In the recent one and half decades the service oriented architecture (SoA) is the emerging technology and also inevitable for the web community people. The relevant applications are incorporated together through the web service component that provides bountiful Information to the people and the customers all over the world today. Here orchestration and choreography plays a vital role in SoA. Using the initial and the basic information, it is possible to predict the unforeseen schedule of the scenario through random process methodologies. In that particularly stochastic model is much appreciated for the above said. The recommendations can be obtained through the above method and provides all the necessary information’s to the customers using SoA interfaces. Normally hybrid linked applications were in the form of SoA. In the recent year of 2016 the leading journal established the role of SoA is an inevitable web services component and also acting as a aggregation in distributed systems (Traore, B.B., et al., 2016. Integrating MDA and SOA for improving telemedicine services. Telematics and Informatics, 33(3), pp.733–741). For any cross platform communication and commercial transactions can be possible via SoA modern architecture, which is emphasized in the journal published in the year 2014 (Su, X.Y., et al., 2014. A service oriented tele-health promotion information system with mobile application. Procedia Computer Science, 37, pp.274–281). The integration of Applications which has got some relevancy and homogeneity needs interoperable communications in health care systems. Decision making support can also be possible through the above said scenario which is accomplished through SoA [21]. In the research work 21 relevant papers were analyzed in deep and identified the gap about the methodology is the strenuous job. The real theme of the research work is to provide quicker information’s to the customers without making them in starvations.

Web services are playing a pivotal role in business, management, governance, and society with the dramatic development of the Internet and the Web. However, many fundamental issues are still ignored to some extent. For example, what is the unified perspective to the state-of-the-art of Web services? What is the foundation of Demand-Driven Web Services (DDWS)? This chapter addresses these fundamental issues by examining the state-of-the-art of Web services and proposing a theoretical and technological foundation for demand-driven Web services with applications. This chapter also presents an extended Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), eSMACS SOA, and examines main players in this architecture. This chapter then classifies DDWS as government DDWS, organizational DDWS, enterprise DDWS, customer DDWS, and citizen DDWS, and looks at the corresponding Web services. Finally, this chapter examines the theoretical, technical foundations for DDWS with applications. The proposed approaches will facilitate research and development of Web services, mobile services, cloud services, and social services.

Nowadays, it becomes very hard for anybody in the digital world to search and find suitable Web Services fit into his/her needs, since there is a huge amount of data on the Web caused by the enormous increasing of the Web providers and Web Services widespread in this digital community, and one of the most difficulties Web Services have to overcome, in the attempt to use the contents of the World Wide Web, is heterogeneity which is caused by the nature of the Web itself, and has two origins: data or public process heterogeneity. So it is highly required in such environment to have an intelligent mechanism in which every user can search according to his/her needs and later on can fulfill it in a semantic way. The authors will focus in this chapter on the public process heterogeneity which describes the behavior of the participants during a conversation, and propose a solution for dealing with it, explaining the functionality of the process mediator developed as a part of the Web Service Execution Environment (WSMX) and its mediation scenario, and will also apply this proposed solution on Federated Enterprise Resource Planning (FERP) system to get the semantic extension from it.

Deliberate exploitation of natural resources and excessive use of environmentally abhorrent materials have resulted in environmental disruptions threatening the life support systems. A human centric approach of development has already damaged nature to a large extent. This has attracted the attention of environmental specialists and policy makers. It has also led to discussions at various national and international conventions. The objective of protecting natural resources cannot be achieved without the involvement of professionals from multidisciplinary areas. This chapter recommends a model for the creation of knowledge-based systems for natural resources management. Further, it describes making use of unique capabilities of remote sensing satellites for conserving natural resources and managing natural disasters. It is exclusively for the people who are not familiar with the technology and who are given the task of framing policies.

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach in general and the Web services technology in particular enable creation of business applications from independently developed, deployed and owned components called services. A service captures a distinct business function offering some value independently of its usage context. However, it is not enough to have the business functionality of the partners packaged as (Web) services; there is also a need for business-aligned order of interaction between these services a.k.a. business protocols, which can also be reused. The contribution of the chapter is two-fold: it explores reusability of the applicable business protocols in different business scenarios and also suggests possible ways to adapt the implementations of the partners’ services (end-points) to the changes in the business protocols.

As web technology has advanced, many business software applications are built on the web. In such web environment, it has become very important to ensure the reliabilities of web-based software systems such as Software as a Service (SaaS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based systems because service failures in those systems may have an effect on extensive users. With the comparison to the reliability studies on traditional software, there are only a few studies on the reliability of web-based software. The dynamic environment of the web makes it much more complicated to assess the reliabilities of web-based software. In this paper, the authors investigate the characteristics of reliability assessment methods for web-based software such as SaaS and SOA based software systems. The authors also evaluate those methods based on hypothetical execution scenarios to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each method. This analysis helps us to identify remaining problems on the reliability research in the web environment and provides insight into possible solutions.
