The digitalization of the economy sector in the industrial revolution 4.0 needs to be approached with a smart attitude so as to not bring loss to both the consumers and the business holders, by transforming the instrument of consumer rights in an updated and a better way. The development of technology has spoiled human beings in all aspects, including in muamalah. like transaction. The society’s rapid consumptive behavior becomes a business opportunity for the investors to invest their capital in the field of trade, which is also rapidly developing. The increasing demand of consumptive products pushes the popularity of online transaction. There exist hundreds of online shops, either official shops or those undergoing transaction through social media. Anyone can be owners of online shops, and the consumers can be adults, teenagers, and even children. This condition causes some problems, such as the misuse of online transaction for deception, offering products which are not the same as the real items, or worse, not sending the products after the consumer has transferred the money. The results show that in online transactions, there are many dishonest sellers who legalize all methods to practice deception, so there needs to be a connection between online transaction and religion with the hope to minimize the chance of harm for both the consumers and the sellers.

The development of technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is very rapid. These developments triggered developments in all sectors, one of the most affected by the industrial revolution 4.0 was the trade sector. In the current era of 4.0, trade has begun to develop from conventional trading that is trading through physical markets or more often we are familiar with supermarkets, malls, mini markets, and so forth to trade through online markets or more commonly known as E-Commerce. This is a fresh wind for consumers because with the switch of trade through E-commerce, a myriad of conveniences offered by the E-commerce. The conveniences include that consumer do not need to leave the house to buy an item, or in other words a trade transaction can be done anywhere without having to spend special time to travel to a store or shopping center. Not only positive things and conveniences caused by this development, but a myriad of problems that nowadays often occur in online buying and selling activities. Starting from goods that do not match the description or information provided by businesses to the delay of goods that have been promised by businesses, to other problems that essentially harm the consumer.

The development of technology and ease of information is currently very influencing in all aspects of life, for example, the use of social media is not only used as a means of obtaining information and as a means of self-presentation, but social media is widely used as a means of doing business which we usually call an online shop. With technology that is increasingly developing, nowadays there are many online buying and selling sites wherein it collects many online shops into one site that makes it easier for buyers to get the items they want with various promos that attract people to shop on these sites. The purpose of this study is to determine whether e-commerce has an effect on people's consumptive behavior. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the method used in this study was a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 117 people who work as housewives and mothers who work by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that there is an effect of e-commerce on the consumer's behavior in Karang Panjang Village, Ambon City, this is shown by the correlation test data that has been carried out, the regression line equation Y = α + βX is Y = 16.890 + 0.491X and the regression results are obtained. r count = 0.762 and the significance level is 5% with N = 117

Digitalization of the economic field to welcome the era of industrial revolution 4.0 needs to be addressed intelligently so it is not harm the consumers and business actors through the transformation of consumer protection instruments into a more contemporary way. Currently, Indonesia has about 93.4 million Internet users and approximately 71 million users of smart phones which makes the internet and of course online transactions, as part of a lifestyle that is reflected through shopping behavior. The task of the State is to bring legal protection to consumers. Based on the consideration of actuality and urgency, to create the necessary level of certainty in business transactions and protect the consumer rights of e-commerce transactions the Government finally issued Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2017. This regulation regulates the Electronic Road Based Electronic System Road Map (road map e-commerce). The Policy Package is intended to make Indonesia the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia by 2020. Legal umbrella is required in the form of law so that the state can provide a simultaneous and comprehensive legal protection of consumer rights in e-commerce transactions in the era of digital economy.

Consumer data protection is part of the consumer protection aspect of online transactions or e-commerce activities. This research is a normative legal research based on library research. This study aims to know and understand that personal data is part of the constitutional rights of citizens, so that the state is obliged to protect dignity, respect and integrity of consumers as human beings. The use of any information through electronic media that involves a person's personal data must be done with the consent of the person concerned. The misuse of consumer data is a major problem in legal protection to consumers. Consumer data protection only relies on Ministerial Regulation Number 20 Year 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data which cannot be used as a basis for solving the problem of data misuse. There needs to be a special institution in processing law enforcement in the context of protecting consumer data.Keywords: Consumer Data Protection

Abstract Persuasive language in online trading transaction. The development of online shops via the internet has mushroomed in Indonesia, followed by the rapid advancement of buying and selling online which can be seen from the many online advertisements that appear for free on social media. The role of persuasion language in online advertisement impressions is very important to be used so that potential buyers are interested and more confident in buying the products offered.The method used in this study is the documentation of online ad writing. Research results (1) Motto or watchword taken from quotations adapted to the product offered, data or product facts offered to consumers and their uses, and product excellence includes product excellence and is presented should be in the form of persuasive sentences (2) Persuasion language used in transactions buying and selling online can be seen from the percentage of online advertising in the form of elements of persuasion language marked by the use of a motto or watchword, data or facts, the superiority of the advertised product, and the use of persuasive sentences in the online advertisement. (3) Persuasive techniques used in online transactions, namely rationalization, suggestion, conformity, compensation, replacement, and projections (4) The most dominant persuasive technique used in the persuasive language of online advertising is the suggestion technique.. Key words: persuasive language, persuasive techniques, trading transactions, online Abstrak Bahasa persuasif dalam transaksi jual beli online. Perkembangan toko online lewat internet sudah menjamur di Indonesia, diikuti dengan maju pesatnya jual beli online yang dapat dilihat dari banyaknya iklan online yang tayang gratis di media sosial. Peranan bahasa persuasi dalam tayangan iklan online sangat penting digunakan agar calon pembeli tertarik dan lebih yakin untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dari tulisan iklan online. Hasil penelitian (1) Moto atau semboyan diambil dari kutipan disesuaikan dengan produk yang ditawarkan, data atau fakta produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen beserta kegunaannya, dan keunggulan produk meliputi keunggulan produk serta disajikan sebaiknya dalam bentuk kalimat persuasif (2) Bahasa persuasi yang digunakan dalam transaki jual beli online dapat dilihat dari presentase pada iklan online berupa unsurunsur bahasa persuasi yang ditandai dengan penggunaan moto atau semboyan, data atau fakta, keunggulan produk yang diiklankan, dan penggunaan kalimat yang bersifat persuasif pada iklan online tersebut (3) Teknik persuasif yang digunakan dalam transaski online yaitu rasionalisasi, sugesti, konformitas, kompensasi, penggantian, dan proyeksi (4) Teknik persuasif yang paling dominan digunakan dalam bahasa persuasif iklan online adalah teknik sugesti.Kata-kata kunci: bahasa persuasi, teknik persuasi, transaksi jual beli, online

Globalization era forms society character being advanced. People often do buying and selling activities in an easy way, which is in the form of buying and selling goods in the internet or online. It is called as online commerce or e-commerce. Using online-commerce, people do not need to go out to spend their time buying for their living goods. Online-commerce facilitates people easily in trading. Saving time is becoming a reason for them to do online commerce. The method used in online-commerce is almost the same as offline commerce. Online commerce offers a lot of convenience for both sellers and buyers in transaction. This certainly has a lot of convenience, but it also has weaknesses in online transactions. For consumers, they get less-notice for protection so that online-commerce has a lot of weaknesses in this case. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a legal state that protects the whole of Indonesia's blood spill. The State becomes a protector of its citizens in the context of consumer protection. The law has arranged that consumers also have protection in order not to cause any harm in transaction. Both offline and online transactions are regulated by consumer protection laws because these laws are intended to protect consumers in buying and selling transactions. In the law number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection is mentioned in article 1, paragraph 2, that the Customer is any user of goods and/ or services available in the community, whether for self-interest, family, other people or other living beings and not to be traded, whereas in Article 1 paragraph 1 mentioned, Consumer protection is any effort that ensures the legal certainty to give to the consumer. There are several consumer rights protected by law, such as, in article 4 of the consumer protection law including, the right to convenience, security and safety in consuming goods and / or services, the right to choose goods and/ or services and right to obtain goods and/ or services in accordance with exchange rates and the promised conditions and warranties, the right to true, clear and honest information about the conditions and warranties of goods and / or services, the right to be heard and to complain of goods and / or services used, the right to advocacy, protection and appropriate dispute resolution of consumer protection, the right to counsel and education of consumers, the right to be treated or served properly and honestly and non-discriminatively, the right to compensation and / or reimbursement , if the goods and / or services received are not in accordance with the agreement or not as appropriate, and the last is the rights set in the provisions of other legislation.The consumers’ rights that have been regulated in the law are providing legal protection to the consumer either online transaction or offline transactions. Based on the law of protection to the consumer in the context of online-commerce, the consumers can apply this law to sue their rights that have been mandated in the law as a form of legal protection to consumers.

The humanitarian problem in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 is very complex and is at the stage of worrying. No human being separated from the effect of the waves. High school is active users (user) of the results of the industrial revolution the 4.0. The problem that arises in the use of social media including the demise of expertise, the dissemination of hate speech and fabricated news. Teaching Islamic education material should be able to respond to this by providing normative information in the Qur'an and Hadith so that students can escape from its negative effects. One of the solutions offered was to integrate these materials with integratsi learning models in the themes that have been arranged in the school's learning policy. Integrating this material must through the phases between the awarding phase of learning, information or materials to grow a critical reason, generate hypotheses and generalities.

In the age of Industrial Revolution 4.0, human life is influenced by various of sophisticated technologies. One of them is social media that increasingly develop, and take some impacts in human life. The fact is there are some priests ignore their pastoral duty and this takes the result that the church is separated. Many of priests don’t live up to their calling as good shepherds. They cannot recognize the church members who entrusted to them by a bishop. This study focus on the influence of social media for a priest’s duty. The research method used in the issue is a qualitative method by using literature approach. I found out that a priest is a shepherd for members of catholic community. A priest ordained by a bishop to continue Christ duty. Social media can become a tool and an equipment for a priest to develop the spiritual life and ministry. The attendance of a priest is the presence Christ as a good shepherd for His sheeps.
