The City

The study at 40 cooperation in the city of denpasar with 93 respondents. The technique of determination sampling method is used purposive with the questionnaire. The analysis using moderating regression analysis technique ( mra ) found results that prove the variable the use of accounting information system has positive effects and not significant on the performance of individual and information technology had a positive impact on the performance of individual .The ability of users variable technique can be moderating the influence of the use of accounting information system on the performance of individual and on the next outcome, technique variable the ability of users cannot be moderating the influence of information technology on the performance of individually on cooperation in  Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the sophistication of information technology, and the technical ability users of accounting information systems of individual performance. This research was conducted on 27 BPR in Gianyar Regency. The number of samples taken is 108 respondents with the method of determining the sample, namely the saturated sample method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the sophistication of information technology, and the technical ability users of accounting information systems have a positive effect of individual performance. This study aims: To determine the effect of the application of accounting information system of individual performance in the regional work units. By testing the validity discriminate PLS associated with the principle that the gauges (manifest variables) distinct constructs should not be correlated with the height, the information technology that is implemented in the organization should be able to provide benefits to the individual and organizational performance and provide comfort for the wearer. Information technology can benefit the individual and organizational performance is an information technology that can be applied easily. The way to test the validity of discriminates with reflexive indicators by comparing the square root of AVE for each construct with the correlation between the constructs in the model. Good discriminate validity was shown on the square root of AVE for each construct is greater than the correlation between the constructs in the model Fornell and Larcker and results of SIA1 to SIA8 otherwise well. Limitations of research is conducted still b M any factors in the implementation of other information systems that could affect the company's performance, but not used and researched in this study. Future studies are expected to incorporate these factors to be studied, for example, the level of consumer confidence, the level of competence, ease of use of information systems, the benefits of the system information.

Information technology has become part of human life to work, even it is very important in business organizations to be important in the timeliness and correctness of the provision of information technology at work. The.purpose.of.this study.is.to.analyze.and describe influence information technology and technological tasks individual performance. The population in this study were employees of the Candisari Pratama Tax Service Office, the South Semarang Pratama Tax Service Office, the East Semarang Pratama Tax Service Office. The sampling used in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 100 tax employee respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the application of IBM SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate the use of information technology and the suitability of the information technology task are significantly related to individual performance. The advice given related to this research is that the pratama tax office needs to help improve information technology by adding supporting facilities provided by users and increasing the level of conformity of information technology tasks in compiling tax revenue based on resources that can help individuals with the maximum number of employees.

The Impact

In the 4th industrial revolution, there is the need for exploring new knowledge about the impact of information technology (IT) on corporate governance. Accounting is considered a supportive activity for corporate governance, so this study focuses on examining some factors that might affect accountants' job performance in IT environment. This work uses survey approach for collecting empirical data. Based on data from 177 accountants in 114 businesses, PLS analysis results show that the satisfaction has a significant impact on the job performacne of accountants in the IT environment. Factors including management support and training have positive impacts on accountant' satisfaction in the process of implementing accounting software/ ERP in enterprises. The type of software has not a moderator variable in the relationship between satisfaction and accountant' job performance in IT context. These results have suggested some implications to support the succes in the implemention of IT for the accounting informatuon system.

The use of information technology in government agencies can help employees work effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the application of accounting information systems, technology utilization and work motivation on individual performance. The method of research used in this study is quantitative associative approach. This research was conducted at the Tabanan Regency Regional Finance Agency (Bakeuda). This study uses a sampling method with purposive sampling, namely sampling techniques with certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples used was 103 respondents.Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effectiveness of the application of AIS, utilization of information technology and work motivation had a positive effect on individual performance at Bakeuda Tabanan. ABSTRAKTeknologi informasi (TI) saat ini sudah menjadi saraf yang penting dalam menopang tubuh perusahaan. Selain itu, TI diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penggunaan teknologi terhadap kinerja individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel yang diambil dari unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi penggunaan teknologi dan kinerja individu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan di perusahaan pengembang perangkat lunak di Yogyakarta. Dengan teknik convenient sampling diperoleh 132 responden dan diolah dengan smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa persepsi kenyamanan, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan TI. Lebih lanjut, persepsi kenyaman, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, dan penggunaan TI berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan teknologi dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kenyamanan menggunakan teknologi, adanya pengaruh sosial, dan fasilitas yang tersedia yang kemudian akan meningkatkan kinerja individu. Penelitian ini mendorong perusahaan untuk menggunakan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu.Kata kunci: Kinerja Individu, Teknologi Informasi, UTAUT ABSTRACT Nowadays, information technology (IT) was a fundamental tool for companies to bolster their activities. In Addition, the expectation of IT usage was able to enhance employees’ performances and productivities. Furthermore, this research examines the influence of technology to individual performance. This research selected variables that available in unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) as variable which influencing IT usage and individual performances. This was a quantitative research by distributing questionnaire to employees of software developer companies in Yogyakarta as participants. Convenient sampling was applied and gathering 132 data which was executed using SmartPLS. This research finds perceived enjoyment, social influence, and facilitating condition is positively significant influencing IT usage. In other hand, perceived enjoyment, facilitating condition, and IT usage is positively and significantly influencing individual performances. In conclusion, IT usage is influenced by perceived enjoyment of IT usage, social influence, and facilitating condition. Then, these variables are able to heighten individual performances. This research drives the companies to use and advance the IT to raise individual performances. Keywords: Information Technology, Individual Performance, UTAUT
