This paper introduces the mobile search algorithm into the research of employment accessibility measurement. It not only proves the effectiveness of the method, but also analyzes the characteristics and formation mechanism of College Students’ employment accessibility in the research case, and puts forward the corresponding control strategies. The results show that the employment accessibility of college students is not evenly distributed, but presents an obvious center periphery pattern. This paper puts forward the planning means of the accessibility of College Students’ employment education resources to promote the balanced distribution of employment and population, the reform of the employment structure and the reasonable improvement of policy.

Considering economic effect and low-carbon effect the benefit formation mechanism of wind power was analyzed, and then through integrating the benefits from the two aspects by low-carbon economic elements a concept of low-carbon comprehensive benefit was proposed. Combining with construction cost of wind power , an analysis model of low-carbon comprehensive benefit from wind power was built.

Objectives: This paper discusses the ideological and political education resources in literary works. Based on the focus group interviews with college students and employees of tobacco enterprises, this paper further explains the three forms of manifestation related to the ideological and political education resources in literary works: First, the ideological and political education themes in literary works; secondly, the literary discourse strategies can provide reference for the discourse system of the ideological and political education; thirdly, literary works can involve the subject construction in the discourse system of the ideological and political education. An in-depth study of these problems will bridge the originally wide gap between the literary narration and the ideological and political education so that the ideological and political education can absorb and learn from the advantages of literary narration in the ideological dissemination.

Research on innovative methods for Conceptual Design of Control Strategies (CDCS) is of great theoretical and engineering meaning. In this paper, TRIZ-aided innovation in CDCS was proposed. At first, a systematic approach to build a new theory of inventive problem solving specialized for control strategies (TRIZ-CS) was proposed with its systemic structure was given. Then the Block-Signal analysis model (B-S analysis model) was proposed based on Su-Field analysis model in TRIZ with its symbol system and application procedure. Finally four examples were given to show the rationality of TRIZ-aided innovation in CDCS and effectiveness of B-S analysis model. The examples show that TRIZ-aided innovation is a systematic, effective and practical innovative methodology for CDCS.

With the development of distributed generations (DGs), single-phase voltage source converter (SPVSC) has been widely used, but it brings about the problem of harmonic pollution to power grid. Hence, it is significant to explore the mechanism of harmonic injection from SPVSC and propose effective control strategies to mitigate the harmonic pollution. In this paper, a harmonic analysis model of SPVSC based on dynamic phasor (DP) has been established. With the model, the harmonics interaction between the ac side and the dc side can be analyzed with the consideration of the control strategies, which reveals the generation mechanism of the harmonics in SPVSC. Based on the mechanism, a feedforward harmonic mitigation strategy has been presented. The principle of the strategy is to add low-order harmonic signal to the PWM modulation signals to reduce the harmonic current on the ac side. The harmonic mitigation strategy not only has clear physical meaning and fast calculation, but also is robust for the uncertainty of parameters. Finally, the simulation and experiment results demonstrate the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the harmonic mitigation strategy.

Chinese college students frequently experience loneliness during remote learning, resulting in impaired academic performance. The relationships among loneliness, mental health, and academic performance were explored for these students. Mixed method research was conducted using both investigation and interview methods. In the online survey, 437 college students were recruited from three universities in Wuhan, China. The sampling began on April 7, 2021, and ended on April 11, 2021. The reliability and validity of the scales of loneliness, mental health, and academic performance were verified by a confirmatory factor analysis model, and a higher-order model confirmed the mediating mechanism. The mediating mechanism revealed that mental health and the influence of loneliness negatively impacted academic performance. Based on this mechanism, methods for coping with loneliness were explored by interviewing 12 Chinese college students online between April 20 and April 28, 2021. Further interview data coding and classification were conducted. The interview results revealed that self-comfort and seeking assistance from others were the primary methods used by the students to alleviate loneliness. Accordingly, it is found that loneliness during independent learning significantly affects mental health, causing a decline in academic achievement among Chinese college students. Loneliness, the primary cause of the complete mediating effect of loneliness, mental health, and academic performance can be alleviated in two ways; self-comfort and asking help from others.

In this paper, the attention is confined to the suppression of multi-frequency rotor vibration. A method to control rotor’s multi-frequency periodic vibration in rotor-bearings system is proposed which uses active magnetic exciter (AME) to produce active control force to suppress rotor’s vibration and to reach a self-optimizing control of the rotor vibration. The control strategies include an arithmetic to optimize the amplitudes and phases of the control current using on-line self-optimizing algorithms in AME and applied multiple frequency-matched control force that AME generates to reduce the measured amplitudes of rotor. The model of rotor-bearings system with AME is established firstly. An active vibration control scheme for controlling transverse vibration of the rotor due to multi-frequency excitation is designed. The whole circle search algorithm and fast optimizing search algorithm about the amplitude and phase of control current are proposed. Finally, the experiments for controlling multi-frequency vibration of the rotor are carried out on the rotor-bearings test rig. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can effectively suppress the rotor vibration for multi-frequency components through self-optimizing control of electromagnetic force.
