  Purpose: This study is intended to improve the Sustainability performance in the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited relationship between the strategy of risk management and requirements of the business continuity and investigation of the findings. Methodology: Making up a conceptual model of the business continuity tracks flow in the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited The model is based on the interactive relationship between the risk management and requirements of the business continuity of Some help was available quantitative methods, relying on a combination of descriptive and quantitative approaches, in order for the accuracy of the results. results: the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited been the subject matter of the research. It lacks the conceptual pattern that systemizes , integrates and directs its main components towards a comprehensive improvement of the company. In addition it requires relative interest in the strategic role of the strategy of risk management and its dual effects on both the business continuity and the Sustainability performance of the Company. The main recommendations were to identify the risks that affect the business continuity of the company, to control them in order to achieve full response to all business continuity requirements.

The invasion of online stores in Indonesia is very massive, proven by various applications and online stores that are known to have operated and used services by the people in Indonesia. Changes in consumer shopping behavior from offline to online have become routine habits in daily behavior. This raises challenges for retail businesses in business continuity. To maintain business continuity, retail (offline store) must diversify by opening an online store. Having an online store or digital business format is expected to be able to maintain business continuity with the support of brand trust owned by offline stores.

The sustainability of industrial business depends on the ability of organizations to manage the needs and desires of consumers so that the products produced become part of consumer life. The radio broadcast industry in the era of digital technology is threatened no longer able to meet the needs of its listeners because social media has changed the behavior of audiences in consuming radio media. on that basis the radio broadcast industry must adapt to managing radio broadcasts by synergizing the behavior of the use of digital media with radio characters that are personal to the audience so that the radio broadcast industry continues to survive. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of social media and identify the added value it generates to maintain the business continuity of radio broadcast programs, especially Iradio 89.6 FM. The related concept is digital media management, product added value for business continuity. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach with the support of data triangulation so that the analysis can meet the validity aspects of the data. The results showed that the management was carried out with a strategy to build emotional bounding audiences through social media by synergizing digital technology with broadcast radio-based programming content. This helps the business continuity of IRadio 89.6 FM significantly. The existence of digital media for the radio industry is as a complement rather than as a competitor and digital media makes radio easier to access from various areas

<div class="WordSection1"><p><em>Every business people must have a good management and appropriate in managing the business. The process of business activity requires every bussiness people to think systematically in establishing a good and appropriate business management. If it is not done, it will threaten business continuity. Business management KSU XXX is currently facing a problem that threatens the business continuity of the cooperative. There is no bailout, weak competitiveness and many partner farmers out of the cooperative membership. Considering this, a research has done to analyze business management strategy KSU XXX in maintaining agroindustry Teh Iroet. The research was conducted at one of the production centers of smallholder tea farmers in Garut. The  KSU XXX, Sukatani Village, Cilawu Sub-district, which is the first cooperative formed by the smallholder tea farmers and obtaining UTZ and Lestari Certificates. This research is a qualitative research conducted in the form of case study. The result of the research shows that KSU XXX business management strategy to maintain Iroet Tea agroindustry is to run a saving program for partner farmers in lieu of cooperative</em><em></em><em> saving and loan program that has been abolished.
