In recent years, people may disremember to turn off various devices or not be sure open or closed. Predefined scenarios for these people, home comfort and efficiency in the workplace will help a lot. Most people spend time with mobile phones throughout the day. Therefore, the control of smart devices by phones would be an appropriate solution. In this study, it is designed with microcontroller based intelligent building automation system hardware and software to provide energy efficient, security and comfort. The programming of the microcontroller, writing the android application program for the mobile phone and MySQL database software were realized. Microcontroller with GSM shield, it is possible to control the devices connected to the system by an android application automatically and manually by means of the internet connection by the MySQL database on the remote server. It is ensured that all devices are adjusted with a single touch according to predefined scenarios.

The remote control system on electrical equipment in the room can be fulfilled through the internet as an IoT (Internet of Things) implementation. All devices managed from one interface, so home appliances management delivered quickly and conveniently. The main contribution in this research is IP based controlling for rooms with control lights and vertical curtains, and also the temperature of the air conditioner (AC) with IoT Technology. The used hardware is Raspberry Pi 3 as a server, Relay, motor stepper, IR led Transmitter, and temperature sensor DS18B20. For implementation, an android application is built by MIT App Inventor 2. The results show that all features function correctly, but each device responds with a different delay value. Delay time response of a lamp, vertical blind, and AC is up to 1.5 sec, 2.1 sec, and 1.6 sec, respectively.electrical appliances, IoT, controlling system, smart room

Abstract With the development of modern technology, smartphones have become a necessity for most people. Among other uses, mobile phones are increasingly being used in smart home systems. In smart homes, mobile phones are used to remotely control and monitor various systems such as simply turning on/off lights and household appliances, various monitoring systems, etc. Nowadays, sending coded messages or pressing application buttons is increasingly being avoided in process of developing smart systems. More and more frequently is used voice commands. The system which uses voice commands for remote control and monitoring smart home is described in this paper. In the implemented system, the user is able, using specific voice commands to remotely control the operation of various appliances in his home. An Android application was designed to control the implemented system. Using the designed Android application, the user controls the desired home devices with specific voice commands. Also, on the designed Android application are buttons that the user can use, in case the user’s voice is not recognized in the implemented system. For experimental work analysis, the model of the home is made with lights and different home appliances inside. The results of the experimental work analysis of the implemented system show this system is very simple to use and very efficient. Also, the latest technology for remote control and monitor smart systems is applied in the proposed smart home system.

Design of Smart Home Automatic Control with Communications Via Bluetooth HC-05-Based Microcontroller Arduino and Android, will provide all the comfort, safety, security and energy savings, which takes place automatically and programmed via microcontroller, the house or building. Design of Smart Home Automatic with Control Communications Via Bluetooth HC-05-Based Microcontroller Arduino and Android is intended for automatic control processes.

The system consists of seven sensors, keypad password for security doors, HC-05 Bluetooth GSM alarm application and device control applications aktuaktor, and aktuaktor buzzer, dc motors, lights, fans and fan dc exhausting. Among these sensors is a PIR sensor to detect theft, sensor MQ6 to detect leakage of LPG gas and smoke from fires, sensor HC-SR04 ultrasonic for automatic garage doors, fire sensors to detect a fire, the sensor LM35 to detect the temperature of the room, when the room temperature is hot the fan will be on automatically, when the cold room temperature will shut off the fan and LDR sensor to detect the intensity of light during the day which turn the lights off automatically and vice versa, thus saving energy. Homeowners can also control lights and monitoring sensors with android phones that are connected with communication via Bluetooth HC-05 microcontroller arduino, and can receive GSM alarm application sensors such as calling and sms.

Test results are used UART communication data transmission between the microcontroller serial monitor monitor has an error of 0 % . HC - 05 Bluetooth can accept orders at the farthest distance of 11 meters . The fire sensor can work well when the fire was 1-10 cm . Sensor HC - SR04 is already working with an error rate of 0.3 %, so the accuracy of this tool by 100 % - 0.3 % = 99.7 % .

Keywords : Security Door , Bluetooth HC - 05 , Microcontroller Arduino and Android , Application Control and Application GSM alarm.
