The purpose of this research was to know effect of inquiry learning strategies and problem solving ability to student university science process skills on plant physiology prakticum. The research applied the quasy experiment method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The results showed that (1) science process skills of student university who learned with modified free inquiry learning strategies are higher science process skills of student university who learned with guided inquiry learning strategies (2) There is interaction effect between strategies learning and problem solving ability to the science process skills. (3) science process skills of student university who learned with modified free inquiry learning strategies is higher than the students who learned with guided inquiry learning strategies in terms of high problem solving ability. and (4) science process skills student university learned with guided inquiry learning strategies are higher than students who learned with modified free inquiry learning strategies in terms of low problem solving ability. Based on the findings of that inquiry learning strategies effect science process skills of student university.

This research aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science process skills and higher order thinking skills on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati. The research instrument included observation of science process skills and tests of higher order thinking skills. This study uses the analysis of the Independent Sample Test (t test). The average value of science process skills in the guided inquiry class was 81.62 and the direct instruction learning model class was 79.02. A significant influence on students' science process skills in the learning process on the theme of heat and its displacement, with a score of tcount (2.384)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.021) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected. then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The average value of high-order thinking skills in the guided inquiry class is 75.57 and in the class of direct instruction learning model. A total of 67.43. The results of the analysis of high-order thinking skills have tcount (3.597)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.001) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected and Ha accepted. Guided inquiry learning model affects science process skills and high-order thinking skills of students on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati.

This study aims to measure the eligibility of a developed learning media. The media is a student worksheet (LKPD). The LKPD being developed is LKPD with a process of science skills based on the 5E Learning Cycle in acid-base material. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research using the ADDIE model. Researchers used a validation sheet as a validation instrument. The validation was carried out by three experts in chemistry education. The validation aspects that are assessed are aspects of content, presentation, language, and graphics. Based on the research results, it shows that the validity of the developed LKPD can be criticized as "very valid" in every aspect with a proportion value of 82.67% in content aspects, 86.67% in presentation aspects, 87.78% in language aspects, and 88.33% in graphic aspects. LKPD which is considered very feasible is expected to be a teaching material that can increase understanding of concepts and science process skills (SPS).

Aims of this study are to analyze: (1) types of learning facilities, (2) variants of each type of learning facilities, and (3) recommendations for implementation of variants of types of learning facilities that are empirically proven to be effective in developing the science process skills of students in Indonesia. This research is a literature review study. The data sources are articles in journals and proceedings published from 2016 to 20120. The articles that have been collected are then analyzed using the thematic method. Learning facilities consist of 7 types, namely strategies, approaches, models, methods, media, and learning aids. In total there are 106 variants with details of 7 variants of the type of strategy, 7 variants of the type of approach, 34 variants of the type of model, 11 variants of the type of method, 28 variants of the type of media, 5 variants of the type of teaching aid, and 15 variants of the type of learning device. From these various variants, there are 7 variants that are recommended to be used in facilitating students and students in developing their SPS. The variants are guided inquiry learning models, inquiry, PBL, PjBL and learning cycles, as well as learning media variants of modules and worksheets. This review is useful as a reference for teachers and lecturers because it provides various choices of learning facilities that can be applied to improve science process skills. The many choices help them to match the characteristics of the learners to be facilitated, their ability to implement, and the availability of infrastructure.

The purpose of this research is to describe  the implementation of syntax of the numbered heads together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model and the students science process skills when applying the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model to the acid base material. This research uses One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of the research are shown as follows: (1) The implementation of the syntax of the NHT types of cooperative learning model obtained a percentage at three meetings in the first phase of 62.5%, 75.0%, 87.0%; the second phase of 75.0%, 87.0%, and 100%; the third phase of 75.0%, 75.0%, and 100%; the fourth phase of 62.5%, 87.0%, and 100%; the fifth phase of 75.0%, 87%, 100%; the sixth phase 50%, 100%, and 100%. (2) Science process skills of students to formulate problems get n-gain values of 0.31 in the medium category, compile hypotheses to get n-gains value off 0.49 in the medium category, collecting data get n-gain values of 1,00 with a high category, analyzing the data get a n-gain value of 0.99 with a high category, and make conclusions to get a n-gain value of 0.92 with a high category. Keywords: numbered head together (NHT), science process skills, acid base.

Model creative problem solving (CPS) is one model of learning centered on problem-solving skills, followed by strengthening creativity. When faced with a situation of question, students can perform problem-solving skills to select and develop a response. While the science process skills are skills that foster scientific attitude of students. By using methods practicum, students' science process skills can be seen. This study aims to determine the extent of adherence to the creativesolving model-basedproblemand the effect on students' science process skills in the acid-base material in class XI IPA 2 SMAN 10 Jambi. The approach used in this study is a mixed approach (mix method) with the type ofmodels exploratory sequentile (model order of discovery). The sampling technique was conducted by purposivesampling. There is one class that is used as a sample of grade XI 2. The research instrument used is the observation sheet enforceability of the model by teachers and students as well as students' science process skills and post-test students. Data qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and quantitative data usingcorrelation product momenttest. Imlementation model of creative problem solving (CPS) by teachers and students has been implemented according to the principles model of creative problem solving (CPS) each meeting. The percentage of adherence to a model by the teacher obtained a score of percentage 70.00% (Good), adherence to a model by the percentage of students obtained a score of 71.28% (Good), and the enforceability of the science process skills percentage of students obtained a score of 75.34% (Good). Correlation of adherence to the model of creative problem solving in science process skills by being categorized with the average rxy0,4150. Based on conclusion is that the learning model creative problem solving (CPS) has been performing well and the effect on the improvement of science process skills of students in the material acid-base in class XI IPA 2 SMAN 10 Jambi.
