The purpose of this study is to further investigate the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Company Size against Debt to Equity Ratio in the company transportation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2017 period. That ratio used, namely Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Company Size and Debt to Equity Ratio. The method used is using panel data linear regression method. The population used in this study is a registered transportation company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period, published data and financial reports in full and have a positive net profit in the 2014-2017 period. Based on these criteria, the sample used in this study was 9 companies with population of 35 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive technique sampling. Data were tested using a classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and test hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Size The company has no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. Current Ratio is the liquidity ratio, Return On Equity is the profitability ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio is the Solvency ratio. The object in this study is a Construction Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method in this study is a documentation method with a quantitative approach. The population used amounted to 26 companies, then the determination of the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined2 criteria, a sample of 14 companies was obtained. The results showed that simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This shows that the company must maintain the value of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and assets growth on the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. The population in this study were 124 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 57 financial statements consisting of 19 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the current ratio did not affect the dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,246> 0,05. Return on equity has a positive effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,030 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,284. Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,042 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,155. Assets growth has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,045 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,378.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of debt to equity ratio(DER), company size (SIZE), current ratio (CR) and reputation of PublicAccounting Firm (KAP) to going concern audit opinion (GCAO) in agriculturalsector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The study population includes all agricultural sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with sample of 16 companies and 80 observations. Data analysis method used is panel data logistic regression analysis with using program EViews (Econometric Views) version 9.0. The results showed that the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive effect to going concern audit opinion (GCAO), the size of the company (SIZE) has a negative effect to going concern audit opinion (GCAO), current ratio (CR) and reputation of Public Accounting Firm (KAP) doesn’ t affect the going concern audit opinion (GCAO).

The objectives of this research is to examine the effect of Company Size proxied by Total Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Productivity proxied by Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), and Current Ratio (CR) both partially and simultaneously towards Bond Rating. Bond rating is important to be considered by investors and creditors since it can indicate the company’s default risk. The objects of this study are financial institution which were entire financial companies that issuing bonds and rated by PT PEFINDO for 2012, 2013, and 2014, and listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange periode 2011-2013. Total sample in this research are 18 companies that selected with purposive sampling and analyzed by using multiple regression method. The data used in this study are secondary data such as financial statements and list of bond rating PT PEFINDO. The result of this research indicates that (1) Company Size proxied by Total Asset had a significant affect towards bond rating (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no effect towards bond rating (3) Return On Equity (ROE) had no effect towards bond rating (4) Productivity proxied by Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) had no effect towards bond rating (5) Current Ratio (CR) had no effect towards bond rating (6) Company Size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Productivity, and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect towards Bond Rating. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Company Size to Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR) at registered company. The sample used in this research consists 100 companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is non probability sampling with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analysis is performed by using the Panel Data regression analysis by the Fixed Effects Model in testing the hypothesis. The results show that Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive effect on Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR) while Current Ratio CR) and Company Size (SIZE) have a negative effect on Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, dan SIZE terhadap risiko kredit Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan Fixed Effect model dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR) sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Collateral Coverage Ratio (CCR).

This articel is aimed to inform the effect of profitability, capital structure and liquidity to  stock price on transportation company sub sector listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange within period 2012-2017. The research method in this study is an causal comparative. The population amounts to 32 companies with amount 192 data. Based on sampling technique purposive sampling researcher used 9 companies with amount 37 data that meets the criteria with variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR). All the data analyze using statistical descriptive analysis and regression analysis with SPSSs.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, DER, and CR significantly influence stock prices. Partially, ROE is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the DER and CR is partially has negative but not significant effect on stock prices.Keyword: profitability, capital structure, liquidity,  and stock price

This study aims to determine the effect of the liquidity ratio (CR) on stock returns with the role of profitability (ROE) as a mediator. This study takes the object of building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The population in this research is all companies in the building construction sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period as many as 17 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling using several criteria, namely the building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period, companies that submit financial reports during the research period and companies that have positive net income reports. The number of samples that fit the criteria were 10 companies. The data analysis tool uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews 6. The results of the study show that the current ratio has a negative effect on stock returns, the current ratio has a positive effect on return on equity, return on equity has a negative effect on stock returns.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on the value of stock of textile and garment companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012 to 2019. This research uses annual data for the observation period from 2012 to 2019. The population is textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 to 2019 and up to 19 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, found a sample of 7 companies with 8 years observation so that the total observation obtained was 56. The model used is the Common Effect Model. The results of the analysis show that the total asset turnover have a significant negative effect and return on equity have a significant positive effect, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock returns of textile and garment companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012 to 2019.

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Profitability variable by using Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage by using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Liquidity variabel by using Current Ratio (CR), to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing sector company are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods. In this research the data used was obtained from the official IDX website. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used is regression analysis in panel data with the help of application E-Views8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Likuiditas

Thiss research aims to detrmine how much influence the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices at Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The sample used in this research were ten companies obtained based on purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is panel data so that the data will be tested using the help of the Eviews 9 application and analysed using panel data multiple analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, DER and ROE have a joint influence on stock price of companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector for the 2013-2018 period.
