Abstract After the Industrial Revolution, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the great changes in science and technology, the traditional energy has been unable to meet people’s new needs of production and life and the concept of sustainable development. As a hot topic in recent years, new energy can become one of the new ways to promote the continuation of resources. The traces of the rapid development of new energy can be found in various fields related to people’s lives. Electric power information system is one of the aspects. It is well known that human beings can not live or work without electricity. Therefore, it is very important to apply new energy technology in electric power information system. This study studies from the overview of new energy technology, the overview of power information intelligent system and the application of new energy technology in power information intelligent system.

With the rapid development of China’s economy, people's living standards have stepped on their way of continuous improvement, and the number of dinning out also increases continuously. Therefore, the restaurant-queuing problem in commercial circle has become a specific social phenomenon. The paper aims at studying restaurant queuing system of commercial circle from the perspective of service design to figure out the problems in current restaurant queuing system, complaints and demands from users through conducted research and contextual inquiry, and collect statistics for studying user’s experience and analysing system function and affordability so as to draw the service blueprint of queuing system in commercial circle. Furthermore, suggestions on solution of various problems in restaurant queuing will be provided in order to better arrange business space, restaurant resources and users’ time.

Abstract: In the global death population, more than 90% of the population died due to illness. In different years, different countries, different incomes, different genders and different age groups, the situation is the same (except very few). Death data show that the life span of the vast majority of human population depends entirely on the ability to resist fatal diseases. In the nearly 300 years since the industrial revolution, the ability to resist deadly diseases has greatly improved, which has brought about a multiple increase in the overall life span of human beings, without exception in all countries of the world. Rapid social development brings medical progress, a large number of drugs against deadly diseases came out continuously, the continuous development of public health and the continuous improvement of population nutrition brought about by economic development... Together, these factors promote human resistance to deadly diseases, and will also promote the next round of life span leap.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat di era revolusi industri 4.0, berdampak luar biasa terhadap kehidupan manusia, salah satunya pada bidang Pendidikan. Teknologi digital berimbas pada system pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya Bahasa Inggris, mengingatkemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa asing menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari pemanfaatan teknologi. Dalam hal ini, guru Bahasa Inggris memiliki peran yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan bahasa. Peran-peran tersebut dapat memperlengkapi siswa-siswi dengan literasi baru meliputi literasi data, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia, keterampilan, dan karakter bangsa sehingga mereka bias menjadi agen perubahan yang bijaksana dalam menyikapi dan menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi, dengan tetap memperhatikan nilai kemanusian. Meskipun memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan dan menyediakan kemudahan bagi manusia, revolusi industry ini memberikan tantangan yang cukup kompleks pada para praktisi pendidikan, khususnya para guru Bahasa Inggris. Selainitu, revolusi ini juga membawa implikasi pada dunia pendidikan, terutamanya pada pembelajaran Bahasa. Kata kunci: guru Bahasa Inggris, RevolusiIndustri 4.0, peran ABSTRACT The rapid development of science and technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, has tremendous impacts on human life, one of them in the field of Education. Digital technology causes a shift on the education system in Indonesia, especially English education, since the ability to communicate in foreign languages is an integral part of the technology utilization. In this case, English teachers have particular roleswhich can determine the success of the language education. These roles can equip students with new literacies including data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy, skills, and national characters,which make them become wise agents of change in addressing and using technological sophistication, without neglecting human values. Although, it provides many benefits and conveniencesfor human beings, this industrial revolution provides quite complex challenges for education practitioners, especially English teachers. The digitalization of the economy sector in the industrial revolution 4.0 needs to be approached with a smart attitude so as to not bring loss to both the consumers and the business holders, by transforming the instrument of consumer rights in an updated and a better way. The development of technology has spoiled human beings in all aspects, including in muamalah. like transaction. The society’s rapid consumptive behavior becomes a business opportunity for the investors to invest their capital in the field of trade, which is also rapidly developing. The increasing demand of consumptive products pushes the popularity of online transaction. There exist hundreds of online shops, either official shops or those undergoing transaction through social media. Anyone can be owners of online shops, and the consumers can be adults, teenagers, and even children. This condition causes some problems, such as the misuse of online transaction for deception, offering products which are not the same as the real items, or worse, not sending the products after the consumer has transferred the money. The results show that in online transactions, there are many dishonest sellers who legalize all methods to practice deception, so there needs to be a connection between online transaction and religion with the hope to minimize the chance of harm for both the consumers and the sellers.

AbstractA new industrial revolution is on the verge in the energy domain considering the knowledge and skills acquired through the development of new energy technologies. Shale gas processing, unconventional oil exploitation, new exploring/drilling methods, mature renewable energy or in progress, all generated a wealth of knowledge in new technology. Therefore, this paper aims to analyse the positive and negative aspects of energy solutions, and to reveal the way to a world where a valid sustainable development, based on safe and rational premises, is actually considered. The paper also introduces suggestions for the energy system, which has a crucial importance in coping with the resource management of the future, where the economic, social, and environmental/climate needs of the post-crisis world should be suitably considered.

Organizations are facing stiff market and other external pulls and pushes, thus HR will become vital source for managing future challenges. HRIS is an information system that makes use of computers to monitor, control, and influence the movement of human beings from the time they indicate their intention to join an organization till the time they separate from it. The purpose of the HRIS is to provide service, in the form of accurate and timely information, to the clients of the system. As there are a variety of potential users of HR information, it may be used for strategic, tactical, and operational decision making (e.g., to plan for needed professionals in a merger), to avoid litigation (e.g., to identify discrimination problems in hiring), to evaluate programmes, policies, or practices (e.g., to evaluate the effectiveness of a training programme), and/or to support daily operations (e.g., to help managers monitor time and attendance of their professionals). However, in order to maximize HRIS success, researchers and practitioners have to know more about its underlying drivers. The study is undertaken looking to the importance of HRIS in the organizations. The paper identifies the factors of HRIS as perceived by professional users. This study is also an attempt to study the impact of designation on identified factors of Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The results of this research will increase researchers comprehension on difference in factors that influence effectiveness of senior and middle-level professionals.

Energy efficiency and renewable energy are the two main research topics for sustainable energy. In the past ten years, countries around the world have invested a lot of manpower into new energy research. However, in addition to new energy development, energy efficiency technologies need to be emphasized to promote production efficiency and reduce environmental pollution. In order to improve power production efficiency, an integrated solution regarding the issue of electric power load forecasting was proposed in this study. The solution proposed was to, in combination with persistence and search algorithms, establish a new integrated ultra-short-term electric power load forecasting method based on the adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and back-propagation neural network (BPN), which can be applied in forecasting electric power load in Taiwan. The research methodology used in this paper was mainly to acquire and process the all-day electric power load data of Taiwan Power and execute preliminary forecasting values of the electric power load by applying ANFIS, BPN and persistence. The preliminary forecasting values of the electric power load obtained therefrom were called suboptimal solutions and finally the optimal weighted value was determined by applying a search algorithm through integrating the above three methods by weighting. In this paper, the optimal electric power load value was forecasted based on the weighted value obtained therefrom. It was proven through experimental results that the solution proposed in this paper can be used to accurately forecast electric power load, with a minimal error.
