Abstract This study aims to analyze the students’ mastery of concepts on the topic of energy during the distance learning when Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the determination of the study sample is based on gender. The sample in this study is 116 people. Students’ mastery of concepts refers to Bloom’s Taxonomy, namely C1 to C4. The instrument used was a cognitive ability test with 22 multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed using scoring techniques with the Guttman scale. The scores obtained are made into percentages and the results are grouped by category. The results showed that during the distance learning process, the students’ mastery of concepts was in the “enough” category with a percentage of 54%. Based on each aspect, the mastery of the concept in the C1 aspect shows an achievement of 81% with the “very well” category, 49% for the C2 aspect in the “enough” category, 57% for the C3 aspect in the “enough” category and 48% for the C4 aspect with the “enough” category. From the results of the study, efforts are needed to improve students’ mastery of concepts through appropriate learning strategies.

Rotational dynamics is one of topic in physics for high school students that require visualization of its concepts. This research developed an interactive e-book for physics learning with its features consisting of multimedia content such as audio, video, animation, and simple problem-solving activities. This e-book has been validated and recommended by a team of experts. This trial aims to determine the effectiveness of e-book by students in mastering concepts, using a. quasi-experiment. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling technique at senior high school with 42 students. Data were collected using multiple choice questions. The increase of student concept mastery is determined based on the N-gain score of pretest and posttest data. The results show that the average student response to e-book is 81% in the very good criterion. The N-gain scores for the equilibrium concepts of A and B classes are 0.79 and 0.70 in the high criteria, while, the concept of rotational dynamics are 0.66 and 0.66 respectively and in the medium criterion. The increase of conceptual mastery occurs in every cognitive domain (remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating). In conclusion, the e-book has been effective in enhancing the mastery of student concepts.

Covid-19 has a big impact on the world of education so that face-to-face learning is directly replaced by virtual learning by using learning applications. The research was aimed to determine the influence of the Take and Give model on the learning outcomes of the ecosystem materials of Az-Zahra Islamic High School students grade X. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method. Sampling from class X IPA was conducted equality test and random sampling technique. The cognitive learning instrument consisted of 20 multiple choice questions with five alternative answers that had a reliability score was 0.81. Research instruments were conducted validity tests and reliability tests. Analysis of hypothetical data was conducted using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) test obtained result was 0.000 that stated that there was an influence on the students' cognitive learning outcomes that given the take and give model based on virtual. The results showed that the influence of taking and give learning models based on virtual learning had a significant impact on the students' learning outcomes grade X on ecosystem materials, which were shown in the final test scores of the experimental class which was 82,500 with a high category n-gain percentage was 52.8 and control class which was 76,111 with a moderate category n-gain percentage was 86.1. Based on research that applied the take and gives model can improve students' learning outcomes. Keywords: Take and give model, learning outcomes, attitude, ecosystem materials

Scientific Reasoning is the systematic and logical thinking skills for problem solving. The purpose of this preliminary study is to find out the scientific reasoning profile of students in grade XI of Sukabumi City Public High School on Ecosystem material which was conducted in February in the 3rd week in one of the Sukabumi City State High Schools. This research uses descriptive method, the approach used is quantitative approach. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 30 students. This research instrument was in the form of a scientific reasoning test developed by Lawson namely the LCTSR (Lawson Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning) type. The questions used consist of 35 multiple choice questions with LCTSR type with 6 indicators of scientific reasoning namely proportional, probabilistic, correlational, identification and control of variables, volume conservation and hypothetic-deductive. Data analysis with scoring technique is done in pairs which gives a description of the pattern and level of students' scientific reasoning abilities. From the results of the study showed that the scientific reasoning profile of class XI State Senior High School students in Sukabumi City in 2019/2020 had the highest reasoning pattern in the transitional operational category of 76.7% and had a level of scientific reasoning in the less-than-average category. average percentage of 30.05%. But these results must still be improved again by using methods, models and learning approaches that are able to train students' scientific reasoning.

Kata kunci: Dismenorea primer, hipnoterapi, SMP.Effect of Hypnotherapy on Alleviating Primary Dysmenorrhea in Junior High School StudentsAbstractThe incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia amounts to approximately 54.89%, while another 45.11% is secondary dysmenorrhea. 25 out of 35 female students at SMP Patriot Bangsa (Patriot Bangsa Junior High School) experience primary dysmenorrhea when menstruating. One of nonpharmacological treatments for dysmenorrhea is hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is an easy, fast, effective, and efficient way to treat dysmenorrhea by reaching the subconcious. This research aimed to identify the effect of hypnotherapy on dysmenorrhea in junior high school students. This research used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest- posttest design. The population of this research was 117 students and 20 students were chosen as sample with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected from respondents using Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) instrument. Data were analyzed in two steps, univariate and bivariate with t-dependent test. The results showed that the average value of dysmenorrhea before intervention is 6.5 and after intervention is 1.35. Hypnotherapy was found to have an effect on dysmenorrhea (t=17,596, p-value 0,001). It was suggested to the school that they should conduct nonpharmacological interventions such as hypnotherapy as treatment of dysmennorhea.Key words: Dysmenorrhea primer, hypnotherapy, SMP.
