Abstract With the development of modern technology, smartphones have become a necessity for most people. Among other uses, mobile phones are increasingly being used in smart home systems. In smart homes, mobile phones are used to remotely control and monitor various systems such as simply turning on/off lights and household appliances, various monitoring systems, etc. Nowadays, sending coded messages or pressing application buttons is increasingly being avoided in process of developing smart systems. More and more frequently is used voice commands. The system which uses voice commands for remote control and monitoring smart home is described in this paper. In the implemented system, the user is able, using specific voice commands to remotely control the operation of various appliances in his home. An Android application was designed to control the implemented system. Using the designed Android application, the user controls the desired home devices with specific voice commands. Also, on the designed Android application are buttons that the user can use, in case the user’s voice is not recognized in the implemented system. For experimental work analysis, the model of the home is made with lights and different home appliances inside. The results of the experimental work analysis of the implemented system show this system is very simple to use and very efficient. Also, the latest technology for remote control and monitor smart systems is applied in the proposed smart home system.

Abstract The development of teleoperation systems, robots, or any physical part of the system can be costly and if something goes wrong it can lead to development overdue. Precisely for these reasons, engineers and scientists today resort to the development of simulated systems before the construction of a real system. Robot Operating System (ROS) is one of the most popular solutions for robot development, manipulation, and simulation. In this paper, we present a web application for remote control of a ROS robot. The robot is controlled via a web application that is used as a virtual Joystick. Also, in this paper, an experimental work analysis of the projected system is performed. Further research possibilities include upgrading the presented web interface, adding certain motion autonomy sensors, or integrating some path planning algorithms.

Abstract:CV Rifanta is a business unit engaged in software engineering technology, computers, and mobile phones. CV Rifanta is on Jalan Sei Tualang, and is in a shop house (shop house). The problem that exists in CV Rifanta is the use of manual locks that can be damaged by irresponsible people, besides that the control system on electric loads still uses manual power, such as turning on lights and fans, and closing windows still manually. This research was conducted to design a smart home system and design a device that aims to automatically lock the shop doors using commands from android by utilizing a bluetooth network. The door lock will use a door lock solenoid, which can be directly stuck to the ground or the door lock of the shophouse. Loads in the form of lights, fans and windows will be controlled via Android because the appliance design system also applies the smart home system, so that the android application can also adjust the doorlock solenoid output, and lights with an active 5VDC LED supply relay and an active no-NC relay position. Whereas for the output relay output with a DC motor, supplied with a voltage of 3.3VDC, it finds M1 data clockwise, and M1 counterclockwise. While the window on the servo motor uses a voltage of 3.3VDC with a closed angle, turn 00 and the open corner is 900.       Keywords:CV Rifanta, smart home, shop door security, solenoid door lock, android  Abstrak:CV Rifanta merupakan unit usaha yang bergerak di bidang teknologi rekayasa software, komputer dan handphone.

In recent years, people may disremember to turn off various devices or not be sure open or closed. Predefined scenarios for these people, home comfort and efficiency in the workplace will help a lot. Most people spend time with mobile phones throughout the day. Therefore, the control of smart devices by phones would be an appropriate solution. In this study, it is designed with microcontroller based intelligent building automation system hardware and software to provide energy efficient, security and comfort. The programming of the microcontroller, writing the android application program for the mobile phone and MySQL database software were realized. Microcontroller with GSM shield, it is possible to control the devices connected to the system by an android application automatically and manually by means of the internet connection by the MySQL database on the remote server. It is ensured that all devices are adjusted with a single touch according to predefined scenarios.

Android is a mobile device on the operating system for mobile phones based on Linux, android provides an open platform for developers to create applications. Android-based application developers make applications so that they can be useful for the community ranging from game genre applications, education, entertainment and simulation applications that are very likely to be created and run on this android operating system. Simulation is the process of designing a matemastis or logical model of a real system, conducting experiments on models using computers to describe, explain and predict system behavior. For a simulation application company can be used as a medium of product promotion, while for smartphone users can help to channel the existing imagination into a real picture. The application of simulation applications many functions, one example of its application to two-wheeled motor vehicles. By utilizing android application and the growth of vehicle users that lead to the hobby of modification, it can be utilized by creating an android-based coloring simulation application to help modifiers and modification lovers in order to channel their imagination and make it easier to design colors as desired. Without having to bother using design software that requires special skills
