This study aims to determine the effect of customer value on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions, the influence of electronic word of mouth on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions, the effect of customer value and electronic word of mouth partially on visiting decisions, the influence of customer value and electronic word of mouth partial to visitor satisfaction and the effect of visiting decisions on visitor satisfaction. Determination of the sample using the incidental sampling method, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain 96 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive test, data quality test, classic assumption test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that customer value partially has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Partially, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Customer value partially has a significant effect on visiting decisions. Partially, electronic word of mouth has no significant effect on visiting decisions. The decision to visit is not able to mediate between customer value and visitor satisfaction and the decision to visit is also unable to mediate between electronic word of mouth and visitor satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the new marjoly beach and resort can maintain and increase visitor satisfaction by paying attention to what factors can support customer value and electronic word of mouth.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. This study aims to investigate the most influence dimension of the electronic word of mouth the  most influence on the decision to visit. The population of this research was the visitors of Pemandian Air Panas Krakal. The sample of this research was 100 respondens. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Method of collection with a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive and statistical analysis. The data processing tool used is SPSS for windows version 21.0. This results of the study indicate that : (1) concern for other has a positive and a significanteffect on visiting decisions , (2) expressing positive feelings has a positive and a significanteffect on visiting decisions, (3) helping the company has a positive and a significant effect on visiting decisions. And (4) platforn assistance no significant effect on visiting decisions.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) towards purchase intention smartphone on Jakarta. The populations are all smartphone user in Jakarta. The samples data number is collected from 220 respondents who lived in Jakarta, and aged between 21-30 years old who has chosen the smartphone.the data collection technique was carried out by distributing the questionnaires online using Google Form through social media (Whatsapp, Line, Instagram and Facebook). This research uses the non-probability sampling method with conveniece sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze research data by using SPSS Version 22 software. The result of this study has showed that brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM have positive and significant effect on purchase intention smartphone in Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) terhadap purchase intention smartphone di Jakarta. Populasinya adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel data dikumpulkan dari 220 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, berusia antara 21-30 tahun yang telah memilih smartphone. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form melalui media sosial (Whatsapp, Line, Instagram dan Facebook). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image, trust, perceived price dan eWOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intentio smartphone di Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Equity on increasing repurchase interest and Word of Mouth (WOM). The population and sample in this study were consumers who had already bought Tanjungpinang’s barking batik, both those in the city of Tanjungpinang, as well as consumers outside Tanjungpinang, especially those who had bought batik barking.Determination of the sample in this study using the method of Accidental Sampling is a sampling technique based on chance meeting with a number of criteria that are tailored to the purpose of the study so that selected 60 respondents who have met the criteria and are involved in this study by filling out the questionnaire that has been distributed. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Path Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Brand Equity (Brand Awareness and Brand Image) has proven to have an effect on repurchase interest and Word of Mouth and these results prove that Brand Equity (Brand Awareness and Brand Image) have a role in bridging the influence that occurs on the variable repurchase interest and Word of Mouth. The results of this study can be a reference for the Tanjungpinang area to make Tanjungpinang as a citybranding of batik barking

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of product quality and brand image on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and to explain the effect of product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all IndiHome customers in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City.

This study aims to knowing the influence of trust and service quality to customer loyalty users delivery service package in PT. JNE Express Branch Jember with satisfacton as intervening variables. This study is explanatory research. Population is all customer of PT. JNE Express whoever sent the package. The sampling method for this study was used with purposive sampling technique and it got 104 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The result of study showed that path analysis determined the influence of trust toward satisfaction showed positive relation. It indicates that the better trust could increase customer satisfaction. Path analysis determined the influence of trust toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better trust could increase customer loyalty. Path analysis determined the influence of service quality toward satisfaction showed positive relation. It indicates that the better service quality could increase customer satisfaction. Path analysis determined the influence of service quality toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better service quality could increase customer loyalty. Path analysis determined the influence of customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty showed positive relation. It indicates that the better customer satisfaction could increase customer loyalty. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location to the success of the business of Online Shop in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of causal research. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs who run an online shop business in DKI Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples is done using probability sampling method with probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially variable relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location have an influence on the success of online shop businesses in DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location terhadap kesuksesan usaha Online Shop di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wirausaha yang menjalankan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta.

The development of information technology nowadays impact on rapid economic growth. It makes entrepreneurs have to upgrade their businesses thus they can compete both nationally and internationally. This condition also encourages entrepreneurs both in the manufacturing sector and especially culinary services to be able to capture a wider market share. One marketing strategy that can be used to reach consumers more broadly is through electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), to convey or inform, offer, and remind about its products. No less important is the attention of culinary entrepreneurs to pay attention to the quality of their products (food quality). The aim of this study is to find out how e-WOM and food quality capabilities influence consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Merapi in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. While the sampling method with accidental random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results showed thate-WOM was able to positively influence consumer purchasing decisions but was not significant, because e-WOM conducted by Mie Merapi was less attractive, because culinary noodles were an ordinary culinary.Food quality able to provide a positive significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Merapi in Bandung, because consumers are more convinced about the product needed is quality. This research suggests Mie Merapi to inform and offer products through consumers testimonials that have made direct purchases, because user reference is a valuable experience and as a consideration in purchasing products. In order for this user reference to be disseminated more widely, it can be used to invite meals directly to the place by giving gifts. For example, free noodle for first five customers.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to study the indirect effect electronically by word of mouth on purchase intentions through brand image. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory research types. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. Samples obtained in this study were 375 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses proportional random sampling. While the data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Path analysis test results show that: There is an indirect and positive and significant effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention through brand image partially. Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini pada dasarnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh tidak langsung electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 375 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image secara parsial.
