In response to the relatively huge error, low efficiency, and low accuracy in the prediction and analysis data on the quality of multimedia professional talents at present, an analytical method for the prediction of the quality of multimedia professional talents based on the multiobjective data fuzzy evolutionary algorithm is proposed in this paper. The weights of the talent quality data are analyzed in detail mainly based on the multiobjective data fuzzy evolution algorithm to establish a prediction and analysis model for the quality of multimedia professional talents. This model can be used to implement the prediction and analysis of the comprehensive abilities of multimedia professional talents effectively. Finally, through a practical case study, it is verified that the method put forward in this paper has high efficiency and high accuracy in predicting and analyzing the quality of multimedia professional talents.

The field of safety and incident prevention is becoming more and more data based. Data can help support decision making for a more productive and safer work environment, but only if the data can be, is and should be trusted. Especially with the advance of more data collection of varying quality, checking and judging the data is an increasingly complex task. Within such tasks, cognitive biases are likely to occur, causing analysists to overestimate the quality of the data and safety experts to base their decisions on data of insufficient quality. Cognitive biases describe generic error tendencies of persons, that arise because people tend to automatically rely on their fast information processing and decision making, rather than their slow, more effortful system. This article describes five biases that were identified in the verification of a safety indicator related to train driving. Suggestions are also given on how to formalize the verification process. If decision makers want correct conclusions, safety experts need good quality data. To make sure insufficient quality data is not used for decision making, a solid verification process needs to be put in place that matches the strengths and limits of human cognition.

This study examines the strategies of madrasa headmasters in improving the quality of Islamic Education and the facilitating and hindering factors as well as the solutions of the headmaster's strategies in improving the quality of Islamic Education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study used descriptive qualitative and research design using a case study approach. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation, and data verification which ended with checking the validity of the data. The results showed that: 1) The strategy employed by the madrasah headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education begins with an analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasa which includes strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. Head of Madrasah TsanawiyahAlkhairaatSibalaya always builds harmony in the organization, for example, being able to place personnel appropriately and influence his subordinates in human relationships which are covered by authority situations, enforce discipline to all madrasa personnel, and empower teachers to improve their competency and evaluate by involving relevant and professional related parties.2) The supporting factors are harmonious cooperation with subordinates as well as the conducive and comfortable situation and conditions of the madrasa. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are the lack of teachers' discipline and lack of community response to send their children to madrasas.

<span lang="EN-US">Besides the Internet search facility and e-mails, social networking is now one of the three best uses of the Internet. A tremendous number of volunteers every day write articles, share photos, videos and links at a scope and scale never imagined before. However, because social network data are huge and come from heterogeneous sources, the data are highly susceptible to inconsistency, redundancy, noise, and loss. For data scientists, preparing the data and getting it into a standard format is critical because the quality of data is going to directly affect the performance of mining algorithms that are going to be applied next. Low-quality data will certainly limit the analysis and lower the quality of mining results. To this end, the goal of this study is to provide an overview of the different phases involved in data preprocessing, with a focus on social network data. As a case study, we will show how we applied preprocessing to the data that we collected for the Malaysian Flight MH370 that disappeared in 2014.</span>

This article presents the results of the qualitative research conducted on Polish users of the Sensor.Community network. Different types of motivation behind the decision to engage in the collection of air quality data are discussed. Users’ motives have been found to result predominantly from the concern for the health and safety of their loved ones, as well as the need to control air quality (and ultimately the quality of life) in their immediate environment (home and neighbourhood). Users do not display civic behaviour such as working for the local community. Three factors have been proposed to explain this status quo. First, the motives related to health and safety, as opposed to motives behind seeking a resolution to an environmental problem at the local level, may contribute to the solidification of individualistic attitudes. Second, Sensor.Community is organised in a way that does not promote a greater involvement from the network organisers in the development of the initiative and retention of users. Instead, the network focuses predominantly on the technical aspects of operation. Third, users have no sense of agency as, in our opinion, they remain largely unaware of the value of the data they collect.

Anemia is a health problem in the whole world. Anemia cannot be ignored. Treatment varies depending on the cause, if anemia is severe treatment is given with a blood transfusion. Blood transfusion is an interdependent action that must be given according to standard operating procedures (SOP). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the procedure for blood transfusion in anemic patients in Jasmine Room Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach, involving 10 informants / research subjects. Data collection through interviews and observation of transfusion procedures by nurses. Data analysis techniques used include interview transcripts, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation, data which is then concluded. The results of the study showed that the preparation phase of 9 informants prepared complete tools and preparation of patients 2 did not identify the client. The stage of transfusion installation 10 procedures to re-identify patients not in accordance with the SOP, 4 did not wash hands, 1 did not wear gloves. Post-transfusion stage 10 procedures not in accordance with the SOP on the item paying attention to reactions / complications of transfusion and observation of vital signs. Conclusion blood transfusion installation procedures have been carried out according to the SOP, but have not been implemented properly and perfectly, supervision is still lacking and support facilities are inadequate. It is recommended that the results of the study become a baseline for hospitals in improving the quality of services by increasing routine structured supervision, conducting technical training procedures for transfusion installation, and completing supporting facilities. Keywords: SOP, Blood Transfusion, Anemia

Strategy Management in improving the quality of staffing services in the Probolinggo District Education Office. The purpose of this article was to study the management of strategies carried out by the Education Office of Probolinggo District specifically service personnel and the quality of staffing services from the implementation of the management strategies in the Probolinggo District Education Office. This study uses qualitative methods with a type of case study research. The data analysis used is the Interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results is showed that the management strategy carried out by the Probolinggo District Education Office was also applied to staffing services guided by the Provincial RPJP and Probolinggo District RPJMD using a strategic planning process, implementing strategies and evaluation strategies. And the quality of the Probolinggo District Education Office staffing services after the strategy management has been fairly good with reference to the fulfillment of five service standards.

Proverbs are very important in every language and culture. However, translators sometimes mistranslate them. Thus, this study sheds light on the translation quality assessment of proverbs. These proverbs are collected from One thousand and one English proverbs translated into Arabic by Omar Jabak. This study aims at pointing out the most frequently used strategies for translating proverbs, and investigating how far Na Pham's error analysis model is appropriate for the description and assessment of the strategies used in translating these proverbs. Na Pham's error analysis model is used to identify comprehension, linguistic and translation errors. Moreover, this study aims at detecting the most common errors under each strategy used. The findings of this study show that Na Pham's error analysis model is appropriate for the assessment. It also reveals that there are certain types of errors which are committed more often than others. In addition, it uncovers that the types of errors detected when translating proverbs using partial equivalence and paraphrasing are very similar. Comprehension errors, giving an inaccurate meaning, and distorting the meaning are the most frequently detected errors when translating proverbs using partial equivalents and paraphrasing. On the other hand, wrong lexical choice and too-literal translation are the most frequently detected errors when using literal translation. Finally, this study suggests solutions for improving the quality of Arabic translations of proverbs. In addition, some recommendations for further studies are suggested.

Modelling is a core activity in software development paradigms like Model-driven Engineering (MDE). Therefore, the quality of (meta-)models is crucial for the success of software projects. However, many times, modelling becomes a purely manual activity, which does not take advantage of information embedded in heterogeneous information sources, such as XML documents, ontologies, or other models and meta-models. In order to improve this situation, we present Extremo, an Eclipse plugin aimed at gathering the information stored in heterogeneous sources in a common data model, to facilitate the reuse of information chunks in the model being built. The tool covers the steps needed to incorporate this knowledge within an external modelling tool, supporting the uniform query of the heterogeneous sources and the evaluation of constraints. Flexibility of the main features (e.g., supported data formats, queries) is achieved by means of extensible mechanisms. To illustrate the usefulness of Extremo, we describe a practical case study in the financial domain and evaluate its performance and scalability.

The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) was applied for risk assessment of confectionary manufacturing, in whichthe traditional methods and equipment were intensively used in the production. Potential failure modes and effects as well as their possible causes were identified in the process flow. Processing stages that involve intensive handling of food by workers had the highest risk priority numbers (RPN = 216 and 189), followed by chemical contamination risks in different stages of the process. The application of corrective actions substantially reduced the RPN (risk priority number) values. Therefore, the implementation of FMEA (The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) model in confectionary manufacturing improved the safety and quality of the final products.


Data mining is the process of identifying patterns and their relationships to solve problems through data analysis. Data mining is utilized to haul out working information from a colossal dataset of any crude information. Environmental mining is one of the wide areas to find impact on environment. Data mining encourages the usage of essential strategies and finds noteworthy information from gigantic measure of environmental information. Data preprocessing techniques are very essential in data mining, which uses various techniques to convert the raw data into a meaningful data to further research work. In this research work, Logical Similarity Replacement (LSR) and Quantity based Discrepancy Replacement (QDR) algorithms are proposed to ascertain the quality of groundwater. The numerical information are preprocessed by the statistical techniques Mean, Median methods and non-numeric information are preprocessed by the proposed LSR and QDR methods to satisfy the fragmented and conflicting information in the dataset. The conflicting and the missing information are corrected by the picked strategies for preprocessing. In the wake of applying these preprocessing systems connected in the dataset, the nature of the informational index is improved.
