At present demographic development of Russia and its regions is one of the most important factors of the country’s economic growth and also is key priority of the state government system. In spite of that, the issues of interregional migration are poorly represented in the strategic planning documents both at the federal and regional level. The major migration-induced population growth can be observed in the federal cities, capital areas and central part of Russia. At the same time in 2019 there was migration loss in 47 subjects of the Russian Federation. In many regions it is combined with the natural population loss aggravating the situation. The emerging closed loop (decreasing attractiveness of the area – migration loss – deteriorating social and economic situation – decreasing attractiveness of the area) results in increasing contradictions. Variety of factors determining the direction and the dynamics of migration flows requires a comprehensive study of these processes. The analysis conducted revealed that the level of development of the territory’s infrastructure is of great significance in this matter. Therefore, this direction is considered to be the main one. For quantification the authors established a complex of individual indicators which were preprocessed and consistently merged into directional integral and later into a single integral indicator of the level of social infrastructure development. Moreover, it is advisable to define five groups of regions according to the degree of their potential’s realization and to consider the affiliation of the subject of the federation to a particular group as an additional factor. Thus, the authors obtained the regression equation which describes the interrelation between the parameters under study. ANOVA revealed the opportunity of its practical application. Based on this model, a scenario forecast for the development of social infrastructure in Russia and its regions has been formed.

The effective implementation of the structural-functional model, introduced into the educational process of an educational organization, is facilitated by the determination of the necessary and sufficient pedagogical conditions, which are determined taking into account the specifics of the educational process of the organization and the relationship of these conditions, which structurally form a single, integral complex. This article provides the results of a theoretical analysis of the creation of an emotionally positive background, considered as one of the necessary pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective implementation of the structural and functional model of pedagogical support for the formation of students' mathematical competence. To ensure that fuel rods operate in nuclear reactors safely and reliably, UO2 pellets with different enrichment levels of 235U in the same production line are manufactured in batches and divisionally managed to avoid confusion or the potential misloading of UO2 pellets with different enrichment levels. At the same time, nondestructive tests for their enrichment levels and loading uniformity and all UO2 pellets must be nondestructively tested during production. By studying the enrichment detection mechanism of the UO2 pellets of 235U, the design of an integral standard rod was carried out, and a single integral standard rod was used to achieve the calibration of the enrichment measurement curve, as well as the detection and calibration of abnormal pellets. This study undertook a comparison test of 235U enrichment between the neutron activation method and the array multi-probe passive method. The test results showed that the array multi-probe passive method had higher detection efficiency and equal accuracy.

AbstractThe matrix elements of relativistic nucleon–nucleon (NN) potentials are calculated directly from the nonrelativistic potentials as a function of relative NN momentum vectors, without a partial wave decomposition. To this aim, the quadratic operator relation between the relativistic and nonrelativistic NN potentials is formulated in momentum-helicity basis states. It leads to a single integral equation for the two-nucleon (2N) spin-singlet state, and four coupled integral equations for two-nucleon spin-triplet states, which are solved by an iterative method. Our numerical analysis indicates that the relativistic NN potential obtained using CD-Bonn potential reproduces the deuteron binding energy and neutron-proton elastic scattering differential and total cross-sections with high accuracy.

Integral can be used to determine several quantities, one of them is to determine the length of a curve in the plane. It can be applied to prove the circumference formula of a circle. This research aims to explain how to prove the circumference formula of a circle using a single integral expressed in both cartesian and polar coordinates. The method used in this research is a study of literature. The result of this research shows that proving the circumference of a circle can be done by determining the implicit derivative of the circle equation. Then, the circle equation and its implicit derivative are substituted into the integral formula for determining the length of the curve in both cartesian and polar coordinates so that the circumference formula of a circle is obtained.

Most of the problems in applied sciences in engineering contain integrals, not only in one dimension but also in higher dimensions. The complexity of integrands of functions in one variable or higher variables motivates the quadrature and cubature approximations. Much of the work is focused on the literature on single integral quadrature approximations and double integral cubature schemes. On the other hand, the work on triple integral schemes has been quite rarely focused. In this work, we propose the closed Newton-Cotes-type cubature schemes for triple integrals and discuss consequent error analysis of these schemes in terms of the degree of precision and local error terms for the basic form approximations. The results obtained for the proposed triple integral schemes are in line with the patterns observed in single and double integral schemes. The theorems proved in this work on the local error analysis will be a great aid in extending the work towards global error analysis of the schemes in the future.

The article justifies the relevance of consideration of the knowledge management issue in the context of the development of the digital economy and society intellectualization. It considers specific characteristics of the digital economy and society intellectualization to establish an effective knowledge management mechanism. Among the characteristics of the digital economy, the formation of technological consciousness, the change of time-and-value management aspects, the digitalization of economic and public life, forming and building the digital market, the transformation of cultural values, and the formation of virtual environment culture are distinguished. The interrelationship of these characteristics was emphasized. The work describes new tendencies in the knowledge management system based on the synergetic connection between technological components and behavioral aspects in management. It is stated that the technological consciousness formation can be traced in unilateral absolutization of technological and technical factors of society growth, which will lead to the domination of knowledge of technological nature rather than the conceptual one. The article emphasizes that establishing and building a digital market will cause changes of uncertain nature, in particular, there is a high possibility that the market will disappear physically in the future. Under these circumstances, the labor market structure will face changes, the emergence of new professions will displace those which are not connected to digital competency. It is concluded that this situation can cause some social problems in society because the modern labor market embraces the category of elderly people who would get in the rejected (excluded) class. The article highlights the importance of strengthening close integration of education, science, and business to determine the types of knowledge which will be in demand in the market, some methods and forms of gaining this knowledge, and effective transition and stimulation of different flows of knowledge into a single integral track.

The article explores the theoretical and methodological basis of the analysis of the liquidity of the company’s assets and liabilities. The economic essence of the liquidity of the balance sheet for the enterprises has been determined. The most common methods of analyzing the liquidity of the company's balance sheet have been clarified and analyzed. The main shortcomings of traditional ways of determining the level of liquidity of economic assets and sources of their formation in the enterprise have been revealed. An alternative concept has been proposed to determine the level of liquidity of the company's assets and liabilities, which contains weighting factor for each group of assets and liabilities, depending on their level of liquidity, using the final integrated liquidity indicator. An alternative method of determining the level of liquidity of the balance sheet has been tested on the example of the Company “Conti” during 2016-2019. Balance sheet liquidity is the ability of the enterprise to convert its assets into payment means to repay current and long-term liabilities in an acceptably short period of time. The level of liquidity of the balance sheet of the enterprise is determined by some liquidity ratios. According to the standard methodology, the final liquidity indicator is the general liquidity indicator, the calculation of which involves the grouping of assets on the basis of liquidity; liabilities – the urgency of payment. However, this indicator doesn’t take into account the degree of liquidity of asset groups and the urgency of paying groups of liabilities, which leads to distortions in its values. An alternative methodology for determining the level of liquidity of the company’s balance sheet is the calculation of the single integral liquidity indicator. The principle of calculating this indicator is based on the calculation of the general liquidity indicator with the introduction of additional groups of assets and liabilities, as well as weight coefficients for each group. The main advantage of using an alternative technique is a higher accuracy of determining the level of liquidity of the enterprise balance sheet, the main drawback is the increase in the complexity of calculations.
