With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the function of Luoyang city is constantly enriched and expanded. The city is no longer a simple area for people to live in. The function structure of the city is affected by the external factors and is constantly expanding. Urban logistics is one of the important influencing factors. To more comprehensively and accurately understand the status and role of logistics network space in urban planning, the characteristics and development law of urban logistics structure from the theoretical point of view are analyzed in this paper with Luoyang City as the research background. The city logistics function is determined as one of the main factors affecting the economic growth of the city is determined through the literature search method, consulting professionals and other research methods. Urban road planning and design are the focus of the study; the planning and development of urban logistics road network in Luoyang City are compared and analyzed. In full consideration of the necessity of the optimization of the urban logistics network space, the preliminary optimization scheme design and suggestion of Luoyang logistics is introduced. At the end of this paper, the sustainable development and the status of the future urban logistics function are analyzed and prospected. Continuous research and analysis of multiple subjects and angles are still needed.

Resumen: El objetivo de este artículo es demostrar que existe una poética en el urbanismo de Le Corbusier y que el tema se mantiene y se transforma en sus modelos teóricos y sus derivaciones. Desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico, parte-se del presupuesto de que esa poética es el resultado de la dualidad entre arte y función presente en su pensamiento, originada en su formación personal y el momento histórico en el que produce su obra. El analisis se estructura con la agrupación de su produción urbanística en cuatro fases: 1-los años 1920: el Plan Ideal; 2-1929-38: las ciudades de América del sur y los viaductos; 3-1930-50: la Ville Radieuse; 4-Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial: la ciudad de los 7V y la Unité d’habitation. La reflexión final retoma la visión general de su produción urbanística y la vincula al concepto de utopia. Abstract: The goal of this article is to demonstrate that there is an aspect of poetics in Le Corbusier’s urbanism and that this theme is maintained and you can see it being transformed through the theoretical models and its derivations. From the methodological and theoretical point of view, we make the assumption that the poetics is the result of the duality between art and function present in his thought, which comes from the historical moment in which his work was made and from his personal background. This analysis is structured by grouping his urban planning works in for phases; the 1920s: the Ideal City; 1929-38: the cities of South America and the viaduct; 1930-50: the Ville Radieuse; after the II World War: the city of 7V and the Unité d’habitation. This chapter is devoted to the study of the role of ecological subsystem in the structure of the sustainable development program of smart city. The author suggests the logic of building the environmental strategy of the city as a long-term landmark of its sustainable development including the environmental mission, vision of the future, goals and priorities, programs and their implementation, target indicators for assessing results, and consequences of realization programs. Certain attention is paid to the city as an object of research with a focus on environmental problems. The characteristics of the factors affecting the development of the ecological situation in the city are shown. A system of criteria and indicators that can be used to assess the impact of the planned environmental activities is proposed.

This article proposes a theoretical point of view in order to show the importance of the collective memory and the urban narrative in the strategic approach of the urban project. The capacity of a municipality to build a local narrative joining the past, the memory and the project, is examined in the second part of the article, in a case study of a collectivity confronted with the project of the Grand Paris and strong socio-spatial transformation since 1950. The conclusions of thirty deep interviews, conducted on the people involved in the city organization allow to differentiate legitimated and rejected places in the spaces of remembering, and the difficulties of this kind of municipalities to be pro active in the Grand Paris project.

The sustainable development of the city involves the solving of economic, environmental and social problems through the modernization of various spheres of the urban economy. The modernization of related and interrelated spheres of the city’s economy should be based on an integrated approach. The hospitality and public infrastructure are such spheres. Their relationship is due to both technical and technological features and the possibilities of achieving the goals of sustainable development of the city (the hospitality sector contributes to the growth of openness of the city and the life support and environmental sustainability of the city directly depends on the state and development of public infrastructure). The priorities of the modernization of public infrastructure and hospitality for sustainable development of the city have been determined. The condition of the public infrastructure and hospitality in cities of Ukraine was analyzed from the point of view of modernization for sustainable development. The experience of modernization of public infrastructure and hospitality in sustainable European cities (including improving energy efficiency, strengthening environmental safety, creating a barrier-free environment) has been studied. The technical, technological, financial and institutional features that determine the feasibility of modernizing the public infrastructure and hospitality based on the principles of an integrated approach have been determined. The recommendations of the mechanism of public-private partnership using in the implementation of projects for the modernization of public utilities infrastructure and hospitality of the city have been developed. The decision-making tools for managing resources have been proposed for the justification and implementation of a project to modernize public infrastructure and hospitality based on a comprehensive approach.  Key Words: city, sustainable development, public infrastructure, hospitality, modernization, integrated approach.

AbstractWhen we reconstruct Fichte's philosophy of nature of the Jena period, we notice striking similarities between the conception of organism in the Doctrine of Science and Schelling's corresponding developments in his early Naturphilosophie. Even though both thinkers agree to consider organic nature within the framework of transcendental idealism, it is nevertheless possible at this stage to discover slight differences in their interpretation which announce their future disagreement on the status of a philosophy of nature. If, for instance, organism for both Fichte and Schelling can be considered as an analogon of the absolute, much depends on whether they conceive this analogy from a practical or theoretical point of view.

DigiEcoCity is a model for an ideal city combining the principles of the sustainable development, the new technologies which are brought by the digital revolution and the urban functions which are necessary for providing good lives. It is the main trend for the application of the energy-saving technology and the direction for city development in the future. This paper describes the application of energy-saving techniques in traffic planning, water supply and sewage system planning, as well as landscape planning and construction in Gongqing DigiEcoCity. The application of energy-saving technologies in urban planning and construction is actively explored in Gongqing city so as to make the city become a good example of DigiEcoCity.
