A simplified safety valve simulation model is established on basis of a widely used safety valve in engineering-spring directly loading safety valve, and the relationship between the mechanic parameter of spring surface and loading is discussed according to the result of simulation analysis. The relationship of strain varying rate in spring measuring point and setting pressure varying rate of safety valve is achieved, it can be used as a online fault diagnosis criteria when setting pressure changes in working course. Furthermore, an online testing technology of safety valve is proposed. Through experiment research using traditional electric strain sensor, the relationship between measured parameters of the specific parts in the safety-valve and the experimental loading is achieved, and the online testing method is proved to be very workable.

Studying drug relationships can provide deeper information for the construction and maintenance of biomedical databases and provide more important references for disease treatment and drug development. The research model has expanded from the previous focus on a certain drug to the systematic analysis of the pharmaceutical network formed between drugs. Network model is suitable for the study of the nonlinear relationship of the pharmaceutical relationship by modeling the data learning. Association rule mining is used to find the potential correlations between the various sets of massive data. Therefore, based on the network model, this research proposed an algorithm for drug interaction under improved association rules, which achieved accurate analysis and decision-making of drug relationship. Meanwhile, this research applied the established association rule algorithm to discuss the relationship between Chinese medicine and mental illness medicine and conducted the algorithm research and simulation analysis of the association relationship. The results showed the association rule algorithm based on the network model constructed was better than other association algorithms. It had reliability and superiority in decision-making in improving the drug-drug relationship. It also promoted the rational use of medicines and played a guiding role in pharmaceutical research. This provides scientific research personnel with research basis and research ideas for disease-related diagnosis.

In pipe of electromagnetic flowmeter must be installed internal insulation lining to prevent the electromagnetic flowmeter signal is short circuit by metal pipe. However, in the process of using the electromagnetic flow meter, insulation lining is easy to fall off because of the fluid temperature and pressure changes, thus lead to the output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter is changed. The effect of electromagnetic flowmeter insulation lining fall off to the output signal is analyzed by the theory of electromagnetic flow meters weight function. Get the relationship of the output signal and the insulation lining drop area and position. The paper provides a theoretical analysis method for the effect abscission of insulation lining of electromagnetic flow meter on output signal.

ABSTRACT Detection and specificity of autoantibodies against extractable nuclear antigens (ENA) play a critical role in the diagnosis and management of autoimmune disease. Historically, the detection of these antibodies has employed double immunodiffusion (DID). Autoantibody specificity was correlated with diagnoses by this technique. Enzyme immunoassays have been developed by multiple manufacturers to detect and identify the specificity ENA autoantibodies. To address the relationship of ENA detection by DID and enzyme immunoassay, the performances of five immunoassays were compared. These included two DID and three enzyme-linked immunoassays (ELISA) (both screening and individual antigen profile kits). The sample set included 83 ENA-positive, antinuclear-antibody (ANA)-positive specimens, 77 ENA-negative, ANA-positive specimens, and 20 ENA- and ANA-negative specimens. Sensitivity and specificity were calculated by two methods: first, by using the in-house DID result as the reference standard, and second, by using latent class analysis, which evaluates each kit result independently. Overall, the results showed that the ELISA methods were more sensitive for detection of ENA autoantibodies than DID techniques, but presence and/or specific type of ENA autoantibody did not always correlate with the patient's clinical presentation. Regardless of the testing strategy an individual laboratory uses, clear communication with the clinical staff regarding the significance of a positive result is imperative. The laboratory and the clinician must both be aware of the sensitivity and specificity of each testing method in use in the clinical laboratory.

A collection of mobile nodes deployed with a temporary intention is called mobile ad hoc network (MANET). Every deployed node has the capable of connecting the network communication, and every node has the capable of configuring network communication. There are many routing procedures to discover the proper route from source to destination. The routing protocol helps to channelize the route from one point to other for establishment of the communication. This paper discusses the detailed and the elaborated study of the MANET security issues and the various routing protocols. Moreover, it describes about the OSI model with the relationship of security systems. The elaborated and the detailed approach of the various protocol helps to build a progressive idea of the MANET security. Various issues and the overcomes help to find the loopholes of the threats, and it clearly explains the analysis of the MANET efficiency. The simulation analysis helps to know the comparison analysis of various protocols.

This chapter argues for viewing equity as a second-order system—law about law, or meta law—whose loss through fusion has created a variety of jurisprudential quandaries. On this view, equity serves as a second-order safety valve particularly suited to problems of great variability and uncertainty—including opportunism, conflicting rights, and multipolar conflicts—and although such problems were not the exclusive preserve or the only focus of equity courts, the former jurisdictional divide did much to highlight the second-order equitable function. The flattening out of this second-order equitable function through fusion of law and equity has intensified numerous jurisprudential controversies—including the debate between formalism and contextualism and the distinction between rules and standards—in contrast to the older, less polarized path of hybrid law-equity. Effacing distinctive second-order equity also leads to extreme views about the supposed death of contract and all-consuming tort. Even the relationship of law and morality tends to be more fraught when equity as meta law is taken off the table.

Circadian blood pressure changes are blunted in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Proteinuria is the most important correlate of hypertension in CKD. However, little is known about the influence of circadian blood pressure changes and variation in protein excretion rate. Furthermore, the impact of blood pressure components, e.g., mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure, on proteinuria has not been evaluated. To analyze the relationship of circadian changes in blood pressure on urinary protein excretion patterns, glomerular filtration rate was measured with iothalamate clearance and 24-h ambulatory blood pressure with SpaceLabs 90207 monitor in 22 patients with CKD. It was found that hourly protein excretion rates were 31% higher during the night. Excretion results of sodium, potassium, chloride, urea, and creatinine were also between 30 and 40% higher at night. Systolic, mean arterial, and pulse pressures but not diastolic pressure were related to daytime protein excretion rate. At night, the relationship of systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial pressures was significantly lower and essentially flat with respect to protein excretion rate, but the relationship of pulse pressure and proteinuria was not different from that seen during the day. Circadian variation in blood pressure did not impact circadian sodium excretion rate. In conclusion, these data suggest that patients with CKD have patterns of proteinuria that share different relationships with blood pressure components depending on the awake-sleep state. Pulse pressure is related to proteinuria independent of the awake-sleep state. Reducing mean arterial pressure during the day and pulse pressure during the day or night may be effective antiproteinuric strategies.

Understanding the influences of water level on seepage stability of tailing bay is an important topics in hydraulic engineering design. The seepage stability of tailing bay under different water level was calculated with the numerical simulation software FLAC3D and the change laws of water pore pressure and saturation line in the dam was analyzed. The results show that the saturation line in the dam is a parabolic curve and the pore pressure changes in layers. With the increasing of water level, the saturation line in the heaping dam ups rather obviously while it is not obvious in the initial dam. The maximum pore pressure in the bottom of the dam increases with the relationship of water level up, the shallow of the saturation line is in the heaping dam heel.
