Introduction. The main and the most significant issues of the management of disinfection measures taking into account modern trends and factors affecting the quality of these measures in relation to parasitic infections in the territory of the Russian Federation are considered. The professional community of physicians, epidemiologists, hygienists, disinfectants was almost powerless in the fight against slow or latent infections of a parasitic nature, which are still ca lled “neglected diseases” (“unnoticed diseases”), partly because they occur without pronounced symptoms, and there are a number of unresolved problems in the prevention and diagnosis. Despite the fact that modern medicine in the field of prevention and diagnosis of some infectious diseases has achieved good results, the problems with the disinfection of parasitic pathogens remain relevant. Environmental degradation, various natural disasters, urbanization, increased anthropogenic pressure, as well as climate change do not contribute to improving the difficult situation with regard to the spread, reproduction and formation of new stable foci of parasites. The measures for the improving the system of non-specific prevention of parasitic diseases are determined. Material and methods. In the course of the work, there were analyzed statistical reports of the Federal Reserve and the literature data. Results. The analysis of statistical data showed that during 2014-2018, the incidence of parasites in the Russian population remained at a high level and did not have a pronounced tendency to decrease, and the proposed anti-parasitic disinfectants cannot meet modern anti-epidemiological and hygienic requirements. Conclusion. A number of recommendations and initiatives on disinfection measures for the prevention and spread of parasitic infections in the territory of the Russian Federation were proposed to solve the tasks. There are determined main ways of improving the system of nonspecific prevention of parasitic diseases.

Climate change is a serious, widespread threat and requires an urgent global response, including in the management of environmental risks. The authors of the study, the results of which are presented in this article, first of all, set the task of assessing the ESG risks of Russian companies at the regional level. The methodology of the study was based only on the analysis of environmental risks due to the historical features of the development of the Russian Federation, the approach of S&P Global in the field of corporate sustainability assessment was adopted, and then the initial values of the companies ‘ E-ratings were adjusted using the impact map developed by the United Nations. To test the proposed approach to assessing environmental risks, we used a sample of data on types of economic activity in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation. As a result of applying the proposed approach to data sampling, companies were assigned to one of the three categories that determine their exposure to E-risk: high, moderate, and low environmental risk. The E-risk exposure was also assessed based on the company’s regional affiliation to the relevant federal district. The main conclusion of the study was the confirmation of the need to improve the quality of analytics of companies ‘ exposure to environmental risks, the need for more detailed information disclosed by companies.

As part of the study, the author identifies the main theoretical and practical problems of the application of professional standards in the Russian Federation. In modern economic conditions, the introduction of professional standards seems to be a reasonable and necessary measure, since it allows companies to achieve greater labor productivity, improve the quality of production and products, reduce the costs of recruiting and enhance competitiveness. Professional standards contain a detailed description of the knowledge and work skills necessary for a specialist, while qualification reference books are no longer able to meet modern business requirements. Despite the formed legal framework for professional standards, there are a number of problems that need to be resolved in the practice of regulatory legal acts provisions implementation in this area. In particular, the issues of regulating the procedure for the development and implementation of professional standards remained out of sight of the legislator; in addition, the problem of the conceptual and categorical apparatus is obvious. As part of the study, the author develops recommendations for improving the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

This article analyzes the institute of museum taboos. The relevance of this study is due to several factors, primarily the development of relationships between the museum and the visitor in the last three decades. The prohibitions also influence the shaping of professional ethics, and, consequently, the status of the profession. The main aim of this work was to show the ambiguity of the contemporary taboos in Russian museums and their impact on the functioning of the museum itself. The research was mainly based on a survey of museum employees and analysis of the systems of prohibitions in museums of the Russian Federation. The main conclusion of the research is as follows: the contemporary system of museum taboos was formed not only by attitude to the museum as a sacred space, but also by the culture of Soviet prohibitive practices. Part of the professional community is aware of the problems with the quantity and quality of prohibitions, however, in general, the discussion of prohibitions is taboo itself. This entails a number of problems, the key one being the absence of a unified system of standards in working with a visitor, which is a cause of potential conflicts. The study showed that in the professional museum community there is still no consensus not only on external prohibitions, but also on basic issues of internal corporate culture.

The formation of large urban agglomerations makes possible to ensure more rational use of productive resources and increase labor productivity. Large cities, as a rule, have developed infrastructure and educational sector. However, there is a difficult ecological situation in many large cities. With a large scale of the city, transport accessibility is seriously complicated. From the viewpoint of favorable habitat, good ecological conditions, small and medium-sized cities often benefit from urban agglomerations. In the Russian Federation, due to the dominance of raw materials industries and the underdevelopment of local industry, small and medium-sized cities are in decline. This predetermines the need to develop special measures to support such territorial entities. The study is based on the generalization of data on the change in the ecological situation in large cities and the impact of atmospheric air pollution on the quality of life of the population. In the framework of the study, the conclusion was substantiated about the expediency of carrying out special measures aimed at improving the ecological situation in large cities and developing measures to support small and medium-sized cities. The recommendations for stimulating the development of production in small and medium-sized cities are grounded. The results of the study can find applications in the practice of regional management.
