This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on capital structure, the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value through the capital structure of finance companies on the IDX. This type of research is causal associative research. The population of this study is a finance company listed on the IDX, while the selected sample consists of 11 companies. Determination of samples with Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis (path analysis) and the analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 23. The results show that (1) profitability has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure (2) the capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value ( 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (4) capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability on firm value. Keywords:Perusahaan Pembiayaan;Profitabilitas;Nilai Perusahaan;Struktur Modal

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

Gas path analysis (GPA) is an effective method for determination of turbofan component condition from measured performance parameters. GPA is widely applied on engine test rig data to isolate components responsible for performance problems, thereby offering substantial cost saving potential. Additional benefits can be obtained from the application of GPA to on-wing engine data. This paper describes the experience with model-based GPA on large volumes of on-wing measured performance data. Critical is the minimization of the GPA results uncertainty in order to maintain reliable diagnostics and condition monitoring information. This is especially challenging given the variable in-flight operating conditions and limited on-wing sensor accuracy. The uncertainty effects can be mitigated by statistical analysis and filtering and postprocessing of the large datasets. By analyzing correlations between measured performance data trends and estimated component condition trends errors can be isolated from the GPA results. The various methods assessed are described and results are demonstrated in a number of case studies on a large turbofan engine fleet.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence academic fraud behavior of students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The population in this study is all students of class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya academic year 2016-2017 which amounted to 116. Determination of samples using Slovin technique obtained sample size as much as 90. Data analysis used is path analysis withSPSS 23. The results of this study indicated that pressure does not affect academic fraud behavior. Opportunity and rationalization have a positive effect on the academic fraud behaviors of the students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

This study, based on the 1996–97 Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey, attempts to find the effect of breastfeeding on fertility. The study reveals that breastfeeding status of the mothers placed a considerable role in the determination of fertility. The mean number of live births was lower in case of mothers who gave full breastfeeding compared to others. The relationship between the duration of breastfeeding and mean number of live births was direct and negative. A significant change in the breastfeeding pattern was observed by parity and age of mothers. The path analysis suggests that the longer the duration of breastfeeding, the lower will be the incidence of child mortality, and hence the lower will be the fertility.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions, the influence of electronic word of mouth on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions, the effect of customer value and electronic word of mouth partially on visiting decisions, the influence of customer value and electronic word of mouth partial to visitor satisfaction and the effect of visiting decisions on visitor satisfaction. Determination of the sample using the incidental sampling method, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain 96 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive test, data quality test, classic assumption test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that customer value partially has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Partially, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Customer value partially has a significant effect on visiting decisions. Partially, electronic word of mouth has no significant effect on visiting decisions. The decision to visit is not able to mediate between customer value and visitor satisfaction and the decision to visit is also unable to mediate between electronic word of mouth and visitor satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the new marjoly beach and resort can maintain and increase visitor satisfaction by paying attention to what factors can support customer value and electronic word of mouth.
