This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on capital structure, the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value through the capital structure of finance companies on the IDX. This type of research is causal associative research. The population of this study is a finance company listed on the IDX, while the selected sample consists of 11 companies. Determination of samples with Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis (path analysis) and the analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 23. The results show that (1) profitability has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure (2) the capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value ( 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (4) capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability on firm value.Keywords:Perusahaan Pembiayaan;Profitabilitas;Nilai Perusahaan;Struktur Modal

The conduct of this research aims to see how the influence of capital structure and changes in earnings on firm value. The population in this study are retail trade sub-sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The samples studied in this study were 9 companies. The results of the study concluded that the capital structure measured by the ratio of debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on firm value, earnings changes have no significant effect on firm value, and simultaneously, capital structure and earnings changes have no significant effect on firm value.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on earnings at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research uses associative research methods. The population used in this study is the entire consolidated financial statements of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for 13 years from 2006 with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the sample used is 6 years from 2013-2018. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 16 for windows. From the research conducted, the results show that the capital structure has no effect and is not significant to profit. This can be seen from the results of the t test conducted tcount obtained 1.661 <ttable 2.776, and sig value 0.172> 0.05, it can be concluded that the Capital Structure variable has no effect and is not significant on Profit. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap laba pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan konsolidasi PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk selama 13 tahun dari tahun 2006dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakanyaitu purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan yaitu 6 tahun dari tahun 2013-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS 16 for windows. Dari penelitian yang yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.  Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung 1,661 < ttabel 2,776, dan nilai sig 0,172 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Laba.

ABSTRACT�This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Firm Size and Profitability on Corporate Value both partially and simultaneously of The Mining Sector Companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verificative method with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all mining companies of Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The samples taken by using purposive sampling method and acquired 15 companies. Analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the Capital Structure, Firm Size and Profitability have significant and positive effect on Corporate Value simultaneously. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 15 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Dan secara parsial menunjukkan hasil bahwa Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.�Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan (Total Aset), Profitabilitas (ROA) dan Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin�s Q).

ABSTRAKBanyaknya daerah wisata yang ada di Indonesia menyebabkan perlu adanya diferensiasi dalam hal keunikan. Salah satunya adalah kota Padang, salah satu destinasi wisata khusunya pada bidang kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Nilai Harga Makanan terhadap Sikap Turis Pada Makanan Lokal Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausatif yang melihat pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu nilai harga makanan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu sikap turis pada makanan lokal padang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah turis/wisatawan nusantara yang mengunjungi daerah wisata kota Padang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Nilai Harga Makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sikap Turis Pada Makanan Lokal Padang. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai Konsumsi (TCV), Nilai Harga Makanan, Sikap Turis Pada Makanan Lokal ABSTRACTThe large number of tourist areas in Indonesia requires differentiation in terms of uniqueness. One of them is the city of Padang, a tourist destination especially in the culinary field. This study aims to analyze the effect of the value of price on tourist attitudes on lokal Padang food. This type of research is a causative study that looks at the influence of independent variables, namely the value of food taste to the dependent variable, namely the attitude of tourists to lokal Padang food. Respondents in this study were tourists / tourists visiting the tourist area of the city of Padang. Determination of the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine and to explore the influence of website navigational design as a part of ICT, on decision to choose off road adventure service provider, as a sport tourism provider. The sample is 125 companies from varieties of type and category, by using purposive sampling. Data collected through literature review, observation and questionnaires. Path analysis is used as a data analysis technique with SPSS 20. Results shows that only search options influenced decision to choose off road adventure service provider. The other three dimensions don’t have influence in decision to choose off road adventure service provider. It shows that majority of people use website only to find information and tend to see navigation bar, individual hyperlink and image maps as not important. This means that the level of website literacy among consumer is still low. It is important for companies to educate their consumers on how website could benefit them.

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

            This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of company growth, capital structure, and profitability on the value of the company. The object of  this research is manufacture companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample of this research is selected through purposive sampling. There are 21 companies of 146 manufacture companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed with path analysis. The research showed that company growth did not have significant direct effect on the value of company, while the capital structure and profitability had significant effect on the value of the company. Company growth and capital structure did not have significant effect on the value of company through profitability. Company growth had negative effect on profitability while profitability had positive effect on the value of the company. Profitability is not able to be the intervening variable.Keywords : company growth, capital structure, profitability, and value of the company.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study examines the impact of firm size and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during three years. The method used for sampling is purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples in this study were 73 companies. Measurement of profitability is using ROA and ROE as one indicator to see company performance. The main purpose of companies that have gone public is to increase the prosperity of the owners or shareholders through increasing the value of the company. The results showed that the improvement of profitability and firm size may improve its capital structure. The improvement of profitability and the firm size may increase significantly the firm value. The results of mediating test showed that the capital structure is not able to mediate the relationship between the profitability and firm size to firm value

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.
