The purpose of the article is to identify the features of professional self-determination and formation of career trajectories of secondary vocational education students in the subjects of the Russian Arctic zone, their orientation towards professional implementation in the Arctic zone of Russia. The study is based on the survey of secondary vocational education students in the constituent entities of the Russian Arctic zone in the framework of the All-Russian career guidance lesson “Start your career in the Arctic and the Far East!”. A total of 686 questionnaires of respondents from Krasnoyarsk Krai, Murmansk Oblast, Komi Republic and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were selected for analysis. The results of the study showed that only about a third of students have decided on further plans for building career trajectories. Most students, when shaping their professional future, are guided by personal desires and preferences, as well as by material well-being. Every tenth student does not clearly associate his/her future with employment in the specialty. About a third of students are focused on professional implementation in the Russian Arctic zone. The results of the study can be useful for researchers, specialists in professional self-determination, teachers and consultants of educational institutions of secondary vocational education, as well as authorities in the field of education, labor and employment.

The article considers the theoretical foundations, methodological capabilities and practical problems of teaching schoolchildren and students of secondary vocational education the basics of information security. The role of information security in a modern digital society is analyzed. The necessity of introducing the basic issues of protecting information of schoolchildren and students is proved. The place of the discipline „Cryptography” in the system of modern domestic general and professional education is disclosed. The methodological feasibility of developing and introducing into the pedagogical practice the course “Cryptography for All”, designed to introduce the basics of protecting information of high school students and students of secondary vocational education, students in “non-core” specialties, is substantiated. Based on highlighting the features of cryptography as an area of scientific knowledge, the questions of the practical implementation of such a course and the methodological characteristics of its educational and methodological support are formulated. The principles of creating the textbook „Cryptography for All” are highlighted. The selection criteria for its mathematical content have been clarified. The didactic functions of this manual are listed. Requirements for its structure are developed. A detailed description of the structure of the manual is provided. Issues of practical implementation of the developed materials are considered.

В статье представлены результаты пилотного исследования, нацеленного на выявление отношения студентов среднего профессионального образования к технологиям виртуальной реальности (VR-технологии), используемых в процессе обучения. Теоретическая часть работы посвящена изучению этапов развития VR-технологий, обоснованию актуальности применения их в среднем профессиональном образовании, рассмотрению примеров организации в рамках учебно-профессионального пространства виртуальных мастерских, ориентированных на моделирование высокотехнологичных производственных процессов с помощью виртуальной реальности. Практическую ценность имеет опрос студентов Университетского колледжа Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета (РГППУ, Екатеринбург) относительно их осведомленности о VR-технологиях, заинтересованности в их использовании в процессе обучения, выявлении наиболее эффективных способов применения VR в образовании. Эмпирическая часть исследования представлена в виде таблиц, диаграмм по результатам онлайн-опроса студентов. Данные исследования могут быть использованы при разработке новых образовательных программ в системе среднего профессионального образования. The article provides the results of a pilot study of the students of secondary vocational education interest in the technologies of virtual reality (VR technologies) used in the educational process. The theoretical part of the work consists of studying the issues of the formation of virtual reality and the justification of this technology in secondary vocational education. Several examples of organization within the educational virtual workshops focused on modeling high-tech production processes using virtual reality. The research is of practical value, which is devoted to the results of a survey of students of the University College of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University (RSVPU, Yekaterinburg) about their awareness of VR technologies; interest in learning through their use, identification of the most effective ways to use VR in education. The empirical part of the study is presented in the form of tables, diagrams based on the results of an online survey of students. The results of the study can be used in the development of new educational programs of VET.
