Abstract The article describes the information system for remote monitoring and control of vehicle technical condition and motion modes with the use of modern telematics technologies. There are 17 morphological features in the system, which determine the level of telematic support of the main functional elements of the system to obtain information about vehicle technical condition and motion modes in the appropriate infrastructural conditions. The information model of the system for monitoring of parameters of vehicle technical condition, motion modes and infrastructural characteristics was built. This model is implemented in the information and software complex for remote monitoring of vehicle operational efficiency. The results of experimental studies of freight vehicle operational efficiency on a given route with use of the developed information and software complex are presented. The results show significant influence of the vehicle technical speed and average coolant temperature of its engine on operational efficiency indicators such as fuel consumption, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter emissions on the route characterized by different road height profiles.

Introduction: The problem of remote monitoring of people's health has become especially urgent nowadays due to the rapid spread of dangerous infectious and viral diseases, such as COVID-19. This period was especially difficult for pregnant women. According to Rosstat statistics, in 2020, maternal mortality in Russia increased by 24.4% compared to 2019 and reached 11.2 per 100,000 newborns. This is the worst level since 2013. In the current conditions, there is a necessity for developing remote monitoring systems which allow you to check the health status of a pregnant woman remotely using tools outside a medical institution. Purpose: To develop the structure and validate the choice of elements for a hardware and software complex which would perform remote monitoring outside a medical institution and assess the condition of pregnant women during their active life. Results: An automated questionnaire for pregnant women has been developed in accordance with the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, providing a quantitative assessment of the current state of a pregnant woman in order to study the dynamics of her health. Based on the results of instrumental studies, according to 30 factors of patient's body functioning and the questionnaire data, a set of diagnostically significant indicators was developed. For each of them, a range of values was specified (norm, alarm, pathology). We have developed an experimental sample of the hardware and software complex and tested its functioning, particularly the modes of taking biomedical data by urine tests. The algorithms for processing and analysis of biomedical data have been experimentally studied in order to confirm the validity of the proposed solutions. Practical relevance: The results of the studies allow us to affirmatively answer the question about the possibility of remote monitoring outside a medical institution and assessing the health state of a pregnant woman in order to predict pregnancy complications, as well as to validate the choice of measuring channels for recording a complex of biomedical signals and data, and the choice of algorithms for information processing and analysis.

Abstract The paper presents thermal tests of modern electronically controlled high-speed main engines of Caterpillar 3500 series of marine vessels. During the thermotechnical tests, experimental studies were carried out to change the values of the actual fuel consumption depending on the engine load. The number of engines under study installed on sea tugs during 10 years of operation was 80 units. The accumulated experience in conducting experimental studies of the technical condition control by the CIP method of diagnostics will make it possible to move from the classical approaches of technical operation to the new ones included in the system of remote monitoring and control of ship technical means of autonomous ships in operation. The experimental research methodology includes a classic approach to conducting such tests and a modern approach with remote data transmission to the shipowner’s office. Studies have shown that different types of 3500 series engines have different actual fuel consumption values, but for each series, for example, 3512B, the scatter of points is small. The results of experimental studies of Caterpillar 3500 series engines made it possible to construct generalized dependences of the actual fuel consumption for each engine model separately. Experimental studies of ship technical means by the CIP method of diagnostics of sea vessels in operation are the basis for the control system of autonomous ships.

The article presents the features of construction and modeling of the system of operational remote monitoring of the technical condition of the truck in operation, and ensuring the interaction of monitoring data of the technical condition of the vehicle, trailer, mode of operation and rest of the driver and physical condition of the driver. The peculiarity of the vehicle monitoring information system equipped with the means of registration, mode of work and rest of the driver and physical condition of the driver is that it considers the features of remote inspection of the mode of work and rest of the driver and physical condition of the driver in the modern information and communication complex. means. The on-board intelligent diagnostic complex allows to measure in the conditions of operation a large number of parameters of the vehicle with the internal combustion engine and to carry out their registration on the remote computer with use of possibilities of the claimed method. As a result of forming a model of information system for monitoring the technical condition of the vehicle, it is possible to simultaneously monitor the parameters of the vehicle, provide remote inspection of driver's work and rest, physical condition of the driver, environmental performance of the vehicle, speeding. The process of formation and analysis of information structures of information-analytical system of operative control of technical condition of vehicle in operating conditions (Systems of Operative Control of a Technical Condition of the Vehicle in Operating Conditions) is considered. The effectiveness of the remote monitoring information system is enhanced by the possibility of prompt adjustment of the level of negative impact of motor vehicles on the environment and road infrastructure.

The problem of the limiting states occurrence in the structures of a vertical steel tank is investigated in this work. To study the SSS of the metal structures of the object, the authors created a numerical model of the RVS-20000 tank in the ANSYS software complex. The model considers the maximum number of elements with their geometry and connections affecting the tank SSS under non-axisymmetric loading, including beyond the elasticity of steel. Dependences between the parameters of intrinsic stiffness of the VST are obtained. The results of the finite element analysis made it possible to develop a technique for assessing the technical condition of the structure with the development of irregular subsidence of the external bottom contour. The proposed technique can be used by both operating and design organizations in making managerial decisions regarding the repair of RVS-20000 subjected to the base subsidence.
