Spontaneous and distant results were analyzed concerning hormonal treatment of 47 initial patients of reproductive age with endometrium cancer (EC). The cure in the prof. N.N.Petrov scientific-research institute was performed from 1975 with purpose of preseiving fertility without operation. In addition, literature data concerning analogical treatment of 36 patients were analyzed. Summary of all data concerning 83 patients EC without invasion in myometrium show about 80% patients were receptive to hormonotherapy and 61% had the full regression of endometrium tumor. The pregnancy occurs in 20% of patients, childbirth happen in 12% of patients. Relapses of illness were revealed in almost one half of 66 patients (48%) after the full regression of initial EC. Unique results obtained in the prof. N.N. Petrov scientific-research institute oncological department are explained by large number of observations and long monitoring patients. These data analysis allowed to define indications and conditions for use of such cure EC method: only inpatients with minimal high-differentiated Aden carcinoma and in specialized clinics. This method does not exclude any timely surgery cure component in case of relapse and together with it permits to realize the reproductive function.

Currently, a wide range of wine grape varieties is cultivated in industrial vineyards of various regions of Russia. We compared two wine varieties cultivated in the conditions of the Lower Don region, and assessed the effect of methods of bush management and training these varieties with industrial cultivation technology (planting scheme - 3 x 1.5m) on the quantity and quality of the yield: open-earth high-head plantings of wine variety ‘Cristall’ of Hungarian selection and the variety of interspecific origin ‘Tsvetochniy’, bred in the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking named after Ya.I.Potapenko. The data obtained in the course of the research allow us to compare the effect of different management methods, types of bush training and loading with shoots on the indicators of plant fertility, as well as the quantity and quality of the obtained yield. The methods of management and training bushes for the climatic zone of the Lower Don region with better results can be recommended for introduction. For the ‘Cristall’ plantings, it is recommended to use a small cup-shaped and two-armed high-stem bush training; for the ‘Tsvetochniy’ plantings - a zigzag cordon and a Y-shaped bush training with loading increase up to 35 shoots per bush, and a planting scheme - 3 x 1.5 m. The recommended methods of management and training grape bushes of wine varieties ‘Cristall’ and ‘Tsvetochniy’ will make it possible to obtain stable and high-quality yields.

The 60s-80s of the last century are characterized by emerging a number of theoretical and methodological works devoted to new understanding of design as a person’s interaction with his objective world. These are the works of designers (Fedorov M.V., Minervin G.B. and others), philosophers (Kantor K.M., Shchedrovitsky G.P., Yudin E.G.) and psychologists (Zinchenko V.P., Munipov V.M., Chainova L.D. and others). Common positions were noted in a variety of interpretations; these positions are interdisciplinarity and project-based design. Intensive development of technical means of labour activity determined the need to have an integral system of ideas about a working person, his labour activity, his relationship with the machine and with the environment, his ergonomics. Thanks to the research and development of prominent Russian philosophers, engineers and psychologists, ergonomics received the status of an interdisciplinary, scientific and design discipline of a new type, based on a systemic methodology and an activity approach. On the basis of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics, founded in 1962, a productive integration of design and ergonomics tools was fulfilled; a direction was formed, which would later be called ergodesign. Special interdisciplinary research, projects and developments were organized where specialists from different fields of knowledge studying the human nature participated. In the process of these events the ideas of various disciplines were synthesized. A significant part of the research in the field of ergodesign in the period of 1960s-1980s was carried out within the framework of a closed problem in the field of space ergonomics and defence technology. Some of the solutions in the field of space ergonomics and defence technology related to the developments conversion in the post-Soviet period are discussed in this article.

This article presents the results of a study of the Mari numeral phrases in terms of the influence of the Russian language. The aim of this work is to trace the role of Russian borrowings in the formation of Mari numeral phrases, primarily in the expression of their components, and to reveal other changes that have arisen under the influence of similar phrases and structures of the Russian language. The study was conducted on the basis of the lexical card index of the MarNIIYALI (Mari Scientific Research Institute of Language, Literature and History), which is based on written sources of the meadow-eastern literary norm, namely, its electronic part in the amount of about one thousand author's sheets. During the collection and analysis of material, elements and techniques of the following research methods were applied: descriptive and analytical (observation with the identification of the studied facts in sources, their generalization, interpretation and classification, description), comparative (regular comparison of Mari models with Russian ones for identity and non-identity), comparative-historical (in other cases, indications of the origin of the words), quantitative (counting models of various groups containing Russianisms). According to the results of the research, Russian borrowings may play a role of a head word (3 units in 4 models) and a dependent component (mainly substantive case forms and postpositional constructions, numerals, as well as some pronouns and adverbs of degree in 14 models). 3 models with cardinal numbers as a head very rarely can be represented by phrases with Russianisms in both components. As a result the syntactic units in some models and the models of numeral phrases themselves were replenished, the last ones by 3 units. Also the shifts in the forms of grammatical number of dependent nouns in some models appeared.

In the Russian Far East, a highly profitable crop is soybean, which predominates in all farms’ crop rotation in the region. An increase in this crop production occurs here both by increasing the sown area and increasing its yield. Therefore, in scientific institutions, great attention is paid to breeding varieties that can produce high yields in conditions with limited thermal resources with adaptation to the extreme soil and climatic conditions of the region’s soybean growing zones. In 2020, 45 varieties developed by scientific institutions of the Far Eastern Federal District were introduced to the State Register of the Russian Federation and approved for use in production in code 12 region (Far Eastern), with the largest number of the entries coming from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Soybeans. The share of cultivated areas in the Russian Far East occupied by domestic varieties was 63.7 %, the largest share of sown varieties – 48.9 % – belongs to the Federal Research Center All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Soybean. The most popular were the varieties of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Soybean, such as Alena, Kitrossa, Lydiya, Evgeniya, MK 100, Primorsky varieties (Musson, Primorskaya 4, Primorskaya 86, Primorskaya 96, Sphera) are in demand mainly in Primorsky Krai, and Khabarovsk varieties (Batya, Marinata) have an advantage in Khabarovsky Krai and the Jewish Autonomous Region. All varieties are not genetically modified and are created mainly by classical breeding methods. Breeders of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution,“Federal Research Center of Agrobiotechnology of the Far East named after A.K. Chaika” and biotechnologists carry out the selection of pairs for crossing using biotechnological methods to assess their polymorphism, instead of long-term selection for phenotypic features in the field. Evaluation of domestic and foreign varieties for disease resistance revealed a high degree of damage to foreign varieties by dangerous viral and fungal diseases. Together with Japanese scientists from the University of Niigata, the astragalus mosaic virus was detected on Canadian and Chinese varieties in Primorsky Krai and the Amur Region using DNA analysis. The carrier of this disease is soybean aphid (Aphis glycines).

Background:Classification criteria for SLE need validation and selection of the most advanced ones for clinical practiceObjectives:To validate Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC)-12, American College of Rheumatology (ACR)-97 and 2019 European League against Rheumatism/American College of Rheumatology (EULAR/ACR-2019) for SystemicLupus Erythematosus classification criteria on a patient cohort from V.A. Nasonova Scientific Research Institute of Rheumatology (Moscow)Methods:This prospective study included 252 (n=152 with SLE and n=100 non SLE: 74 – with systemic sclerosis (SC) and 26 – with primary antiphospholipid syndrome (pAPS)) patients who were sequentially admitted to the 4th Rheumatology Department from December 2018 to June 2020. All of the patient records were reevaluated by expert rheumatologist in order to determine if they agree with the diagnosis. For every patient, a check-list of SLE-related features was filled out. The association between clinical diagnosis and diagnosis generated on the basis of ACR-97, SLICC-12 and EULAR/ACR-2019classification criteria was assessed. The overall sensitivity and specificity of ACR-97, SLICC-12 and EULAR/ACR-2019 classifications, as well as the sensitivity and specificity according to disease duration was calculated. The predictive value of every criterion in ACR-97, SLICC-12 and 2019 EULAR/ACR classification was assessed using logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results:According to ACR-97 criteria, reliable SLE was diagnosed in 131 (86%), according to SLICC-2012 – in 145 (95.3%) and according to EULAR/ACR-2019 – in 144 (94.7%) of 152 patients, respectively. We identified the criteria that were significantly more represented in the SLE-group. The sensitivity and specificity (Table 1) did not change depending on the ANA titers (1/160 and 1/320) and the duration of the disease.Table 1.The sensitivity and specificity of SLE criteria in 152 SLE patients and 100 non SLE patientsSLE classification criteriaAUC, 95% CICut pointSensivitySpecifityACR-970.654 (0.550-0.758)489.736SLICC-120.616 (0.505-0.728)493.1432019 EULAR/ACR0.609 (0.492-0.727)10*97.448Note. ACR-97 – American College of Rheumatology classification from 1997; SlICC-12 – Systemic lupus International Collaboration Clinics classification from 2012; 2019 European League Against Rheumatism/American College of Rheumatology. ANA – anti-nuclear antibody more than 1/320 n=116; ANA < 320 n= 36. AUC – area under the ROC curve; Cut point - reference point for the number of criteria, * number of points ≥ 10.When excluding patients with SC in a single-factor logistic model of patients with SLE and pAPS, indicating the number of criteria, the sensitivity was for ACR-97 - 86, for SlICC-12 - 95, for 2019 EULAR/ACR - 95, the specificity was 100, 62 and 62, respectively. Conclusion:Evaluation of the criteria by level ANA revealed the highest sensitivity for 2019 EULAR/ACR and SLICC-12, the specificity was low for all three criteria. In the analysis of patients with SLE and pAPS, the sensitivity was highest for 2019 EULAR/ACR and SLICC-12, the specificity was 100 for ACR-97.Disclosure of Interests:None declared
