Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Celebrity Endorser dan Product Quality terhadap Buying Decision serta dampaknya pada Satisfaction (survei pada konsumen produk Rossa Beauty di Kota Pontianak). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kosmetik merek Rossa Beauty selama 6 bulan terakhir sebanyak 100 orang yang diperoleh dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Buying Decision (2) Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Buying Decision (3) Buying DecisionBerpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction (4) Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction (5) Product Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. Kata Kunci: Celebrity Endorser, Product Quality, Buying Decision, Satisfaction DAFTAR PUSTAKAAmbadar, et al. 2007. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of consumer satisfaction and how much influence on brand loyalty in K-link health food products in the city of Banda Aceh. The object of research is about the satisfaction and loyalty of consumer brands in K-Link health food products in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 250 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation (correlation coefficient) between the variables of customer satisfaction factors that include product attributes, service attributes and purchase attributes to brand loyalty that is equal to 0.649 or 64.9%. The results also showed that the three variables of consumer satisfaction had a strong influence on brand loyalty of K-link health food products that was 0.422 or 42.2%. The product attribute variable has a dominant influence on influencing consumer brand loyalty on K-Link health food products because this variable has a higher regression coefficient than the other two independent variables. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Brand, K-Link Health Products.

Emotional branding has become a necessity for most brands today. Brand loyalty can be developed by brands only when there is an emotional connection between the brand and its consumers. This chapter deals with the nuances and meaning of emotional branding and how it appeals to consumers. There is also a lot of discussion on how the elements of the marketing mix (4Ps) help the brands to attract and retain consumer loyalty over a long period of time. Marketing mix decisions are part of the overall marketing strategy of the firm as well as the brand, and more often than not - considerable changes have to be made in order to establish an emotional connection with the consumers. Research shows that today's consumers are more experience-oriented and hence, a positive experience motivates the customer towards repeat purchase and ultimately brand loyalty. The marketing mix should then be geared to provide a great product/service/brand experience to its consumers.

PurposeExpanding the market share of safe food through a modern retail system has faced a lot of difficulties in Vietnam. Thus, a further understanding of consumer behaviour and loyalty towards such food is essential for food retailers. This study aims at exploring segments of consumer loyalty and its influential factors towards safe food brands in the country.Design/methodology/approachBased on a sample of 250 consumers buying safe food in Hanoi city in February 2019, two-step cluster and multinomial logistic regression analyses were applied.FindingsThe results show that four segments of brand loyalty were formed from the interaction between attitudinal and behavioural loyalty as the framework of Dick and Basu (1994), namely, true loyalty, spurious loyalty, latent loyalty and disloyalty. Notably, over 60% of the consumers were in latent loyalty and spurious loyalty, indicating variety-seeking behaviour, multi-brand loyalty or low recognition of the brand. Consumer satisfaction was the most vital motivating consumers to higher loyalty levels. Additionally, brand trust and brand familiarity played significant roles in developing true brand loyalty. An attractive selling store and friendly staff were also important in enhancing brand loyalty.Originality/valueThis study is one of the first to elicit consumer loyalty and identify factors driving the loyalty towards brands of safe food in a developing country like Vietnam.
