CQPweb is a new web-based corpus analysis system, intended to address the conflicting requirements for usability and power in corpus analysis software. To do this, its user interface emulates the BNCweb system. Like BNCweb, CQPweb is built on two separate query technologies: the IMS Open Corpus Workbench and the MySQL relational database. CQPweb’s main innovative feature is its flexibility; its more generalised data model makes it compatible with any corpus. The analysis options available in CQPweb include: concordancing; collocations; distribution tables and charts; frequency lists; and keywords or key tags. An evaluation of CQPweb against criteria earlier laid down for a future web-based corpus analysis tool suggests that it fulfils many, but not all, of the requirements foreseen for such a piece of software. Despite some limitations, in making a sophisticated query system accessible to untrained users, CQPweb combines ease of use, power and flexibility to a very high degree.

Food sensory analysis is the terms from the field of Food Technology that has a meaning which means sensory evaluation of food that is conducted by the food sensory evaluators. Currently, food sensory analysis is conductedmanually. It can caus e human errors and consume much ti me. The objective of this research is to build a web based application that is specific for food sensory analysis using PHP programming language. This research followsfour first steps of waterfall software engineering mod el which are user requirements ana lysis (user software and requirements analysis), system design (activity, use cases, architecture, and entity relationship diagram),implementation (software development), and testing (software unit, functionality, validit y, and user acceptance testing). T he software result is well built. It is also acceptable for users and all functionality features can run well after going through those four software testing. The existence of the software brings easiness to deal with the manual food sensory analysis exper iment. It is considered also for the future it has business value by having open source and premium features.

UNSTRUCTURED Survival analysis is a cornerstone of medical research enabling the assessment of clinical outcome for disease progression and treatment efficiency. Despite its central importance, neither commonly used spreadsheet software can handle it nor is there a web server for its computation. Here we introduce a web-based tool capable to perform uni- and multivariate Cox proportional hazards survival analysis using data generated by genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, or metabolomics studies. We implemented different methods to establish cutoff values for trichotomization or for the dichotomization of continuous data. False discovery rate is computed to correct for multiple hypothesis testing. Multivariate analysis option enables comparing omics data with clinical variables. The registration-free web-service is available at https://kmplot.com/custom_data. The tool fills a gap and will be an invaluable help for basic medical and clinical research.

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

AbstractiCn3D was originally released as a web-based 3D viewer, which allows users to create a custom view in a life-long, shortened URL to share with colleagues. Recently, iCn3D was converted to use JavaScript classes and could be used as a library to write Node.js scripts. Any interactive features in iCn3D can be converted to Node.js scripts to run in batch mode for a large data set. Currently the following Node.js script examples are available at https://github.com/ncbi/icn3d/tree/master/icn3dnode: ligand-protein interaction, protein-protein interaction, change of interactions due to residue mutations, DelPhi electrostatic potential, and solvent accessible surface area. iCn3D PNG images can also be exported in batch mode using a Python script. Other recent features of iCn3D include the alignment of multiple chains from different structures, realignment, dynamic symmetry calculation for any subsets, 2D cartoons at different levels, and interactive contact maps. iCn3D can also be used in Jupyter Notebook as described at https://pypi.org/project/icn3dpy.
