The methods of experiment planning, optimization, and forecasting are becoming increasingly important in the setting up of studies aimed at studying complex technological processes. The design of experiments involves the incorporation into practice of engineering research of methods to increase the efficiency of work. Unlike the most common one-factor research method, when the effect of each factor is studied separately, there are methods that allow performing experiments in order to study complex processes so that they vary by all factors at once. This helps to increase the efficiency of the experiment, expressed in the fact that the parameters of interest to the experimenter are determined with a significantly smaller error than with traditional research methods. Moreover, with an increase in the number of factors, the accuracy of the experiment increases. Many methods developed in relation to the planning of experiments, making optimal decisions at various stages of research work. But they give a positive result with a small value of the number of factors, because as the number of factors increases, the value of various combinations of permutations increases. Conducting experiments requires certain financial and time costs. Therefore, one of the tasks of optimizing experimental design is to minimize the costs of conducting experimental designs, while obtaining the maximum amount of information about the influence of factors of interest on the process. The purpose of this article is to develop a method and software for optimizing multi-factor experiment designs, which will reduce the time and financial costs of conducting multi-factor experiment designs. An algorithm was developed, which is implemented programmatically, in the C # programming language, to optimize plans for multifactor experiments using the cuckoo search method. The efficiency of the developed algorithm was tested on the optimization of plans for multifactor experiments of technological processes. A comparative analysis of the methods of synthesis of cost-optimal plans of a multi-factor experiment is carried out and the effectiveness of the cuckoo search method is shown.

To determine the accuracy of the readjustable punches for separating operations (perforation + punching out) of sheet-metal forming, the accuracy parameters were analyzed using the random balance method using the method of experiment planning. Analytical dependencies are obtained to determine the values of deviation of the outer and inner contour dimensions of perforated and punched out sheet parts. From the dependencies obtained, it is possible to estimate and predict the value of deviation in the dimensions of the resulting part at any time during the operation of the punch. Practical recommendations on the calculation of the actuating dimensions of the working elements (stamping punch, matrix) of readjustable punches are offered.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

Lampung is one of the provinces that has a considerable tourism potential in which each region has tourism potential with its own unique attraction in South Lampung regency. However, the Tsunami disaster that struck the coastal areas of Banten and South Lampung on 22 Desemeber 2018, impacted the decline in the number of tourists visiting the archipelago and abroad to tourist destinations by the end of year 2018. Based on the problems raised above, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the strategy conducted by the Tourism and culture Office of South Lampung Regency in the effort to develop tourism sector in South Lampung district after Tsunami disaster. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research informant is determined purpossive. Data collection techniques are conducted with observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. Data is presented and in a descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research is known that the Tourism and culture Department of South Lampung district has a strategy to develop tourism potential in South Lampung regency. In determining a strategy for tourism development in South Lampung District after the Tsunami disaster pay attention to four basic factors. These four factors are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with some sectors involved in the tourism development process. The conclusion of this research is based on the SWOT anilisis which produces four strategies i.e. SO strategy, WO Strategy, Strategy ST, and WT strategy

Background: The problem of low exclusive breast feeding achievement in Indonesia is caused by social cultural factors, i.e. the minimal understanding of expecting mother, family, society, and health servant with the exclusive breast feeding. The husband’s and grandmother’s motivation will influence on successful breast feeding. Objective: This study is aimed to reveal the exclusive breast feeding achievement ang the role of grandmother. Method: This is an observational study. The researcher observes the society phenomena in Bangunjiwo Village, Bantul Regency. The subjects of the study are: 1) grandmothers aging ≥ 55 yeras old, 2) breast feeding mothers, and 3) Posyandu cadres. The data are collected by the focus group discussion, detail interview, and documentation. The instruments of the study are FGD, stationaries, tape recorder, and camera. The data are analyzed from the preparation of transcript, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Results: the success of breast feeding is motivated by grandmother’s role, i.e. 1) suggesting, 2) motivating, 3) caring, 4) reminding when mother goes out, 5) giving the stored mother’s milk for working mother, and midwive’s explanation and training for expecting mother. Conclusion: The role of grandmother in exclusive breast feeding will increase: 1) mother’s understanding of breast feeding advantages, 2) mother’s awareness of exclusive breast feeding, and 3) mother’s attitude of exclusive breast feeding. Therefore, a breast feeding mother will be able to increase in practicing exclusive breast feeding by: 1) overcoming obstacles, 2) consuming balanced nutrition, 3) maintaning health and drinking herb. Finally, these will influence the succssful exclusive breast feeding.   Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding, The role of grandmother, mother’s attitude
