This article presents the author’s vision of the content of the information space based on mobile technologies, which includes three synergistically interconnected areas: mobile Internet training, chat training and education based on mobile applications in the format of audio and video training. The purpose of the study: to develop the information space of a higher school based on mobile technologies and experimentally prove the effectiveness of its implementation in the training of students. The scientific novelty of the author’s research lies in the originality of the approach to the formation and further diagnosis of students' information competencies based on the implementation of mobile learning. The study developed informational competencies of students in the following groups: overall cultural, overall professional and professional. The results of the study are statistically proven (p<0.05) through an increase in the level of students' competencies in their informational education and independence when choosing an educational route through interactive and mobile technologies.

Worldwide usage of mobile Internet significantly increases, which underlines the importance of mobile applications as a tool for involving residents in local public affairs and decision-making processes. However, the Czech level of e-participation is below the EU average in the long term. Using an exploratory case study, tis article aims to identify all available e-participatory and communication mo-bile applications designed for the city of Prague and its inhabitants offered on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Moreover, using the content analysis method, features of identified mobile applications are explored and described. The majority of identified applications serve as one-way communication channels, and one application has a function that allows it to collect opinions of residents through voting polls. It is essential to significantly increase the user base of these applications and thus to ensure efficient development of e-participation in Prague and also in the Czech Republic in the future.

Mobile Internet is coming. The social networking site application (SNS app) has become an important portal for users accessing social networking services. Based on the point of view of existing social network users, this study integrates the technology value-based adoption model and social influence to propose a framework to investigate factors influencing the use intention of the SNS app. A sample of 223 subjects surveyed from Facebook, it was found that user’s perceived value regarding the SNS app positively affects the use intention of the social networking app. Usefulness and Technicality provided by SNS app positively affects perceived value of the app. In addition, user perceived social influence also positively affects the use intention of the social networking app. Results not only advance knowledge related to social network research, as well as provide practical advice to social networking companies. They also suggest how to attract users to continually participate in social networks. Increase activeness and stickiness is critical for social network companies to facilitate long-term development.

Lahirnya Teknologi 4G LTE dengan segala kelebihan yang di janjikan dibanding dengan teknologi sebelumnya telah membawa kita ke era komunikasi data perangkat bergerak yang super cepat. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perkembangan teknologi LTE saat ini. Maka, dilakukanlah penelitian terhadap performansi mobile internet di wilayah rural (Kenten Laut) dan inner city (Bukit Besar) di kota palembang. Yaitu dengan cara membandingkan RSRP, SINR, RSRQ dan Troughput dengan KPI Teori dan KPI Telkomsel. Keempat parameter Untuk wilayah ruraldidapatkan hasil yaitu RSRP dedicated mode sebesar 100% untuk ≥(-100 ) dBm, SINR dedicated mode 84.62% <0dBm, 99.59% <(-18) dBm dan troughput dedicated mode71.17% ≥ 2 Mbps. Untuk wilayah inner city didapatkan hasil yaitu RSRP dedicated mode 100% untuk ≥(-100 ) dBm,SINR dedicated mode sebesar 91.66% <0dBm, RSRQ dedicated mode 99.47% > (-18) dBm dan troughput dedicated mode 88.1% ≥ 2 Mbps. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata – rata kualitas dari faktor - faktor performansi inner city kota palembang sudah optimal. Sedangkanuntuk rural kota palembang masih butuh pengoptimalan.

Mobile edge computing is a very popular technology now. It was proposed to eliminate the problem of lack of global computing resources. This article aims to study the use of the latest mobile edge computing technology to study the mobile information system for appreciation, exchange, and management of the traditional ceramic industry. The whole article uses mobile edge computing technology. It enters the network using wireless methods and provides recent users with the required services and cloud computing functions, allowing users to easily query the information and data they want, plus mobile. The information system enables people to use mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile terminals to query information in the ceramic industry and perform functions such as appreciation, communication, and management. From 2016 to 2020, our country’s ceramic industry exports have increased from US$3.067 billion to US$6.826 billion. Traditional ceramics in our country have been loved by various industries at home and abroad. The number of employees in the ceramic industry has also increased to 5 million, an increase of 30% year-on-year. The ceramic industry is also very promising in the long term.

Вниманию читателя предлагается краткий обзор интернет-прогнозов и сценариев глобального развития, спровоцированных пандемией коронавируса: цифровой контроль, перезагрузка парадигмы, эпидемия агрессии, вспышка региональных конфликтов, деградация западного либерализма, беспрецедентная информационная война. В контексте перечисленных инфодемических тенденций рассматривается инструментарий противоборства в социо-информационном пространстве, включая способы «замедления трафика» и «гиперболизации очернения», а также - приемы «отвлекающего вброса» и «шарманки». Предпочтение отдается информационно-психологическим интернет-дуэлям, в отличии от средств блокирования противника, применение которых авторы не считают эффективными в долгосрочной перспективе сетевого противодействия. The reader is offered a brief overview of Internet forecasts and scenarios of global development provoked by the coronavirus pandemic: digital control, paradigm reset, epidemic of aggression, outbreak of regional conflicts, degradation of Western liberalism, unprecedented information war. In the context of these infodemic trends, we consider the tools of confrontation in the socio-information space, including ways to "slow down traffic" and "hyperbolize denigration", as well as the techniques of "distracting stuffing" and "hurdy-gurdy". preference is given to information and psychological internet duels, in contrast to the means of blocking the enemy, the use of which the authors do not consider effective in the long term network counteraction.

The advent of new electronic platforms, such as fixed and mobile Internet, is forcing firms from a range of industries to come together in so-called value networks for the provision of innovative e-services. Firms from different industries have widely varying resources. Our analysis is aimed at specific types of interdependencies, relating the actors’ own and others’ resource contributions to the value creation involved in bringing the service about. To better understand these interdependencies, we draw on theories about firm resources and interorganizational relations. We analyze the importance and relevance of different resources in a number of case studies of mobile information and entertainment services in terms of the actors’ resources and contributions to value in the provision of such mobile services. In the cross-case comparison, we contrast the power structures in the different value networks and identify similarities and differences in terms of the types of industrial players that assume positions of greater or lesser importance. We conclude with a discussion of the implications for value network research.
