This study aims to determine predictors of graduate performance after wound care training with blended learning methods in Jakarta Province in 2021. Descriptive quantitative method using a cross-sectional approach and primary data were collected using structured questionnaire survey technique. The study was carried out from August to September 2021. The population was all 44 graduates of wound care training with the blended learning method. The result shows that the correlation value (r) between age and performance score was 0.43 with a P-value of 0.007. It means that there is a statistically significant relationship between age and the graduate performance score. There is also a significant relationship between motivation and performance scores, with the correlation value (r) between motivation scores and performance scores of 0.37, P-value of 0.020. The dominant factor that affects graduate performance is motivation, with a P-value of 0.02. There are still very few regulations governing the development of BUMD, even though the role of BUMD in regional development is very central. The role of BUMD is very strategic in the regional economy and development. One of these studies focuses on describing the function of BUMD in regional development. While the analytical methods used are APKL, USG, and Mc. Namara methods. In this study, the strategic issue in fostering the selected BUMDs is the lack of comprehensive governance of Regional Equity Participation (PMD) in BUMDs. Of the selected strategic issues, the solution is the preparation of Regional Regulations related to PMD governance. On this basis, five activities are proposed to support the realization of governance of regional capital participation, including the preparation of an academic draft study of regional regulations on the governance of regional equity participation in BUMD. From the results of the analysis, it is suggested that considering that BUMD belongs to the regional government and contains a high dose of politics, the PMD process requires a political approach in addition to a systematic technocratic approach.

This research is based on the reality of the high leadership achievements of the participants of the Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of DKI Jakarta Province in 2020 and the length of change in one's leadership. This study aims to describe the servant leadership behavior of the alumni of Supervisory Leadership Training. This research departs from the perspective that leadership behavior is formed through social processes. The theory used as an analytical tool and to explain the leadership behavior of PKP alumni is the theory of social practice from Pierre Bourdieu. According to this theory, leadership behavior depends on the habitus, capital and arena of leaders. This qualitative research categorized as a case study was conducted on 19 purposively selected PKP alumni informants of the 2nd generation. Data were collected by written interview and analyzed by ideal type approach. Field findings show that the leadership behavior of alumni varies depending on the habitus formed, the capital they have and the arena that surrounds them. In conclusion, the informants have behaviors that are in accordance with the characteristics of servant leadership. Informants have a new leadership habitus and a confirmed habitus of the existing leadership practice. The informants also have a variety of capital in the form of social, cultural, economic and symbolic capital. Finally, there are two kinds of arenas owned by the informants, namely the arena of the Official Responsible for Technical Activities (PPTK) and the arena of the Budget User Authority (KPA). As a recommendation, this research is continued with a phenomenological approach to dig deeper into leadership serving the informants.

The Covid-19 pandemic disaster in Indonesia has caused the economy to be the most affected sector. In order to provide solutions for the government in improving the economy through small and medium enterprises, an investigation on business and entrepreneurship solutions is required to support the economy. This study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial success when a disaster occurs, such as natural disasters, war, and the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. Business experience, entrepreneurship education, innovation in business, and strategies to produce successful entrepreneurs, are variables that will be tested. The respondents are people who have had experience selling products online. Two hundred seventeen (217) respondents have participated in a questionnaire survey which was created and distributed online through social media. Data validity and data reliability were tested using the Windows SPPS 25.0 application, followed by analyzing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Windows Amos 23.0 application. The quantitative research results show that strategy affects entrepreneurial success; however, business experience, entrepreneurship education, and business innovation have not related to entrepreneurial success. The research analysis influences the importance of the strategies identified in dealing with a business to be successful. The contribution resulting from this research is how the small and medium enterprises should respond to their efforts in becoming successful entrepreneurs using good business strategies.
