With the improvement of the quality of national life, the physical health problem is gradually placed in the same important position as the basic problems such as education, people’s livelihood, and safety. Improving the physical quality of college students and promoting the healthy growth of students are major events in the future of the country and the nation. Therefore, each school will conduct a physical test every year. The use of wireless sensors for data acquisition has played an important role in various fields. Therefore, for the physical health management of college students, this paper proposes to design a sensor system to collect physical measurement data. The measured data is collected through the sensor, such as the XGZP6847 gas pressure sensor to collect students’ vital capacity. Then, the sensor node and the coordinator are connected to the PC through the serial port, respectively, and the CC2530 chip transmits the data to the coordinator through the ZigBee module, establishes communication with the PC through the 2.4G wireless communication module, adopts the strategy of the thread pool to save resources, improves the response speed, and obtains students’ body test data in real time. Taking the data acquisition and transmission of vital capacity and body weight subjects as an example, the system realizes the accurate transmission of the collected test data from the sensor to the terminal, greatly improves the accuracy and real-time body test data acquisition, and reduces the probability of errors in the recording process, and the collected data can be used directly or for secondary development, and it promotes the establishment of college students’ physical health management system.

Abstract Objectives The objective of this research was to compare health behavior differences between young adults who perceive their health as excellent or good and those who perceive their health as fair or poor. Methods A cross-sectional, convenience sample of college students was used for the study. Students were recruited via campus email and were asked to complete an online survey consisting of the Center for Disease Control's Health Related Quality of Life (HRQOL) modules, self-reported height and weight which was used to calculate body mass index (BMI), and a food frequency questionnaire to assess fruit and vegetable intake. Independent t-tests were used to assess differences between groups. Results Participants (N = 797) were 20 ± 1.4 years old, the majority were female (65.5%), and white (92.3%). The results showed that students who reported their health as “excellent, very good, or good” (n = 616) versus those that reported their health as “fair or poor” (n = 181) consumed more servings of fruit per day (0.84 ± 0.7 vs. 0.56 ± 0.5, P < 0.001), more servings of vegetables per day (1.6 ± 1.2 vs. 1.3 ± 1.2, P < 0.001) and had a lower BMI (24.2 ± 4.1 vs. 26.1 ± 5.3, P < 0.001). They also had significantly better HRQOL, with reporting more days/month when they were in good physical health (3.9 ± 5.1 vs. 8.2 ± 8.4, P < 0.001), less days/month feeling depressed (6.7 ± 7.7 vs. 15.1 ± 10.4, P < 0.001), more days/month when they were happy/full of energy (12.7 ± 8.3 vs. 6.4 ± 6.1, P < 0.001), and less days/month when they did not get enough sleep (13.0 ± 9.0 vs. 17.8 ± 9.6, P < 0.001), respectively. Conclusions This data shows that students who perceived their general health to be excellent, very good, or good, reported healthier behaviors compared to students who perceived their health to be fair or poor. This research provides justification that college aimed health and wellness initiatives should focus on both mental and physical health of college students in order to shape positive behaviors that impact overall health-related quality of life. According to the implementation approach of "National University Student Physical Health Standard" all college students have to carry out physical health standards and are tested annually. The test of college students physical health is a comprehensive assessment of college students' physical health status from the body shape, physical function, physical fitness and other aspects. Through studying and analyzing the test data of application of the physical health of college students,we know that we can learn the physical health of college students more objectively from the data and the data can also fully reflect the physical health of college students. It can specify the correct direction of the physical education and provide a valuable reference for the implementation of education reform.

In view of the current situation of college students’ physical health affected by the learning environment and living environment, which leads to the low level of students’ physical health and the lack of understanding of students’ physical health, this paper puts forward the construction of college students’ physical health data sharing system based on Django framework. By analyzing the feasibility of constructing the data sharing system of college students’ physical health, this paper constructs the organizational framework of the data sharing system of college students’ physical health and constructs the data sharing system of college students’ physical health according to the implementation process of the data sharing system of college students’ physical health management service. Through the student’s physical health test on education intervention and exercise intervention, it is concluded that college students’ physical health data sharing system based on the Django framework can cultivate students’ interest in sports and improve their athletic ability and physical fitness.
