Steel Corp has a large production capacity but a shrinking steel market in Europe. Reaching growing markets like China and U.A.E will be important to sustaining and growing revenue but is tough due to higher transportation costs. In this case, users must identify and use logistics data; logistics customer segmentation and related cost analysis.

China is a country with a large production of industrial electric detonator, whose annual production capacity has reached 3.7 billion, but its level of production technology is still low especially in industrial electric detonator assembly production and most of processes are by manual operation, leading to its low techniques and poor production conditions. Through in-depth analysis of the current status of the production process of electric detonators£¬this article summed up the bottleneck problem of industrial electric detonator assembly automation, compared the degree of automation of industrial electric detonator production at home and abroad, finally this paper discusses the development trend of industrial electric detonator production.

Recent industry research shows that the existing layout configuration can not satisfy complex manufacturing of many production types. New layout strategy, especially distributed layout received more attention, has the potential to cope with demand interference. This paper attempts to use the method of resource element (RE) to consider equipment production capacity to design weighted distributed layout. Give a more explicit description of unique and common processing ability of devices and parts processing requirements. Considering the weights between REs and make more relevant REs adjacent, using genetic algorithm to construct RE-based weighted distributed layout, minimizing the total weighted minimum distance between REs to minimize material transportation costs.

SUMMARY The aim of this study was to analyze the sanitation process of the properties certified as free of brucellosis and tuberculosis in the State of São Paulo. However, 14 properties with free certification, between the years 2001 and 2016, were identified and analyzed. The municipalities of the properties were geoprocessed on the map of the state livestock circuit. Through descriptive statistics, a semi-structured questionnaire was evaluated with questions related to the profile of properties (characteristics of the owner, property, production and questions related to human, animal and environmental health) and to the sanitation process. The results showed that, in the state of São Paulo, the 14 certified properties free of brucellosis and tuberculosis were not uniformly distributed, it had herds with 90 to 500 animals, monthly veterinary assistance and milk production was technified with medium or large production capacity milk daily. The owners had an average age of 63, 92.8% (13/14) of them with a higher education level and found difficulties to obtain and maintain the certificate. These properties, even in the process of sanitation, had reinfection in the herd, evidencing the complexity in combating the diseases and the need for more joint actions among the whole community.

Underground nuclear power plant parks have been projected to be economically feasible compared to above ground installations. This paper includes a thorough cost analysis of the savings, compared to above ground facilities, resulting from in-place entombment (decommissioning) of facilities at the end of their life, reduced costs of security for the lifetime of the various facilities in the underground park, reduced transportation costs, and reduced costs in the operation of the waste storage complex (also underground), compared to the fair share of the costs of operating a national waste repository.

It is well known that production parameters of the wells operated via sucker-rod pumps are defined by theoretical delivery of applied facilities. Consequently, the issue of efficient usage of production capacity of sucker-rod pumps is of great importance. Particularly, the solution of the issues associated with the energy-saving consumption of power, supplies and other material valuables in the large production well stock is sufficiently important for long-term developed fields. In this view, the research surveys on the potentiality of the theoretical delivery of sucker-rod pumps in Balakhany-Sabunchu-Ramana field have been carried out based on the actual field data. A system analysis has been conducted for all wells on the recovery rate of the liquid, oil, water and theoretical delivery on the basis of which functional dependencies of rates, flooding and specific theoretical delivery of sucker-rod pumps have been developed and their mathematical models found as well. The aspects of more efficient usage of production capacity of sucker-rod pumps have been defined. The results of carried out studies may be successfully implemented in the solution of tasks on the efficiency increase of sucker-rod pumps operation, specifically in long-term developed fields.

Indonesia is a country that produce a large variety and quantity of fruit. One of the prominent fruits is pineapple. Small and medium-sized industries that process pineapples into derivative products have sprung up in various regions. However, most of the processing is still conducted manually. One thing that still needs to be improved is the washing and drying process. Therefore, this research developed an automatic washing and drying machine. The developed machine uses a one-tube system so it could reduce the transfer process from one stage to the next. Testing on the developed machines has been carried out. The test results show that this machine is capable to process as much as 6.5 kg of pineapple in one batch. Another test to determine the most effective duration of washing and drying process was also carried out. The test results show that the effective washing time is 180 seconds, and the drying process is 90 seconds. Apart from the level of cleanliness and dryness of pineapple, this test also observes the damage of pineapple as a result of the washing and drying process. Simulations to measure the total time to operate the machine have been carried out. The data shows that it takes 303 seconds, starting from inserting pineapple to the tube, washing, draining, and finally removing pineapples from the tube. By using both data of average total processing time and optimum weight, the capacity of developed machine could be calculated. The capacity of this machine is around 77 kg per hour or 8.008 kg per month. With this capacity, this machine can be used by SME with a large production capacity.
