This article describes the design of an automated system for the automatic monitoring and control of the liquid wax production process, in order to quantify its effect on productivity indicators. For which initially the procedure for obtaining the automation will be described; then the results obtained will be presented, the same ones that will be identified through a comparative analysis. During the investigation it was determined that, through the use of a programmable logic controller, it was possible to improve the precision of the dosage of components in the liquid wax production process; By achieving acorrect dosage, it is achieved that the physical-chemical factors that intervene in the quality of the final product, which are the pH and specific density, are within the limits established by the company, this is reflected in the decrease 38.77% of the amount of monthly loss of raw material, thus achieving the optimization of the productivity of the production of liquid wax by 83.69% per month, compared to the non-automated process.

The development of the intelligent green building project (IGBP) is the pursuit of a business strategy of an enterprise in principle and the launch of the project in practice. The IGBP is integrated with the application of the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) in order to combine the needs of pre-project planning. These are the steps to enhance the performance of project execution. The IGBP-PDRI model proposed to construct in this study is based on the life cycle of the engineering to set up different phases of work for process evaluation. The model of evaluation is divided into 4 sections, 11 categories, and 60 elements. Pre-project planning helps to forecast possible risks in the development of the project. In the course of project execution, quality requirement is satisfied through monitoring and control. These help to ensure the operation efficiency of the project, to the extent that the automated system of the building supported by green construction can meet the goal of sustainable development.

The article substantiates and presents the directions for automating the data necessary for conducting operational monitoring and control over the implementation of strategic planning documents. The urgency of work caused by the need to optimize the process of forming and reporting on the implementation of strategic planning documents at the federal level using the capabilities of the State Automated System “Management”. The transfer of functions for the generation and provision of reporting data through an automated platform is included in the activities for the digitization of the economy, which is an urgent and modern priority for national development. A special attention in the article given to the development of approaches to monitoring the implementation of the Strategy for the Social and Economic Development of the Russian Federation, currently under development, with a view to visualizing its results with the help of info graphic tools.

Project aims to develop a system that allows to provide to the People with Special Needs (PSN) a relief to the level of the sensitive perception of discomfort, assuring greater independence, welfare, quality of life, prevention of illnesses/wounds, through the development of textile and polymers applications (cushions, mattresses and mattresses overlays) with functions of monitoring and control of pressure in the body's areas in contact with the support surfaces. In this group of PSN will be enclosed the people with serious motor limitations conditioning their mobility/deambulation, such as bed rest people, patients under effect of sedatives or anaesthesia during long surgeries (intra and post operative), patients and users in general of wheelchairs. These people have, for the most part of the cases, a commitment of sensitivity in the body's areas in contact with the support surfaces, or its motor capacity does not allow them to move regularly of position autonomously, as it would do a healthy person unconsciously. Then, insufficient sanguineous irrigation occurs as result of pressure exceeding too long the tissue capillary pressure depriving tissues of oxygen and essential nutrients, owing to ischemia and hypoxia, which then causes the pressure ulcers (PU) development.

The article considers the problem of determining and assessing the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism of the information systems and networks. Based on the practical analysis of the vulnerability validation process and the analytical dependencies of the basic characteristics of the vulnerability validation quality obtained using the Bernstein polynomials, additional key indicators were identified and characterised, which make it possible to assert with high reliability about the positive progress or consequences of the vulnerability validation of the target corporate network. The intervals of these indicators were experimentally determined at which the vulnerability validation mechanism is of high quality. In addition, during the calculations, a single integral indicator was also derived to quantitatively assess the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism of the corporate networks, and an experimental study was carried out, as well as the assessment of the quality of the automatic vulnerability validation mechanism of the db_autopwn plugin designed to automate the Metasploit framework vulnerability exploitation tool. As a result, it was proposed the methodology for analysing the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism in the corporate networks, which allows one to quantify the quality of the validation mechanism under study, which in turn will allow real-time monitoring and control of the validation progress of the identified vulnerabilities. Also, in the study, the dependences of previously determined key performance indicators of the vulnerability validation mechanism on the rational cycle time were obtained, which makes it possible to build the membership functions for the fuzzy sets. The construction of these sets, in particular, allows making decisions with minimal risks for an active analysis of the security of corporate networks.

This research is aimed to determine the quality control system of production process in PT Industri Sandang Nusantara unit Patal Secang, measure the efectivity of quality control system by using control P-Chart and determine factors that cause defect product. This research is explorative descriptive by case study method. Data used in this research is the procedure of production process and the number of defect product. Product used in this company is thread R30/1 UW and R 40/1 UW PT Industri Sandang Nusantara Unit Patal Secang in 24 periods of production between April – Mei 2006. Data is collected by interview, documentation, and observation. Data is analyzed by control p-chart and fish bone diagram. The conclusion of this research are: (1) The quality control system which is consists of controlling raw materials, production process and final product is appropriate with the company’s standard; (2) the number of defect product R 30/1 UW is 26.956 bale with the average 0.0167; Control P Chart shows that there are three periods which are out of control. They are in April 30, Mei 5 and 21, 2006. (3) The number of final product R 40/1 UW is 2159 bale with the average 0.0214; control p-chart shows that there are tw periods which are out of control. They are ini Mei 6 and Mei 12, 2006. (4) Factors that cause defect product are obsolete machines, employee performance, control system, and raw materials. Based on that condition, management should impove the controlling of machines, improve motivation and commitment of the employee, improve the method of inspection and control the quality of raw materials.
