The purpose of this study is to compare Module Development Models to develop a Career Readiness-Personality (CR-P) Module. There are several Module Development Models that have been identified, namely Russell Module Development Model, Sharifah Alwiyah Alsagoff Module Development Model and Sidek Module Development Model. However, to develop the Career Readiness-Personality (CR-P) Module, the researcher had selected the Sidek Module Development Model based on some justifications stated in this article. The Career Readiness-Personality (CR-P) Module was developed based on the Social Cognitive Career Theory and the Big Five Personality Model. Once this module was fully developed, the content validity of the module was determined based on the evaluation done by eight experts. The content validity value for this module is 0.92. It can be said that by using the Sidek Module Development Model, the content validity for the Career Readiness-Personality (CR-P) Module is high and the module is recommended for the reliability test as well as an experimental study to test the effectiveness of the module.

Purpose: The article presents an analysis of accidents in the selected enterprise from the automotive industry. The analysis includes two workplaces: machine operator and warehouseman. Design/methodology/approach: The analysis of accidents at work in a selected production company includes the period from the beginning of 2016 to half of the 2018 year using the method based on the TOH model. This method determines three factors of accident causes: technical, organizational and human (TOH). Findings: In the paper, the workplaces analysis taking into account activities, type of work, working position and accidents at work is presented. The analysis of work accidents includes the age group, work experience etc. The TOH model determines causes related to accidental events. Research limitations/implications: The accidents at work are the result of a low or undesirable safety culture. Because of that, the safety culture should be constantly developed, maintained and continuously improved. Originality/value: Many methods and procedures can be used to investigate accidents at work. The TOH model is one of them. It determines the direct and indirect causes of accidents. Based on them, the corrective actions can be proposed and implemented.

Although the importance of professional development for improved student learning is widely recognized and many studies have been devoted to enhancing its effectiveness, the specific mechanism underlying teacher learning and how it translates into actual classroom practices are not well understood. This paper is an attempt to fill this gap in understanding by grounding professional development models in two theories of human development. Adopting a theoretical stance provides an explanation of the processes underlying teacher development. In addition, theories also allow an understanding of what factors might contribute to effective professional development implementation. The social cognitive theory and the sociocultural theory are chosen based on numerous empirical studies indicating their validity in explaining and predicting human development and change. These theories provide foundations for understanding why professional development leads to teacher development and guidelines for translating teacher learning into improved classroom instruction.

Kata kunci: Safety DNA, Budaya Keselamatan, Kecelakaan Kerja ABSTRACTTHE ROLE OF DNA SAFETY IN SUSTAINABLE A SAFETY CULTURE TO REDUCE ACCIDENTS IN WORKING AREAS. The work safety factor in the Company is closely related to employee performance. The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an effort to create a work place that is safe, healthy, and free from environmental pollution to reduce and / or be free from work accidents.  Efforts to prevent, reduce and control hazards in the workplace need to be carried out continuously in the form of unsafe behavior that comes from one's innate nature in shaping safe attitudes and behaviors, namely DNA safety. The purpose of presenting this paper is to describe the flow of the role of Safety & Task DNA in building a more effective safety culture organization. In writing this paper, a scientific method is carried out so that it can be implemented as expected. The research will focus on the role of DNA safety in the aspects of safety management systems and safety culture holistically. DNA safety is a process of increasing knowledge about safety that will build individual character in the implementation of BBS in the application of safety culture. The characteristics of Safety Leadership in safety culture will encourage significant safety culture changes in individuals at all phases of strengthening the organizational safety culture, regardless of whether the organization is old or new. DNA safety can be categorized as a powerful catalyst for enhancing individual performance and maturing an organization's safety culture. This includes a commitment to six ways to ensure a safe workplace and the acceleration of a safety culture, namely to make safety something fun. Keywords: Safety DNA, Safety Culture, Work Accidents

Abstract The natural history of our moral stance told here in this commentary reveals the close nexus of morality and basic social-cognitive capacities. Big mysteries about morality thus transform into smaller and more manageable ones. Here, I raise questions regarding the conceptual, ontogenetic, and evolutionary relations of the moral stance to the intentional and group stances and to shared intentionality.

Background The aim of this study was to determine the clinical efficacy of combining self-management strategies and a social thinking approach to address the social performance and executive function of an adolescent female with autism spectrum disorder. Method This research examined the effects of a social knowledge training program, “Think Social,” as well as strategies to improve higher order cognitive abilities. Results and Conclusion Although quantitative improvement was not found, several qualitative gains in behavior were noted for the participants of this study, suggesting a benefit from using structured environmental cues of self-management strategies, as well as improved social understanding through social cognitive training.

Abstract: We review research on response-latency based (“implicit”) measures of attitudes by examining what hopes and intentions researchers have associated with their usage. We identified the hopes of (1) gaining better measures of interindividual differences in attitudes as compared to self-report measures (quality hope); (2) better predicting behavior, or predicting other behaviors, as compared to self-reports (incremental validity hope); (3) linking social-cognitive theories more adequately to empirical research (theory-link hope). We argue that the third hope should be the starting point for using these measures. Any attempt to improve these measures should include the search for a small-scale theory that adequately explains the basic effects found with such a measure. To date, small-scale theories for different measures are not equally well developed.
