This paper presents the results of research on the processing with a multi-contact vibratory hardening tool ball-rod hardener. Theoretical relationships are derived for the calculation of surface roughness, the depth of the hardened layer, and the degree of deformation. The formula for determining the processing time is identified. The technological process reliability with a ball-rod hardener is investigated. Methodology of the process design with regard to its reliability assurance is presented.

The article presents the results of research of the process of treatment with a multi-contact vibration impact tool - ball-rod reinforcement. Theoretical constraints are derived to calculate surface roughness, depth of strengthened layer and degree of deformation. The formula for determining the processing time is presented. Reliability of technological process of treatment with ball-rod reinforcing agent is investigated. Method of process design with due regard to its reliability is presented.

The article deals with the designing and simulation of technological process. Its modelling in virtual 3D environment was realized by means of selected software Sketch Up Pro. Computer aid is one of the tools which enable to visualize workshop environment, the motion of all its objects and so to predict the behaviour of individual technical or technological equipments in the real production process. The collisions and other problems can be eliminated, so consequently the quality and production efficiency of existing manufacturing process can be improved. The article is concerned to the virtual design of gears production. There are described some aspects of this technological process, suggested technical devices and the individual steps needed for successful manufacturing start-up.

Проведен комплексный обзор способов устранения загрязнений поверхности пластин и подложек, применяемых в технологическом процессе. Рассмотрены конструктивные решения для реализации эффективных методов очистки поверхности пластин и подложек. Представлены варианты сочетаний методов отмывки и сушки в специальном технологическом оборудовании, представлен опыт ОАО «НИИПМ» в этой области. The paper presents a comprehensive review of the wafers and substrates surface pollution particle removal methods used in the technological process. Design solutions for the implementation of effective methods for wafers and substrates surface cleaning have been considered. Besides, the paper gives variants of cleaning and drying methods combinations in special technological equipment, as well as the experience of Scientific Research Institute of Semiconductor Mechanical Engineering in this area.

The article describes the developed radiometer for Express measurement of alpha radiation of radioactive elements based on a large-diameter silicon detector. The main element of the PPD detector is made using computer mathematical modeling of all stages of the technological process of manufacturing detectors, taking into account at each stage the degree of influence of the properties of the initial silicon on the electrophysical and radiometric characteristics of the detector. Detectors are manufactured for certain types of devices. The developed radiometer is designed to measure alpha radiation of natural isotopes (238U, 234U, 232Th, 226Ra, 222Rn, 218Po, 214Bi, etc.) in various environments. It also shows the principle of operation of the device, provides a block diagram of the measuring complex, describes the electronic components of the radiometer, as well as the block diagram. Signal transformations (spectrum transfer, filtering, accumulation) are implemented programmatically on the basis of a digital processing module. The device can detect the presence of specific elements in various environments, as well as protect people from the harmful effects of adverse radiation and can be used both in the field and stationary.
