How to coordinate heterogeneous database to realize sharing and consistency of information not only is an important research subject in the database filed, but also is an emerging research hot spot in the field of database system. As a new development direction of computer software, it applies some new techniques to integrate the existing systems to develop new applications. The paper analyzes CSCW, XML, JDBC and heterogeneous database, and proposes a solution of heterogeneous database. The solution absorbs the thoughts of database meta data, middle ware and LDAP directory service.

Seismometer is an instrument that generates seismic wave signals and accurately reflect the movement of the ground. With the development of science and technology, especially when the introduction of electronic feedback technology and the development of digital seismic, the development direction of seismometer was high sensitivity, wide band, anti-interference and low power consumption. Looking forward to the new development direction of seismometer, the research development and application prospect of seismometer are widening. In this paper, the complexity faced in the seismic wave is introduced. The seismometer (newton-meter) calculated by the seismometer instrument during earth-quake has complexity in it due to large amount of magnitude therefore converting it into logarithmic moment (magnitude) becomes ease in data representation. Conversion of given seismicmoment (newton-meter) value to logarithmic magnitude should be performed by using simple logarithmic calculation and also conversion of given logarithmic magnitude value to a logical Seismic - moment value should be performed vice versa. The data visualization is enhanced easily since data of infinite value is converted into measurable finite value .Therefore convertion eases analyzing data during underground nuclear weapon test, occurance of natural tremors etc.

Purpose The aim of this paper is to present the results preparation of a new glass cockpit for a general aviation category airplane with a TP100 turboprop 180 kW engine. All the works were carried out within the framework of the European programme: “Efficient Systems and Propulsion for Small Aircraft” – ESPOSA. Design/methodology/approach As a part of the ongoing work, the avionics equipment available on the market were thoroughly analysed. Optimization of choice was defined at the level of costs, ergonomics and development requirements of the engine manufacturer. The paper presents the issues of the realized project and discusses its specific characteristics, such as advantages and disadvantages in comparison to the conventional analogue cockpit and the possibility of adaptation for the plane. Findings New avionics, ground and in-flight tests were carried out. The data were collected, which, together with an ergonomics assessment done by the pilot and the observer, confirmed the previously established technical and operational objectives. Practical implications Most airplanes, when being modernized, encounter minor or major problems. A new approach to upgrading the avionics, involving the exchange of a piston engine with a turbine engine, which is supported by 3D software, has allowed a significant reduction of working time and costs. Originality/value The achieved results allow specifying a plan of changes, necessary to adapt the aircraft to a new avionic system. However, an important value is to show a new development direction of the turbine engine implementation in general aviation aircrafts.


Hotel apartments - condotels (hereinafter referred as condotels) are a type of resort real estate that is gradually emerging into a development trend in Vietnam’s tourism market in recent years. The development of this accommodation type brings tourism a new development direction. This paper presents some aspects of condotel development in Vietnam in general and Khanh Hoa in particular, as well as assesses its impacts on Khanh Hoa’s tourism industry. Then, the authors propose some solutions to reduce the negative impacts of condotel development on Khanh Hoa tourism in the imminent periods. The paper presents modern PLC's network to Physiological parameter monitoring technology. In this paper a founding method and implement of the system for personal and real-time monitoring is described, including the operation of the whole system. The tests demonstrate that the system is stable, reliable as well as high timely and accuracy. This paper accords with the trend that the network is becoming the new development direction of Measurement Technology and Instrument. While the abnormal incidences happen, the system can immediately give an alarm automatically, in order to save the valued time for patients first aid. The system can monitor the patients continuancely for 24 hours. Just take the very small device of data collection and wireless transmission subsystem, the Patients can move freely in a certain area.
