector of the economy, allowed to develop oriented graphical models and corresponding reachability matrices, and served as a basis for hierarchical ordering of key threats to bank personnel security. The hierarchical ordering of threats to the personnel security of the banking sector of the economy is based on the application of the graph theory method. The models developed give an idea of the need to implement safeguards against key threats, which is important in view of resource constraints and maximizing the effectiveness of security actors. The result is averaged for most domestic banks, as each of them is influenced by the external environment and changes caused by internal processes. A mechanism for counteracting the influence of external and internal threats on the personnel security of banks has been constructed, which takes into account the current trends in the development of the banking sector. The application of system analysis and graph theory made it possible to hierarchically regulate the impact of key threats on personnel security, which became the basis for the development of a model that graphically determines the priority of developing and implementing security measures for each threat, and justifies the possibility of applying one of the options passive protection and active protection. As a result of the theoretical and analytical study, a number of key external and internal threats to personnel security of banks have been regulated and identified. By applying graph theory and mathematical modeling hierarchically ordered and determined the severity of the impact of threats on the personnel security of banks, which subsequently allowed to create a defense mechanism to counter them. The development of system model using the traditional System Development Life Cycle often faces big problems. One of the biggest problems is determining the process model. The existing requirements analysis method is not good enough in producing process model. There are many invalid process models, although they have gone through a series of observations on users. To deal with this, a 'soft' or human-centered method is therefore required. Problems are seen and determined from the point of view of the people involved in the problems. One method that can be used to solve problems is the Design Thinking approach. Design Thinking is the process of creating new ideas and innovative approaches that can solve user problems. This paper proposes the use of an alternative Design Thinking approach in conducting a requirements analysis on the development of Trash Bank system with an interactive qualitative approach. The approach taken is to integrate the concept of Design Thinking in the requirements analysis stage. Through collaboration model the Design Thinking to Requirements analysis, the resulting process model is more valid because the process of exploring the requirements becomes deeper, which is based on user experience. The exploration of user experience from Collaboration model will become the basis for process modeling. According to the approach taken, a more humane and more explored prototype of the system flow is obtained from the human attitude that is involved in the process.

The English grammar question bank can reserve a large number of special knowledge points and special categories of questions, which is helpful for English learners. Therefore, we design and verify the application effect of an intelligent question bank system. We construct an English grammar knowledge map, which is used to design the system architecture, including basic layer, data layer, service layer, business layer, and user layer. On the basis of the system structure, the index system of the item bank is established, and the functional modules of the system are designed comprehensively. Finally, we design a system database based on MySQL and give the table of knowledge points of English grammar. In order to verify the performance of the designed English grammar intelligent test bank system, a verification experiment is carried out. The experiment selects the accuracy rate of English grammatical feature extraction, recall rate, convergence, and system configuration accuracy. The experimental results show that the proposed system can extract English grammatical features with higher accuracy, and the recall rate is more satisfactory. Compared with the reference systems, the designed system configuration accuracy is higher.

This study first analyzes how local governments’ land-leasing behaviors affect Chinese cities’ debt risk then examines the impact of officials’ promotion mechanisms on debt risk in China’s urban land bank system. The land-leasing behavior is reflected through three indicators, namely, land-leasing revenue, land-leasing scale, and land financial dependence level. Two new indicators are constructed to measure the local government’ debt risk from the perspective of debt scale and debt repayment: the debt scale risk and debt burden risk. Empirical analyses are based on the data of 281 prefecture-level cities from 2006–2015. The main findings are twofold. First, the debt scale risk is positively affected by the land-leasing revenue, and officials’ promotion pressure. The debt burden risk is positively affected by the land financial dependence and officials’ promotion pressure. Second, the officials’ promotion pressure significantly enhances the positive effect of land-leasing revenue on the debt scale risk. Local officials, who are under promotion pressure, are inclined to expand the size of urban investment bonds, which increases debt scale risk.

Subject. The article studies the financial composition of the Russian market. Objectives. The study identifies scenarios for the financial composition of the Russian market. Methods. The study is based on the systems approach and methods of statistical, neural network and cluster analysis. Results. The study emphasizes the importance of analyzing the financial composition of the Russian market. The Bank of Russia pursues a growth in the gross volume of loans granted by the financial system to individuals, enterprises, non-financial governmental institutions. It also tries to increment international reserves and less marketable, non-reserve assets. Depository corporations keep an eye on possible changes in requirements the bank system may set for governmental authorities of the Russian Federation, financial institutions of the Russian subjects and local authorities, governmental and other extra-budgetary funds. The study sets forth two appropriate scenarios for the financial composition of the Russian economy. I discovered that the clustering process depends in GDP at all key phases, such as production, distribution and use, and the Bank of Russia’s requirements to other financial and non-financial institutions in Rubles and foreign currency, and requirements of credit institutions to people. Basically, the macroprudential policy of the Bank of Russia shapes the financial composition of the Russian market. Conclusions and Relevance. The scenarios of the financial composition of the Russian market help the Russian government keep their activities in accordance with the Bank of Russia. The findings contribute to the knowledge and competence of the Russian government to ensure the economic growth.

Abstract This paper examines the threat of fiscal dominance for central banks with a focus on the individual dimension. A general symptom of fiscal dominance is a feedback loop from sovereign debt developments to monetary policy decisions. Our theoretical reasoning clarifies under which assumptions the individual members in a federal central bank system should pay particular attention to their home regions’ public debt situation. We present empirical evidence for the existence of such a repercussion in the context of the ECB Council. Based on public statements regarding the Pandemic Emergency Purchase Programme (PEPP), we classify the governors of the euro area national central banks (NCB) and the ECB board members as “hawks”, “neutrals,” and “doves”. We correlate the resulting classification with their home countries’ debt level. The resulting pattern is consistent with what can be expected for a regime of fiscal dominance. Whereas the doves tend to come from high-debt countries, the average debt level of the hawks’ home countries is significantly lower. As expected, this pattern is even more pronounced for the NCB presidents than for board members.
