Abstract: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are designed as the successor of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as the MDGs’ goals have not been achieved by the end of 2015. The SDGs is an action plan for the humankind, the planet, and the prosperity that also aims to strengthen universal peace in a broad freedom. It exists to overcome extreme poverty as the greatest global challenge. The SDGs concept is needed as a new development framework that accommodates all the changes occur after the 2015-MDGs, especially related to the world's changes since 2000 regarding the issue of deflation of natural resources, environmental degradation, crucial climate change, social protection, food and energy security, and a more pro-poor development. MDGs aimed only for the developing countries, while SDGs have a more universal goal. The SDGs is present to replace the MDGs with better goals to face the world future challenge. It has 17 goals and 169 targets that will stimulate actions for the next 15 years, focusing on the significant areas for the humanity and the planet, i.e., the people, planet, prosperity, peace, and partnership. Keywords:     MDGs, SDGs, Social Welfare, Development.

Researchers have identified user presence, awareness, and a sense of community as important components of Computer Supported Collaborative Environments (CSCE) (Dourish and Bellotti, 1992; Erickson and Kellogg, 2003; Moody, 2000; Prinz, 1999). To support user actions and interactions sufficient to create and sustain a sense of community, recent CSCE have been developed with notification systems to provide activity notifications to users. However, these notification systems typically transmit generic notifications as actions occur and do not provide mechanisms for analyzing and providing notifications based on user preference or social context. A challenge facing developers of CSCE is to create a notification system for delivering awareness information based on the ever-changing preferences, interests, and social contexts of users. To address this challenge, this study articulated and advanced a theoretical framework for developers to use when integrating activity notifications into existing CSCE. The proposed framework is based on the importance of user preferences and social context and is derived from the Locales Framework (Fitzpatrick, 1998). The principles of this new development framework are Social Context, Awareness in Context, Activity Discovery, Trends in Activity, Meaning of Activity, and Notification Customization. To evaluate the concepts of this framework, this study developed a context-aware activity notification system for an existing CSCE based on the framework's proposed principles. During the development process, it was determined that not only could the Framework for Notification be used to provide notifications based on user preference and social context, but the use of the proposed Framework afforded a richer understanding of the collaborative needs of users for both the theorists discussing the implications of activity notifications and the developers working to provide those notifications.

The energy sector is experiencing a revolution that is fuelled by a multitude of factors. Among them are the aging grid system, the need for cleaner energy and the increasing demands on energy sector. The demand-response program is an advanced feature in smart grid that strives to match suppliers to their demands using price-based and incentive programs. The objective of the work is to analyse the performance of the load shedding technique using dynamic pricing algorithm. The system was designed using multi-agent system (MAS) for a DC microgrid capable of real-time monitoring and controlling of power using price-based demand-response program. As a proof of concept, the system was implemented using intelligent physical agents, Java Agent Development Framework (JADE), and agent simulation platform (REPAST) with two residential houses (non-critical loads) and one hospital (critical load). The architecture has been implemented using embedded devices, relays, and sensors to control the operations of load shedding and energy trading in residential areas that have no access to electricity. The measured results show that the system can shed the load with the latency of less than 600 ms, and energy cost saving with an individual houses by 80% of the total cost with 2USD per day. The outcome of the studies demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed multi-agent approach for real-time operation of a microgrid and the implementation of demand-response program.

LabVIEW provides a new development platform for the design of NC software for its multi-task parallel and real-time processing. This paper discussed the design of the NC software of a micro mill based on LabVIEW. Six modules of the NC software, composed of such as algorithms of decoder, cutter compensation, interpolation, were analyzed in detail with structured analysis methods. NC codes simulation was carried out using the software. The results showed that it can complete NC functions such as line interpolation, circular interpolation, and cutter compensation.

This study intends to obtain comprehensive information about Homestay facilities readiness within the Smart Tourism development framework in Tanjung Lesung Pandeglang, Banten. This study uses a qualitative research design with a phenomenographic approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing existing stakeholders, observing homestays in the study area and studying documents related to the Homestay program and tourism digitizing. The results of the study show that 1) The homestay program within smart tourism framework in Tanjung Lesung is based on driving the economy and welfare of the host community; 2) Implementation of the homestay facilities development within smart tourism framework in Tanjung Lesung is carried out in four stages: conversion, renovation, revitalization, and new development; 3) The application of smart tourism in Tanjung Lesung is done with information technology through marketing programs such as online market places; Pokdarwis and 10 pilot tourism villages in the Indonesia Tourism Exchange Program (ITX)

Citizen insecurity is one of the biggest problems in the world, in search of a solution to address this problem, we found that a GIS is a tool worth evaluating for a possible solution. As an objective of this study, we seek to evaluate the feasibility of using a GIS to record criminal acts supported by police stations, for the development of this project we propose SCRUM as a development framework and for the methodology of data collection we will take articles, theses, newspapers and external statistics. Throughout some research, we will be able to make different comparisons about elements for our software, this goes from the effectiveness of using it to improve citizen security, the different perspectives that similar software can take (real time population, time period population, state entities), to the best way to get a better cost benefit for the development by evaluating the differences between the software. Finally, we were able to conclude that there is a high degree of effectiveness on the part of the GIS, in addition to the fact that it makes possible new methods of prevention for the improvement of citizen security.
