The article describes the development and implementation of a complex monitoring system for measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide, ambient temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure. The presented system was installed at two locations. The first was in the rooms at the Department of Cybernetics and Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. The second was in the classrooms of the Grammar School and Secondary School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The article contains a detailed description of the entire measurement network, whose basic component was a device for measuring carbon dioxide concentration, temperature and relative humidity in ambient air and atmospheric pressure via wireless data transmission using IQRF® technology. Measurements were conducted continuously for several months. The data were archived in a database. The article also describes the methods for processing the data with statistical analysis. Carbon dioxide concentration was selected for data analysis. Data were selected from at least two different rooms at each location. The processed results represent the time periods for the given carbon dioxide concentrations. The graphs display in percent how much of the time students or employees spent exposed to safe or dangerous concentrations of carbon dioxide. The collected data were used for the future improvement of air quality in the rooms.

In the globalization era, English is becoming the official international language. This originates from the importance of English in the stages of integration, internationalization, and globalization. English is the language of computer science, economics, science, and technology. Actually, future Vietnamese scientists not only need to grasp the knowledge of their specializations in the Vietnamese language but also to be able to expand the international relationships with their foreign counterparts and take advantage of opportunities for joining scientific projects with their colleagues from developed countries, so that they can contribute to the global achievements of science. For that, they need to possess a good command of the English language. For aforementioned reasons, English should be used as the medium language for content instruction at Vietnamese universities. Using English as a Medium of Instruction (EMOI) becomes a necessity at Vietnamese universities on a large scale. In terms of majors and schools, priority can be given to such fields as industry, economics, technology, and natural sciences.

A great deal of department in enterprise how to optimize practicing-teaching contents, and forms the practicing-teaching system, in building Beijing level Talent training base of outside- school. The system consist of three parts which is the cognitive course content design, the hardware practice course content design and the software test theoretical teaching content design. We improved concepts, formed a detail enterprise practice curriculum program, and do it in practice. This practice teaching system is a featured program of our university. It has been carried out for 5 years, improving students' engineering and practice skills and therefore fostering eligible persons with various abilities and qualities for the development and prosperity of our country.

The ideological and political construction of curriculum is the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of forestry talent training. The concrete contents of ideological and political teaching design including teaching goal, teaching method, teaching content design, teaching characteristics and teaching summary are expounded and three aspects of further optimization are put forward. Taking the ideological and political construction of the curriculum as an opportunity, based on the professional characteristics and discipline development, it provides reference for the ideological and political construction of the landscape architecture specialty curriculum.

Problem and goal. The single subject area “Mathematics and Computer Science”, provided by existing standards, implies the need to introduce the integration of teaching these subjects in primary and secondary schools; the training for such teaching is one of the goals of the implementation of the master’s program “Mathematics in Primary Education”. Methodology. The implementation of the following factors improves the quality of training of the masters to the integrated teaching of the schoolchildren in mathematics and computer science: the training of the masters is based on the competencies that they assimilated in the stages of their previous training, in particular in undergraduate studies; the developed integrated content of the modular training, implemented in the system of specialized disciplines, allows to implement the systematic, fundamental and invariance training of the masters; the readiness of the masters to the integrated teaching the schoolchildren in mathematics and computer science includes the formed competencies in the selection of teaching content and the use of educational electronic resources; taking into account various factors of using information and communication technologies in the educational process, forming an idea of the role of informatization of education in society, its language, methods and means, and their quality control. Results. The practical activities of masters in creating the electronic courses for organizing online-learning were implemented, a system of computer tasks was created for the integrated teaching of the schoolchildren in mathematics and computer science. Conclusion. The training of masters to the integrated teaching of the schoolchildren in mathematics and computer science ensures their orientation in information and communication technologies and subsequent competent use of these technologies in their professional activities.
