Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested

In today's society, the rise of the Internet and rapid development make every day produce a huge amount of data. Therefore, the traditional data processing mode and data storage can not be fully analyzed and mined these data. More and more new information technologies (such as cloud computing, virtualization and big data, etc.) have emerged and been applied, the network has turned from informationization to intelligence, and campus construction has ushered in the stage of smart campus construction. The construction of intelligent campus refers to big data and cloud computing technology, which improves the informatization service quality of colleges and universities by integrating, storing and mining huge data.

The integration of information technologies in healthcare practice significantly changes the methods of diagnosis and treatment, the forms of interaction of doctors with patients and colleagues, the organization of treatment and recovery of health. The field of reconstruction of the auricle is still a huge challenge for facial plastic surgeons and requires at various techniques to find the best treatment for each patient. The paper describes the application of computer modeling and laser stereolithography technology in surgical practice for auricular surfaces ectoprosthetics. To improve the accuracy and quality of the surgical intervention the positioning of external prosthesis is applied with the aid of personal templates and computer navigation. The accuracy of ectoprosthesis positioning when using a plastic mask template was 0.3-0.4 mm, while computer navigation was 0.1 - 0.2 mm. Using personalized templates is a simpler and more intuitive way of positioning that does not require expensive computer navigation systems. This example of ectoprosthetics shows the possibilities of various reconstructions of facial organs, not only the ear, but also, for example, the nose, using computer modeling and 3d printing technologies

Annotation Purpose. Improving the efficiency of entomophages production by developing innovative approaches for it management. Methods. System approach, intelligent information technologies. Results. Innovative approaches for it management of entomophages production have been developed, which consist of: determining and ranking the factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of entomological products, and factors that lead to substandard products; the creation of structural and parametric complexes for assessing product quality; real-time assessment of the intensity of entomocultures development processes; automation of management abiotic parameters stepwise development of insects (temperature and relative humidity of the box for growing of insects) in real time; determining the quality of entomological products in conditions of incomplete information, taking into account the impact of a combination of abiotic and biotic production parameters; calculation of optimal values of production parameters in conditions of uncertainty; systematization of knowledge about the interaction of heterogeneous parameters in the production of entomophages. Conclusions. The proposed innovative approaches to manage the production of entomophages can increase its efficiency by forming optimal management strategies, using the technological experience of specialists and modern intelligent information technologies in particular, SCADA-systems, fuzzy logic theory and cognitive analysis. Keywords: innovative approaches, production of entomophages, intelligent information technologies.
