Abstract In this paper, an experimental device is designed for measuring vehicle dynamic load, the structure and stress of the equipment are analyzed by computer technology. The device design mainly includes vehicle, road surface, vehicle transmission, and control [1]. The vehicle is designed based on a 2-DOF vehicle model, the road is designed based on the Pasternak foundation model, and the control mainly uses a single-chip microcomputer. The dynamic response of vehicles to the road at different speeds is analyzed through the experiment [2].

The measurement and control system of an intelligent living room environment is introduced in this paper, which takes single-chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core chip. The system uses the intelligent digital temperature and humidity materials SHT11 and light sensitive resistor to realize the detections of living room temperature, relative humidity and light intensity level with automatic control, in order to improve the living room comfort level. It's function reliable, simply constructed, and can achieve the automatic adjustment of living room environment parameters.

This paper analyses the characteristics and the glowing use value of LED lights, using STC series microcontroller design a system of LED which can automatically adjust the light according to the environment changes. The control system consists by the data acquisition module and control module and circuit driver module. This paper gives the control circuit hardware and software design. This system has many advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection and longevity when compared with the conventional lighting system.

In modern agriculture, greenhouse environment implementation of automatic detection and control is necessary. The key technology of greenhouse facilities is the temperature control. The microcontroller is core processor and the temperature sensor is used to collect temperature data, and transmitting the data to the single chip microcomputer, the data collected will be sent to the digital display, so that operator could observe the current temperature. It can adjust the temperature environment inside the greenhouse in the system and flexible to meet the plant growth habits.

Micro-motor is the core component of surgical power plant, this paper research a new method of measuring micro-motor speed and output power. This system takes WTK-10 Groove-type photoelectric sensor and 6 gap speed code disc to measure micro-motor speed, uses TQ661 torque sensor to measure output torque of micro-motor, takes electronic load loading circuit, torque-speed measuring circuit, brushless motor driver circuit and control circuit of single chip microcomputer to realize the detection of micro-motor speed and output power, and to display results on PC. This system has the functions of data gathering, data processing, displaying and alarm etc, is accurate, economical and practical etc.

A kind of device for data storage is realized in this article. The data storage device (DSD) has USB and I2C port. By it we can transmit data from terminal for measure and control that base on SCM (single-chip microcomputer) to PC easily. DSD use EEPROM CMOS chip AT24C512 for storing data, and use USB chip CH341 for transmitting data to PC. This article showed AT24C512, CH341 and the characteristic of I2C BUS. The hardware for taking data and software for communicating between terminal and PC were designed in this article.

For the caused harvesting loss problem by inaccurate alignment of the semi-feeding peanut harvester, an automatic alignment system on the control core of the single chip microcomputer μPD78F0525 was designed. The system adopts a four-bar detection mechanism to transmit the offset to the controller through the sensor and to adjust the excavator in time. On this basis, a peanut automatic alignment test device is developed, which is composed of conveying platform, ridge ditch, hydraulic execution system, signal detection mechanism, signal processing and control system, etc. The influence effect of the main factors of the system is tested through the test bench. The results show: the reaction time increases with the increase of spring preload and deviation distance, gradually decreases and tends to remain unchanged with the increase of forward speed, and first decreases and then increases with the increase of hydraulic flow. The unqualified rate first decreases and then increases with the increase of spring preload, gradually increases with the increase of forward speed and deviation distance, and gradually decreases with the increase of hydraulic flow. The effectiveness and stability of the automatic alignment system can meet the operation requirements. It effectively solved the problem of automatic alignment of the semi-feeding peanut harvester and provided a technical reference for the research and development of the automatic alignment system for harvesting the fruits under the soil.

A cleaning robot for household cleaning is designed based on the single chip microcomputer AT89S51. It can complete home environment clean in the case of unattended. With the help of the infrared sensor and the control system, the Cleaning robot can automatically avoid the static and dynamic obstacles in the working environments and clean the ground in the room. Practice has proved that its structure is compact, flexible, easy to implement and control and it can initially complete the obstacle avoidance and cleaning tasks.

With the development of production automation and science and technology level, the intelligent level of the car is continuously improved. For intelligent car, with STC89S52 single chip microcomputer as its core of control, the direction and speed of it is controlled by the collection and processing of the signals from various kinds of transducers in the forward path. Therefore, the functions of automatic identification of black guide line applied to rapid and steady running status of the car and the obstacle color discrimination applied to direction selection during the course of running and other relevant functions can be realized. In this system, a DC motor is used for the forward and steering movement of the car, a LCD1602 is used for the display of its travel time, and a dual power supply by which system stability can be enhanced is used for the motor and control system respectively. Besides, the system control software is designed to be a combination of software and hardware, through which the anticipated functions of the car is ultimately realized.
