The purpose of this research was to demonstrate that the use of residual oil as a heat transport fluid and the use of rice husk as a thermal insulator is an efficient alternative for the greater use of solar energy. For this, a prototype of a solar dryer was designed and built consisting of a flat solar thermal concentrator and a parabolic cylindrical thermal concentrator (CCP), this was validated by drying Guazuma crinita, Mart. (White ball) and monitored by a contact hygrometer. Five tests were carried out, the first test was considered as a control, in which heat transport fluid and thermal insulators were not used, and in the following four tests two types of heat transport fluids were combined (residual motor oil and brine) and two types of thermal insulators (wood sawdust and rice husk), obtaining as a result that the most efficient test was number three, consisting of residual motor oil as heat transport fluid and rice husk as thermal insulator. With the most efficient test, the prototype was validated by drying low-density wood, reducing the humidity of the wood from 45.8% to 12.3% in ten sunny days.

Citizen insecurity is one of the biggest problems in the world, in search of a solution to address this problem, we found that a GIS is a tool worth evaluating for a possible solution. As an objective of this study, we seek to evaluate the feasibility of using a GIS to record criminal acts supported by police stations, for the development of this project we propose SCRUM as a development framework and for the methodology of data collection we will take articles, theses, newspapers and external statistics. Throughout some research, we will be able to make different comparisons about elements for our software, this goes from the effectiveness of using it to improve citizen security, the different perspectives that similar software can take (real time population, time period population, state entities), to the best way to get a better cost benefit for the development by evaluating the differences between the software. Finally, we were able to conclude that there is a high degree of effectiveness on the part of the GIS, in addition to the fact that it makes possible new methods of prevention for the improvement of citizen security.

Business Intelligence is becoming more and more relevant in companies, this is due to the fact that decision makers rely on it to perform the work itself. Based on this assertion, it is necessary to facilitate the BI process, reducing response times and increasing effectiveness and efficiency. This article shows different ways to perform Business Intelligence, from the origin, i.e. the extraction of data, to the last link of the process related to decision making. To this extent, new alternatives are presented that with the necessary study have shown that they go beyond what we now know as BI, allowing not only to make decisions but also to propose that these have an automated support, also allowing the data to be processed practically alone and to handle more real reports based on data from various sources. The objective of the study is to analyze the new trends for the development of processes related to business intelligence, for which a meticulous bibliographic review has been carried out by consulting scientific articles, books and scientific conferences. First, the description of terms and the staging of the information collected through the research, dedicated to the various innovative trends for the deployment of Business Intelligence, showing new definitions, architectures and trends that are currently being carried out, have been developed. Finally, SOA architecture proposals, open data acquisition, process automation and data warehouse reengineering would allow the optimization of business intelligence through their alternatives.

The study was carried out in the central highlands of Peru at 3,900 meters above sea level, in the Casaracra experimental center of the Daniel Alcides Carrión National University, where the objective was to determine and analyze the forage yield and nutritional quality of the associated grasses in different density is sowing. In forage production, the values of green matter and dry matter and the percentage of dry matter were determined; in nutritional quality, the nutritional variables% PT, %NDF, %FDA, % Ca and% P were analyzed. a completely randomized design was used. The results for forage yield for treatment 1 in MV was 3.54 kg / m2 and DM 0.68 kg / m2, in treatment 2 in MV it was 2.61 kg / m2 and DM 0.72 kg / m2, for treatment 3 in MV it was 3.07 kg / m2 and DM 0.98 kg / m2 and finally in treatment 4 the MV was 2.48 kg / m2 and DM 0.93 kg / m2. The nutritional quality for treatments 1, 2, 3 and 4 in% PT (15.56, 15.21, 6.81 and 5.37), % FDN (48.85, 43.82, 43.34 and 41.89), % FDA (28.82, 26.31, 27.27 and 24.43), % Ca (0.86, 0.80, 0.33 and 0.17), %P (0.25, 0.24, 0.18 and 0.07) respectively. Where it is concluded that treatment 4 showed acceptable fiber content in sheep feeding.

The relationship between the institutional climate and the quality of educational management was determined. To this end, 171 surveys were carried out using a questionnaire and a cross-sectional approach, and the data was compiled. The dimensions used to determine the institutional climate were leadership, decision-making, work commitment, work satisfaction and teamwork. To measure the quality of educational management, curricular, administrative, organizational and communicative pedagogy were used, thus obtaining the relationship between leadership, decision-making, work commitment, work satisfaction and teamwork, where the value of r was 0. 39 (p-value = 0.000; p<0.05), 0.393 (p-value = 0.000; p>0.05), 0.588 (p-value = 0.000; p<0.05), 0.567 (p-value = 0.000; p<0.05) and 0.351 (p-value = 0.000; p<0.05) respectively at a 95% confidence level. These results show us that there is a relationship between leadership, decision making, work commitment, work satisfaction, and teamwork with the quality of educational management.

Currently, monitoring tools in the market help to maintain in optimal conditions the IT infrastructure and thus improve the IT management of an organization providing a strategic alignment. Objective: The objective of the study is to analyze how to respond quickly to incidents that originate in IT resources, through a monitoring system based on ELK Stack, leading to an improvement in IT governance within the organization. A review of different sources of bibliographic documents no older than 5 years and with articles described as research was made. Within IT governance, a monitoring tool based on ELK Stack generates flexibility by generating reports with clean data and facilitates decision making through dynamic dashboards. ELK Stack being an Open Source framework, divided into 3 tools with different purposes, prioritizes the adaptation of adequate monitoring to an organization's plans with IT. The implementation of a monitoring system not only improves the response time to incidents, but also improves the performance of personnel at the operational level and at the managerial level.

The transportation services help people to move and move goods from one place to another, either for commercial reasons or to move house. In Peru, due to COVID 19, the government established measures to lessen the consequences of the virus, which left a large group of people without work, which affected the transportation sector whose service is mostly performed in a traditional way "not digitized or systematized", thus the different businesses or items were undergoing a forced technological transformation in order to continue surviving in the market. The main objective is to analyze the feasibility of developing an information system using REST architecture.for transportation services in Lima - Peru, taking into account that it is mainly applied to the movement of people and goods. During the course, the freight forwarding market, the quality management of the transport service, which has different stages and each of these has its own difficulties for both the customer and for those who perform the service, so for the development of the information system the business model must be taken into account, that is to cover one or more stages, on the other hand, the influence of information and communication technologies (TICs) in this sector is studied. Likewise, a comparison of the methodologies for software development is sought.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between scientific writing competencies and legal argumentation in students of the eighth and ninth cycle and law graduates of the National University of San Martin in the year 2019 - 2020. We worked with a sample of 84 students from the ninth to the tenth cycle of the law career at the National University of San Martin; the data were obtained with the observation technique using the direct, valid and reliable observation guide. The study has a descriptive-level scope of cross-sectional correlational design. The scientific method, statistical method and inductive deductive method were applied, proceeding to observe the performance of the students for each variable. Spearman's rho coefficient was used for correlation, with the data of which the hypothesis test was performed. The conclusions were that there is no direct and significant relationship between scientific writing and legal argumentation rho 0.195 of rho de Spearman at 0.05 of significance.
