Medical institutions are in urgent demand of the senior management professionals in China. This paper analyzes the MHA training model at the initial stage in China, and compares to the success experience of MHA education in University of Missouri, proposes building a MHA education model in China from the four aspects, limited top-level design, teaching content design, operating mechanism, and teaching quality monitoring and security system, and research some key problems.

A great deal of department in enterprise how to optimize practicing-teaching contents, and forms the practicing-teaching system, in building Beijing level Talent training base of outside- school. The system consist of three parts which is the cognitive course content design, the hardware practice course content design and the software test theoretical teaching content design. We improved concepts, formed a detail enterprise practice curriculum program, and do it in practice. This practice teaching system is a featured program of our university. It has been carried out for 5 years, improving students' engineering and practice skills and therefore fostering eligible persons with various abilities and qualities for the development and prosperity of our country.

<p>Traditional programming courses usually take teachers' classroom teaching as the main teaching means and students' after-class exercises as the auxiliary means. For freshmen, it is difficult to immediately digestion and absorption of the teaching content, then you will feel the teacher's programming course is difficult, but flipped classroom teaching will put students in the dominant position, and the teachers' classroom teaching is turned into auxiliary means. It becomes flexible teaching methods, and teaching environment has become diverse, and the students can learn at any time. Through the analysis and research of flipped classroom teaching, it provides a new teaching direction for programming teaching.</p>

The ideological and political construction of curriculum is the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of forestry talent training. The concrete contents of ideological and political teaching design including teaching goal, teaching method, teaching content design, teaching characteristics and teaching summary are expounded and three aspects of further optimization are put forward.
