The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Two computer data bases were formed: reference base «Prodromus» including the nomenclature forest syntaxa and experienced geobotanic releves «Forests of European Russia». Ecological, coenotic and floristic analysis of broadleaved-coniferous forests mostly corresponding to association Rhodobryo rosei – Piceetum abietis Korotkov 1986 was conducted with these bases. Releves (305) from South taiga and broadleaved-coniferous subzone were used. The analysis revealed complex syntaxonomy, bo­real-nemoral character and wide distribution ass. Rhodobryo-Piceetum from central European Russia. Ecolo­gical comparison of this association with some no­men­clature types of broadleaved-coniferous communities in East Europe was carried out. Preliminary prodromus for Euro­pean Russian mixed forests is suggested. Role of ecologi­cal, succession and regional factors was shown for dif­ferentiation of syntaxa.

AbstrakPerangkat Sumber Daya Manusia adalah bagian terpenting dari komponen sistem informasi dalam dunia bisnis yang dikenal sebagai sistem informasi manajemen. Komponen perangkat sumber daya ini merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dengan komponen lainnya di dalam suatu sistem informasi sebagai hasil dari perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan strategi implementasi yang didasarkan pada komunikasi diantara sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi.perangkat sumber daya manusia adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk manusia yang berhubungan dengan sistem komputer. In the current conditions of economic development, it is important to pay attention to the study of the main types of risks, effective methods of evaluation, monitoring, analysis of banking risks. One of the main approaches to quantitatively assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers is credit scoring. The objective of credit scoring is to optimize management decisions regarding the possibility of providing bank loans. In the article, the scientific and methodological provisions concerning the formation of a regression model for assessing bank risks in the process of granting loans to borrowers has been proposed. The proposed model is based on the use of logistic regression tools, discriminant analysis with the use of expert evaluation. During the formation of a regression model, the relationship between risk factors and probable magnitude of loan risk has been established. In the course of calculations, the coefficient of the individual's solvency has been calculated. Direct computer data preparation, including the calculation of the indicators selected in the process of discriminant analysis, has been carried out in the Excel package environment, followed by their import into the STATISTICA package for analysis in the “Logistic regression” sub-module of the “Nonlinear evaluation” module. The adequacy of the constructed model has been determined using the Macfaden's likelihood ratio index. The calculated value of the Macfaden's likelihood ratio index indicates the adequacy of the constructed model. The ability to issue loans to new clients has been evaluated using a regression model. The conducted calculations show the possibility of granting a loan exclusively to the second and third clients. The offered method allows to conduct assessment of client's solvency and risk prevention at different stages of lending, facilitates the possibility to independently make informed decisions on credit servicing of clients and management of a loan portfolio, optimization of management decisions in banks. In order for a loan-based model to continue to perform its functions, it must be periodically adjusted.

“Cyber crime” has been used to describe a wide range of offences, including offences against computer data and systems (such as “Hacking”), computer related forgery and fraud (such as “phishing”), content offences (such as disseminating child pornography), and copyright offences (such as the dissemination of pirated content).
