The article focuses on the current state of research of the first Neolithic culture in Slovakia. So far around 70 sites are known from Slovakia dated to the Early Linear Pottery Culture and the Early Eastern Linear Pottery Culture. Most of the sites are known only from surface collections, and in only four cases have dwellings been documented. Settlement features/pits have been discovered at around half the sites. Finally, we know graves from only four (and possibly five) sites. In the article we deal also with the elaboration of the Early LPC/ELPC material culture. We discuss pottery from the point of view of typology and decoration and other types of findings, such as chipped stone industry, ground and polished stones, small clay artefacts, daub, animal bones etc., are not omitted either. The goal is to evaluate the research possibilities of the Early LPC/ELPC in Slovakia.

This chapter examines the current state of research into mishnah, the first major work of rabbinic Judaism. It explains that the mishnah is primarily an edited anthology of brief and often elliptical pronouncements on matters of Jewish law and practice, frequently providing conflicting views on the individual matters discussed. It discusses the six sedarim of the mishnah and mentions that the mishnah frequently digresses from its main topics at every level of the organisational hierarchy.

The idea of import substitution, as well as its attendant problems and challenges, arise permanently and becomes relevant for national economies within the framework of national security concepts and socio-economic development strategies of different countries. Russia is no exception and ensuring social protection of the population is paramount for the sustainability of the interaction of social institutions and ensuring food and economic security in general at the regional and country levels. The meat and meat products market, being the largest segment of the domestic food market, has a significant impact on the country's food supply. The presented study discribes the features of domestic meat industry development in implementation of import substitution programs. Solving the problems of import substitution is not an instant procedure[3]. This is a set of long-term measures, in the implementation of which state bodies at all levels, business itself, and local governments should take part. The purpose of the work is to show the problems that the industry is facing at the present stage, the directions of their solutions and the tasks of the state in this mechanism. The current state of the industry, the volume of its financial support have been analyzed in the study. The state support of import substitution in the industry and its results are examined in detail. Based on data on the current state, the main problems of the development of the industry have been identified, the dynamics of import substitution in it has been shown, there have been formulated recommendations for the effective development of the industry in the long term.

At present, the issues of economic security seem to be relevant both for the economic development of the state and for complex scientific research. A wide range of the vital activities of society includes indicators that reflect the potential threats that can be encountered by economic agents. The problem of economic security is now becoming increasingly important, and this in turn is caused by the rapid development of a diversified alternative economy that uses the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. It is quite difficult to predict the development of the country’s economy in the long term when the current challenges and threats are not taken into account. That is why in the information age, where information technology is the main basis for conducting economic activity, and information security is one of the main directions of state development, while the state itself acts as an economic institution. Therefore, the development of the digital economy in Russia poses both opportunities and significant threats.

The high-priority task in international and national agricultural programsis to preserve the genetic resources of livestock and develop some ways to use them effectively, because there is a tendency in the world where we can see the reduction of the breed composition of domesticated animal species. Today, horse farms are unprofitable, do not have the funds for expanded reproduction, and accordingly the population of valuable breeds of horses is reduced, the general gene pool is impoverished. The aim of the study was to analyze and highlight the current state of horse breeding in Ukraine, the characteristics of domestic breeds of breeding horses, which are the basis for breeding work, and forecasting their importance in the breed process. To analyze the state of development of horse breeding in Ukraine, the State Register of subjects of breeding in animal husbandry for 2005-2018 and the data of long-term research in the field of horse breeding in Ukraine were used. There were used the methods of system generalization, graphic, analytical and comparative-statistical. The analysis of the state development of horse breeding in Ukraine has been carried out. It was also proved that in the conditions of a long crisis for the last 14 years pedigree horse breeding in Ukraine has undergone a significant decrease in the number of livestock, narrowing of the breed structure and change of ownership. At the beginning of 2019 in Ukraine, according to the State Register of Breeding Entities in Animal Husbandry, there are 38 breeding entities: 18 stud farms, 20 breeding breeders. The largest number of breeding horses is concentrated in the eastern regions of Ukraine: Luhansk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhia. It is established that the leaders in the number of factory breeds of horses are the Ukrainian horse, Orel trotter and purebred horse. During the period from 2005 to 2019, the horse breeding industry in Ukraine suffered significant losses, and the number of breeding horses decreased more than twice. However, over the last year in Poltava, Kyiv, Khmelnytsky regions there have been tendencies to increase the number of breeding horses. Some breeds of horses can be used both in the breeding process and for custom of crossbreeding for sports. Key words: breed, horse farm, breeding breeder, livestock, stallion, mare, foal yield.

Purpose. Disseminating knowledge on tourist space as a subject of study (ontological aspect) and methods for researching (describing and measuring) it, including paradigms and applied research approaches (epistemological aspect). Research hypothesis: the measure of tourism (tourist space) development is the achievement, within a given area, a state of long-term sustainability, defined as the situation in which the (widely understood) benefits outweigh (widely understood) costs of tourism development incurred by all (direct and indirect) groups of stakeholders. Method. The first part of the paper provides an overview. On the basis of the existing definitions and ways of understanding or delimiting tourist space, different measures (including measures of tourist space development) were distinguished and classified. In the second part of the paper, the results of a pilot research project investigating the state of sustainability of tourist space (tourism) in the town of Jastarnia were presented (case study). The research project was carried out using an innovative research method based on a model of sustainable tourism. This was a qualitative project and the obtained results have been quantified. Findings. The current state of tourism (tourist space) in Jastarnia was found to meet the criteria of sustainability, although certain sub-groups of respondents reported lack of sustainability in the component of costs. Research and conclusion limitations. The results of the empirical research reflect the current state (2015). The research project was carried out on a determined sample (it is not representative). Practical implications. The proposed method can be used for assessing the state of tourism at any destination. The obtained results can serve as a guide in the decision making process regarding the directions of tourism development. Originality. An innovative empirical research method has been applied. Type of paper. The first part of the paper provides an overview. The second part contains results of an empirical research project.

The state of reality is not bound by the state of progress. Irrespective of our association, or lack of it, with any school of philosophy, the notion that we witness society and the events that occur within it cannot be denied. Consequently, the inception of a significant altercation in the existing direction of any perception regarding an unexplained phenomenon must involve the realization of a requirement for altercation (be it minor or major) to the direction of research conducted in the same. The identification of the correct altercation, hence, becomes the only topic of debate. The process of this identification requires a stoic sense of review of the current state of research and the current state of question that we wish to address. Therefore, it becomes important that this entity must be free from all forms of existing bias and must implement the existing approaches available without the limitations of the subject they are defined in. In this paper, I aim to do the same. This paper presents a thought experiment that eventually paves the way for establishing a quantum mechanical model for interpreting the notion of the Dark Triad whilst addressing all the concerns mentioned in Miller et al. (2019) regarding the current state of research in the field. The frequent question of identification of any empirical proof is rendered moot for this model given its vast intuitive appeal and philosophical foundation. While the author welcomes any attempts possible to provide solid, empirical proof of this quantum Dark Triad model, it is to be noted that the author considers attempts for the same to take into consideration the questions of formalism and determinism as expected from any scientific theory.
