Meadow clover remains the main forage crop in the middle Urals with great potential. An urgent problem is the development and improvement of the technology of this crop cultivation, including the search for adapted varieties. The aim of the research is to estimate the fodder and seed productivity recommended by the originators of meadow clover varieties of Russian and foreign selection VIK 77, Diplo, Lestris, Ranniy 2, Kudesnik in the Middle Ural region. The studies were carried out in 2017-2019 in the forest-steppe zone of the Udmurt Republic on sod-medium-podzolic medium loamy soil. The Dymkovsky variety included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements in the Volga-Vyatka region was used as a standard. Clover varieties were sown in 2017, comprehensive study in 2018-2019. The meteorological conditions of the growing seasons during the study years were different: 2017 and 2019 - over moistened (hydrothermal coefficient – 1.97 and 1.73), 2018 - dry (hydrothermal coefficient – 0.89). Winter hardiness of meadow clover varieties was estimated at 4.5 points. Varieties Diplo, Lestris and Ranniy 2 reached mowing ripeness in 58-63 days, varieties Dymkovsky, VIK 77 and Kudesnik – in 66-70 days. The varieties Diplo, Ranniy 2 and Kudesnik provided a dry matter yield of 6.2-6.8 t/ha, on average for two years of using meadow clover grass-stand. The highest yield of metabolizable energy (51.2 and 55.0 GJ/ha), digestible protein (0.44 and 0.46 t/ha) and feed units (3.79 and 4.09 thousand feed units/ha) was found in the standard variety Dymkovskiy and the tetraploid variety Kudesnik. Seed productivity of cultivars of meadow clover of the 1st year of use was at the level of 137-314 kg/ha, the highest - 314 kg/ha in the standard variety Dymkovsky

Purpose: Assessment of the current state of breeding and tribal work in northern reindeer herding.Due to the specifics of the content and incomplete dignification, breeding and tribal work in reindeer herding differs from other branches of animal husbandry. In the extreme natural conditions of the area, the interaction of the "genotype environment" has a significant impact on the realization of the genetic potential of the individual. The main selection feature of deer, determining all types of productivity - a living mass, an extremely variable phenotypic parameter, fluctuating in different years, by seasons of the year, by farms, which reduces the accuracy of the assessment of population-genetic parameters. In comparison with other pets, the role of natural selection in the microevolution of the reindeer is more substantial. The breeds of reindems relate to the aboriginal and so far do not have ingenust structures included in the state register of breeding achievements admitted to use. Methods for conducting reindeer tests for distinctness, homogeneity and stability, approved by the Government of the Silvering 24.11.2015, for No. 26-12-06, allows you to identify new types and raise breeding and tribal work in reindeer breeding to a higher level. Its main directions are the study, preservation and management of reindeer genetic resources in order to improve existing and creating new competitive types using high-performance genotyping technologies, accurate phenotyping, bio-information and digital technologies.Creation of methodological platforms and development of technologies that contribute to an increase in the implementation of the genetic potential of breeding forms of animals with improved parameters of economic and useful signs. Development of technologies for a lifetime management of meat quality to obtain high quality and safe food. Formation of a new paradigm of the selection process of creating highly productive forms, characterized by high quality indicators. Transformation of the paradigm "reindeer herding" in the conditions of a digital economy and global changes.

The article is devoted to the diagnostics of the well pumping equipment operation using wells production viscosity measurement results obtained by the developed field device VNP 1-4, 0-90. The method for making measurements with a field oil viscometer was developed in accordance with the provisions of GOST R 8.563, GOST R ISO 5725-2. It has gained certification and entered the State Register of the Russian Federation. On the basis of preliminary laboratory studies of oils viscosity from the group of fields of LLC UK «Sheshmaoil», a formula was obtained for the dependence of oil emulsions viscosity on temperature and the content of formation water in them. Viscosity measurements obtained with the developed device in field conditions have shown the applicability of the method for calculating the watered oil viscosity.The application of the results of measuring the watered oil viscosity at the wellhead allows diagnosing the downhole sucker rod pump unit operation based on the construction of a dynamic model of its operation. Agroclimatic features of the regions of barley cultivation necessitate the creation and cultivation of cultivars characterized by adaptability to local bioand abiofactors. Such cultivars are able to form a stable high-quality crop regardless of the conditions prevailing during the growing season. The developing of potentially high-yielding cultivars is a priority task of barley breeding in the West Siberian region. Two-row barley is characterized by grain equalization, reduced husk content and increased extractive content, compared to sixrow barley. The aim of the study was to characterize the new promising cultivars of barley (two-row covered group) selected in Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center. The research was conducted in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia in 2012-2019. 8 cultivars of coverd two-row barley selected in Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center were studied. There are new promising cultivars among them: Omskiy 100 (included in the Russian State Register in 2019) and Omskiy 101 (sent to the State Registration Service in 2018). The standard cultivar was Omskiy 95 (2007). The biochemical parameters of grain were determined: protein content, crude fat, starch, husk content. Barley selection from 2000 to 2019 focused on the developing of drought-resistant cultivars, which formed increased productivity and quality of grain in dry and arid periods of vegetation in conditions of optimal moistening. New promising cultivars - Omskiy 100 and Omskiy 101 were characterized by the formation of increased indicators of grain quality and productivity in vegetation periods that were contrasting in climatic characteristics. Due to increased yield and grain quality, cv. Omskiy100 had increased protein (+57.91 kg/ha), starch (+0.3 t/ha) and fat (+11.7 kg/ha) harvest compared to the standard. Cv. Omskiy 101 increased protein harvest by 84.9 kg/ha in comparison to the standard.

vaginal route delivery of drugs is an integral part of gynaecological diseases treatment including different genesis vulvovaginitis. The aim of this study it to analyze Ukrainian pharmaceutical market assortment of drugs for vaginal use with probiotic medicines determination. The marketing research was conducted with using of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, content-analysis, statistical, graphical methods. The data of State register of medicines (as of June, 30, 2021), register of wholesale dispensing prices for medicines (as of June, 30, 2021), official web-sites LLC «Morion», «Pharmacy.online», «Compendium.online» were used as objects of the study. As a result, it is determined that as of June 30, 2021 142 medicines for vaginal use are registered on Ukrainian pharmaceutical market with dosage forms, active substances doses, condition for dispensing consideration, 100 brand names, 26 international nonproprietary names, 7 synonymous names. Structural ATC-classification analysis has shown that medicines for vaginal use are included in ATC-groups G «Genito urinary system and sex hormones» and D «Dermatologicals» The assortment macrocontour is formed, it demonstrates that 67,2% of drugs for vaginal use are involved in group G01A «Аntiinfectives and antiseptics, excluding combinations with corticosteroids». More than 80% of drugs for vaginal use are registered as solid dosage forms, and almost half of them as suppositories or pessaries. Almost 65% of medicines are foreign, and 3/4 of them contain only active substance, more than 50% are prescription only medicines. For 44,4% drugs for vaginal use the storage period of 3 years (36 months) is determined. Detailing analysis of medicines with probiotic activity has shown assortment deficiency (only 3 brand names are registered). The liquidity coefficients calculations for this brand manes don’t allow to characterize these drugs as economically affordable. The obtained results of this study inform about the domestic drugs for vaginal use with probiotic activity development relevance, especially in pessaries as dominant dosage form on the pharmaceutical market.

Brown mustard is one of the valuable oil crops which allows increasing the production of edible vegetable oil. In the conditions of insufficient moisture in the Rostov region, new cultivars of brown mustard are being developed, which combine yield, early maturity with high product quality and are resistant to stress factors. A new cultivar of brown mustard Alisa was bred by the method of individual selection from the hybrid population G-2384 (G-2319 × 50041). According to the results of competitive trials for 2017–2019, the cultivar Alisa exceeded the standard cultivar Lux by seed yield by 0.31 t per ha, seed oil content – by 0.8%. The brown mustard cultivar Alisa is characterized by a lower plant height, increased tolerance to major pathogens, and greater resistance to lodging. Plants are well uniformed in height, blooming and maturity. The cultivar was registered in 2020 in the State Register of breeding achievements approved for production. It is recommended for cultivation for grain in all regions of the Russian Federation.

Purpose of the study. Development, justification and testing of a methodology for improving statistical monitoring of average prices in the Russian housing market, based on the use of registration information of the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) on transactions for the purchase of residential real estate, in accordance with international statistical standards for Residential Property Price statistics.Materials and methods. The theoretical basis of the study was the United Nations system of national accounts (version of 2008), including the European system of accounts as amended in 2010. The research methodological base was made up of official statistical sources: metadata and international statistics guidelines in the field of national accounting, Handbook on Residential Property Price Indices and related housing indicators, as well as methodological provisions and an album of Rosstat forms, and methodological materials of the administrative statistics of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Russian Federation (Rosreestr). The depersonalized registration data on households’ market transactions of the Unified State Register of Property Rights and Transactions maintaining by Rosreestr were used as an information database of the research.Results. The main result of the study is the design and substantiation of a system of indicators for the construction of an integrated information source for Residential Property Price statistics, on the base on interdepartmental information interaction.Conclusion. The proposed system of indicators will provide a highquality database that could be used in order to construct constant quality House Prices for various types of homogeneous residential property in the housing market, complying with the concepts of international statistical standards.

Для рентабельности отрасли табаководства необходимо наличие сортимента сортов табака. Почвенно-климатические зоны Крыма пригодны для возделывания как ценного ароматичного, так и скелетного табачного сырья. Целью данной работы являлось изучение созданных гибридных комбинаций табака старших поколений для выявления перспективы их дальнейшего использования. Селекционерами Института «Магарач» создан ряд перспективных сортов и гибридных комбинаций старших поколений - предшественников сортов табака. В данной работе приведены результаты оценки шести гибридных комбинаций старших поколений, а также перспективного сорта Дюбек Предгорный по основным хозяйственно-ценным признакам. Стандартом служили сорта Американ 14, Американ 307 и Дюбек новый. Работа велась на опытном участке, расположенном в Предгорной зоне Крыма, в течение трех лет. В процессе работы проводились фенологические наблюдения, оценка сортов по показателям продуктивности растений, качеству сухого сырья и другим характеристикам. По результатам исследований наиболее перспективной по урожайности и качеству продукции оказалась гибридная комбинация старшего поколения Ароматный × Американ 572, которая может быть рекомендована как новый сорт табака для введения его в Государственный реестр селекционных достижений, допущенных к использованию. Перспективный сорт Дюбек Предгорный подтвердил хорошие показатели качественных и количественных характеристик для сортотипа Дюбек и рекомендуется для возделывания в фермерских хозяйствах Крыма. Проведенные исследования позволяют увеличить сортовой сортимент крымских сортов табака. For profitability of tobacco industry, there must be an assortment of tobacco varieties. The soil and climatic zones of Crimea are suitable for cultivation of both premium aromatic and skeletal tobacco raw materials. The purpose of this work was to study the selected hybrid combinations of older generations of tobacco to identify prospects for their further use. The Institute Magarach breeders have created a number of promising varieties and hybrid combinations of older generations - the predecessor tobacco varieties. This work presents the results of evaluating six hybrid combinations of older generations, as well as the promising variety ‘Djubeck Predgornyi’ by basic economically valuable traits. The varieties ‘American 14’, ‘American 307’ and ‘Djubeck Novyi’ served as the standard. The work was carried out in the experimental plot located in the Piedmont zone of Crimea for three years. During the working process, phenological observations and the assessment of varieties in terms of plant productivity, quality of dry raw materials and other characteristics were carried out. According to the research results, the most promising in terms of cropping capacity and product quality was the hybrid combination of older generation ‘Aromatnyi’ × ‘American 572’, which can be recommended as a new tobacco variety for its introduction into the State Register of Breeding Achievements approved for use. The promising variety ‘Djubek Predgornyi’ has confirmed good parameters of qualitative and quantitative characteristics for ‘Djubek’ variety, and is recommended for cultivation in Crimean farming. The carried out researches allow increasing the varietal assortment of Crimean tobacco varieties.

The article presents the main results of twenty years of research carried out at the Federal Horticultural Research Center for Breeding, Agrotechnology and Nursery (Kokino Base Station) on the search and creation of various genetic origin genotypes and the possibility of their use in further breeding work on black currants. The created genetic sources of resistance to American powdery mildew, leaf spots (canker, septoria, cercosporosis), large-fruited, berries’ high vitamin С content, fruit strength, plant productivity are presented: 7-37-2 (Litvinovskaya × Dar Smolyaninovoy), 37-27-4/05 (Debryansk, free pollination), 63-35-1 (Lentyay × Debryansk), 68-03-1 (Charodey × Yadryonaya), 5-66-5 (Dobrynya, free pollination), 13-51-1 (Shalunya, free pollination), 33-27-1 (Strelets × Selechenskaya 2) etc. As a result of breeding research, 12 black currant varieties have been created, eight of which (Bryanskiy Agate, Debryansk, Mif, Vera, Gamayun, Strelets, Charodey, Barmaley) are included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements, approved for using.

Background. Diseases and pests cause great damage to barley stands and harvests. Harvest losses from harmful organisms reach 25–30%.Materials and methods. During 2017–2020, 46 spring barley cultivars from the VIR collection, listed in the State Register for Selection Achievements, were studied for their resistance to fritfly, net and spot blotches, brown rust, and powdery mildew. The tests were carried out in the field with provocative colonization by fritfly and under natural infection pressure of leaf pathogens.Results and conclusions. In 2017, net blotch predominated over other diseases. In 2018, there was an epyphytotic outburst of spot blotch, and cultivars with weak development of this disease were identified. In 2019 and 2020, the incidence of brown rust and powdery mildew was significant, and the virulence of fritfly increased greatly in the same years. Field tests resulted in identification of 3 barley accessions resistant to fritfly: ‘Odon’ (k-31118, Buryatia), ‘Miar’ (k-31203, Orenburg Province), and ‘Omsky 99’ (k-31230, Omsk Province). Cv. ‘Posada’ (k-31245, Germany) was weakly affected by fritfly, brown rust and powdery mildew. Cultivars were selected for their low susceptibility to powdery mildew (up to 5%): ‘Chiraz’ (k-31131, Denmark), ‘Cheerio’ (k-31297, Denmark), and ‘Odyssey’ (k-31333, England), and brown rust: ‘Chiraz’ (k-31131, Denmark), ‘Eifel’ (k-31249, France), ‘Ursa’ (k-31339), and ‘Sunshine’ (k-31129, Germany). Such long-term assessment results can be used in breeding programs to develop cultivars with group or complex resistance to harmful organisms.
