The research method used are interviews and questionnaires in obtaining research data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the measurement of the eight selected processes indicated that most of the processes were already at level 1, and a few were at level 0. Based on the results of prioritization, the process that became the top priority in making improvements was APO07, namely Managing Human Resources. This research was only carried out in eight processes which were in accordance with previously mapped, so that this research was more complete and comprehensive, it could be carried out using other process areas in COBIT 5.

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a measure used to measure the success of human development in an area. There are several indicators used to compile the HDI value. Previously, regencies/cities were grouped based on the HDI indicator. The grouping is done using K-means cluster analysis with 4 categories, namely regencies/cities that have low, medium, high, and very high HDI indicator values. From the results of determining the category of the HDI indicator in an area, we need a function that can be used to classify an object into one of the HDI indicator value categories. The compilation of the classification function is carried out using discriminant analysis. The results obtained from the discriminant analysis are that there are 10 variables or indicators that fall into the discriminant function. The resulting discriminant function is quite good in classifying each group with a success rate of more than 85% and the discriminant function is supported by a fairly good validation success rate, namely with a classification accuracy of 93.20%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of provincial government sectoral spending on poverty in the era of fiscal decentralization in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the sectoral expenditure variables that are considered closely related to poverty are economic spending, housing and public facilities spending, health spending, education spending, and social protection spending according to provinces in Indonesia. The data in this study is panel data, namely cross-section of 33 provinces, and time series of 4 years, namely the period 2012 - 2015. After the Chow test and Hausman test, as well as the lagrange multiplier test, the analysis model in this study was determined to be the random effect model, which is a common analysis model in panel data analysis. This study concludes that partially negative economic spending on poverty, meaning that sector spending can reduce poverty in the era of fiscal decentralization in Indonesia. In this analysis, it was found that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable was 0.190165 units or 19.02%, and the remaining 80.98% was explained by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to see the effect of the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on share prices in mining sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of year. 2015-2019 and using a sample of 17 companies that match the criteria. Model data analysis and hypothesis testing using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear test. The test used the Microsoft Excel 2016 software assisted hypothesis, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results prove that partially and simultaneously, Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) have a significant effect on stock prices.
