The CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing-based lineage tracing system is emerging as a powerful tool to track cell lineages at unprecedented scale and resolution. However, the complexity of CRISPR-Cas9 induced mutations has raised challenges in lineage reconstruction, which requires a unique computational analysis framework. Meanwhile, multiple distinctive CRISPR-based high-throughput lineage recorders have been developed over the years in which the data analysis is incompatible across platforms. To address these challenges, first, we present the TraceQC, a cross-platform open-source package for data processing and quality evaluation of CRISPR lineage tracing data. Second, by using the TraceQC package, we performed a comprehensive analysis across multiple CRISPR lineage recorders to uncover the speed and distribution of CRISPR-induced mutations. Together, this work provides a computational framework for the CRISPR lineage tracing system that should broadly benefit the design and application of this promising technology.

As an important type of unconventional hydrocarbon, tight sandstone oil has great present and future resource potential. Reservoir quality evaluation is the basis of tight sandstone oil development. A comprehensive evaluation approach based on the gray correlation algorithm is established to effectively assess tight sandstone reservoir quality. Seven tight sandstone samples from the Chang 6 reservoir in the W area of the AS oilfield in the Ordos Basin are employed. First, the petrological and physical characteristics of the study area reservoir are briefly discussed through thin section observations, electron microscopy analysis, core physical property tests, and whole-rock and clay mineral content experiments. Second, the pore type, throat type and pore and throat combination characteristics are described from casting thin sections and scanning electron microscopy. Third, high-pressure mercury injection and nitrogen adsorption experiments are optimized to evaluate the characteristic parameters of pore throat distribution, micro- and nanopore throat frequency, permeability contribution and volume continuous distribution characteristics to quantitatively characterize the reservoir micro- and nanopores and throats. Then, the effective pore throat frequency specific gravity parameter of movable oil and the irreducible oil pore throat volume specific gravity parameter are introduced and combined with the reservoir physical properties, multipoint Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area, displacement pressure, maximum mercury saturation and mercury withdrawal efficiency parameters as the basic parameters for evaluation of tight sandstone reservoir quality. Finally, the weight coefficient of each parameter is calculated by the gray correlation method, and a reservoir comprehensive evaluation indicator (RCEI) is designed. The results show that the study area is dominated by types II and III tight sandstone reservoirs. In addition, the research method in this paper can be further extended to the evaluation of shale gas and other unconventional reservoirs after appropriate modification.

Vehicle air quality is attracted attention more and more with the increase of private vehicles popularization rate but the air quality evaluation is difficult to achieve standardization in the short term. The main pollutants affecting vehicle air quality were analyzed. Index factors were identified and the classification method of vehicle air quality evaluation were determined combining with China and international air quality standards. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established for vehicle air quality evaluation. According to the degree of different pollutants harm to human body, weight of each index factor was determined. The evaluation results would provide theoretical basis for the comparison of different vehicle air quality conditions and vehicle air pollution control.

Based on the matter-element extension model, this paper first builds a set of reasonable power quality evaluation index system, and then determines the index value through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and finally makes a comprehensive evaluation of power supply quality. With an example based on, this paper will prove the feasibility of matter-extension model supplied in power quality evaluation.

Group buying mode has been one of the hottest business models in the Chinese Internet area in recent years. Though the market competition is intense, the demand of group purchase is still on the rise. Nowadays, the research on comprehensive evaluation of group buying websites in the country is still tiny. The paper used DEA combined with AHP to evaluate popular group buying websites. According to the characteristics of group buying websites, the authors evaluate the quality of group buying websites from four aspects. There are running efficiency, profit ability, popularity and customer satisfaction. Then they get the comprehensive evaluation results of each website which based on those four aspects. Some suggestions of website building for group purchasing enterprises are proposed.

Weihe is the largest river in Shaanxi province. The comprehensive evaluation of the monitoring datas in 2012 in Weihe Tongguan drawbridge section was presented in this paper by using the FCE method. The results showed that the water quality pollution levels in this section are Class V, I, IV and V respectively in the four quarters which are spring, summer, autumn and winter, the main pollutant is NH3-N. Compared with the traditional method of single factor assessment, this method can reflect the water quality more comprehensively and reasonably.

Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. (HSW) is widely used as herb medicine and health food additive. Recently, a series of HSW-induced hepatotoxicities have been reported and many studies have been carried out to investigate it. But contradictory conclusions were drawn that might be caused by the inconsistent quality of market decoction pieces. Therefore, the HSW decoction pieces quality was evaluated with a developed novel method in the paper. 25 batches of raw HSW (RHSW) and 21 batches of processed HSW (PHSW) samples were purchased from different provinces of China. HPLC determination was performed to identify and detect the contents of 16 chemical compounds in herbal material. Fingerprint similarity was analyzed using chromatography information and the results showed that most herbs were in good similarity. Then, a comprehensive evaluation strategy based on principal component analysis with representative quality control indicators was developed to evaluate the quality of HSW samples. And the rationality of the developed method was verified by HCA analysis. The results showed that the herb from Dabashan, Sichuan Province, no matter RHSW or PHSW had the best quality. Different representative components were selected for RHSW or PHSW decoction pieces which might be caused by the chemical reaction during processing. And most PHSW were unqualified according to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopeia which might take the responsibility for the toxicity of HSW.
