The rapid development of most multimedia technologies led to the creation and transmission of much of this type of data in various fields, including medical, military and commercial, which contain sensitive information that can only be accessed by the competent authorities. Because of this, privacy has become vital. Many encryption algorithms have been used to provide security for video transmission. In this paper, NTRU and chaotic algorithms are used for video encryption, which includes sensitive information. The system is designed to encode AVI, WMV, MOV, MP4 and other video file formats. This type of video is encrypted using the NTRU algorithm and decrypted using chaotic algorithm to ensure a high level of strength and security, thus speeding up the encryption process and returning the video to its original location without losing any data. Visual Basic .net 2015 was used to implement this system.

Video encryption has been widely researched in digital right management in recent years, especially selective video encryption. Selective video encryption has been the main trend with the development of compression coding methods, which selects an important subset of the comparative large compressed video data to encrypt in order to satisfy the real-time features and ensure the security of the video at the same time. In this paper, according to a particular evaluation criterion we proposed, we mainly analyze several selective video encryption algorithms based on the H.264 standard. Through the analysis we find out how to select the different vital data sets of the video to encrypt according to various security levels and applications.

: Cloud monitoring technology is an important maintenance and management tool for cloud platforms.Cloud monitoring system is a kind of network monitoring service, monitoring technology and monitoring platform based on Internet. At present, the monitoring system is changed from the local monitoring to cloud monitoring, with the flexibility and convenience improved, but also exposed more security issues. Cloud video may be intercepted or changed in the transmission process. Most of the existing encryption algorithms have defects in real-time and security. Aiming at the current security problems of cloud video surveillance, this paper proposes a new video encryption algorithm based on H.264 standard. By using the advanced FMO mechanism, the related macro blocks can be driven into different Slice. The encryption algorithm proposed in this paper can encrypt the whole video content by encrypting the FMO sub images. The method has high real-time performance, and the encryption process can be executed in parallel with the coding process. The algorithm can also be combined with traditional scrambling algorithm, further improve the video encryption effect. The algorithm selects the encrypted part of the video data, which reducing the amount of data to be encrypted. Thus reducing the computational complexity of the encryption system, with faster encryption speed, improve real-time and security, suitable for transfer through mobile multimedia and wireless multimedia network.

Video surveillance, convenience and rich information, has been widely used in security, protection, monitoring and other occasions, and has already been one of the most important precautionary measures in commercial, residential and transportation areas. However, considering the massive data transmission needs and higher real-time requirements for video surveillance, a remote video surveillance plan has been put forward on the analysis basis of Microsoft DirectShow and Image Compression. This plan adopts the C/S structure, adapts to the requirements of real-time video transmission, with a better fluency. In addition, the picture clarity satisfies the application requirements.

In order to solve the problems existing in real-time video transmission of mobile terminals, this paper proposes the encapsulation method which is suitable for H.263 and H.264 video coding, and re- duces the extra waste of real-time transmission proto- col packets and to improve the transmission efficien- cy of the video. Experimental results show that the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) in H.263 and H.264 video coding mode is above 30 dB at the lowest frame rate and resolution, and the minimum requirement of video transmission has been satisfied. Rate of 24 Hz, the two encoding PSNR are more than 40 dB, videotransmission quality ideal. In addition, the two packet loss rate of about10%maximum, themaximumdelay of 400 ms or less, have reached the requirements of real-time videotransmission.
